I will not be bringing my dogs back for grooming. When I got home, my Aussie had visible mats on his side that I had to cut out. My Maltese has little moles and they had been shaved over so many times he was bleeding. Both dogs acted strange and not quite themselves after this experience. I still feel bad for my boys.

My two boys LOVE their time with Jane & her staff. They are always so tired from playing after their boarding stays! Jane is one of the most knowledgeable animal professionals I've met & I'd trust her a thousand times over to take care of our most important furry family members. Five stars across the board!

I have been going to Jane for 15 years. She has been taking care of my two shih tzu and they love her. She has groomed and I have boarded them with her. I would absolutely recommend her for your pet babies needs. She is awesome.

Jane and her staff were super friendly. I have severe allergies and they made sure they didn't use anything that might make my allergies flair. My Yorkie looked great in her summer cut. Will definitely be using her again

The owner of this establishment has a lifetime of experience and a very hearty dedication to providing excellent service. They offer boarding which is very convenient for those who travel. My dog loves the owner and I know the owner knows my dog. She knows all her clients' dogs on a level unmatched by the other local groomers.

My mom took my poodle and her husbands shitzoo in for a cut. They look awful and my poodle is acting like she’s hurt from the nail clipping. I wouldn’t pay a penny for both cuts. Very disappointed and it’s starting to make sense why this place was the only place available for hair cuts for the next two months. Very mad that she paid over $80 when we could have given them both a better haircut at home. Would not recommend. Would give them a zero if that was possible. Please save your pets and money.

I believe in love and spoil, yet making them mind when necessary. I love what I do.My staff and I care for all the pets who come to our facility with our best efforts everyday. You have to love them all to do our jobs well.We encourage new clients to stop by any time we're there to check us out.Life's not perfect. Accidents happen that are out of our control. Puppies will do silly things. We also see neglect , rotten teeth . matts, fleas and ticks and then we get accused of injury which was not our fault.We always treat our furry friends with the best care possible. Please come visit anytime.

Groomer did a great job on my cat, unfortunately he (my cat) is not the best client to work with, and Miss. Jane did the very best that she could with him, considering his aggresiveness, which i guess did come out on her today, i honestly knew he is kinda freakish around other people, but Miss. Jane took the blunt of it today, I apologize to her for that, but appreciate what she was able to accomphish with him.I highly recommend her to others, thank you!!! Our daughter has used her for their little dog, "Yoshi" always looked beautiful when she was done with her doo.

All these dogs do is bark...24/7. No one is there 90% of the time, and the barking literally never stops. Bring your dark here to be left alone in the back yard in a cage, bark and yell like it’s heart broken, and be checked on once or twice a day. It’s ridiculous.
