Tyler was so kind and helpful. He dropped off my kayak rental, took it around back for me, and answered all my questions. He made sure I had a life jacket and explained how to get back in the kayak if I needed to enter from the water. I explored coves and saw deer, herons, fish, and breathtaking rock formations. I had a great time on beautiful Beaver Lake!

We rented a Jet Ski and had a blast! Definitely a highlight of our vacation. Beaver Lake Outdoor Center was great! Zero issues with service and/or equipment. We recommend these guys for jet ski rentals on Beaver Lake. And from what I've heard, this is the best lake to jet ski on in the area.

We rented 2 kayaks for a few hours on the lake. Prices reasonable and they drop off and pick up.

Waited for these guys to pick up the equipment for an hour. 30 minutes in, we called and he said “5 minutes out.” 50 minutes in, he said “5 seconds out.” When told how long we’d been waiting, he started laughing. When he finally got there, he took his sweet time with no apology. Not impressed in the slightest. Wouldn’t recommend.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The company is absolutely amazing, and their customer service is perfection. We rented 2 jet skis and played on the lake for 3 hours. Totally going back again next summer.

Worst experience I've had with a business in a long time, possibly ever. I returned the items 10 minutes prior to closing, had a polite conversation with the owner, and went on my way. I was camping so I didn't check my phone until the next day when I saw I had several missed calls and a text saying that my items had not been returned. I called to politely insist that I had returned the items the day before, even speaking to the owner himself who had left the message. He was adamant that I had not returned the goods and had charged my card the lost/stolen items fee which totaled over $2400! It took several days and mentioning that I would initiate a police report for the owner to finally realize he was in the wrong (though never admitting that over the phone) and remove the charge on my card.Poor record keeping and a terrible memory resulted in this outdoor center losing any future business from me, and I would discourage anyone else from using them.

We rented everything they had to offer. Mountain bikes, SUPs, single and double kayaks. Everything went smooth and we had a blast and an overall great experience the days we rented from them! Definitely recommend this spot!

Great jet skis! Great service! If you are on Beaver lake this is the place you need to rent jet skis. They are not located at a marina. They meet you at a boat ramp. It is easy to get in and get out. They meet you back at the boat ramp when you are done.

We had a good experience with this place. He gave us some recommendations on where to go and he transported our bikes to the trail head and back for us for $15..bikes were good and trails were awesome.
