I've been wanting to come here for a long time so I finally did. We showed up a half hour before closing and our waitress assured us that they didn't mind. They didn't rush us or stress over the time. Very warm, friendly atmosphere. I ranked the food 4/5 because I wasn't a huge fan of the burger patties. They're the premade sort, which is fine, but I thought they'd be fresh. As far as those chicken nuggets go, the kids plate comes with 6, but my son wanted 3 and nothing else. I couldn't persuade him to order a side or anything. They charged $.60/nugget, easily the cheapest part of the ticket. The cheese hi-boy was $8.50 and fries were an extra $2.50 (no meal option). We all ordered milkshakes and they were spectacular! Real fruit, solid flavor, and the perfect consistency! Everything a milkshake should ever be!! I've been missing my hometown (Cali) curbside burger joint and this was almost everything that had been (the primary difference was that shakes came in multiple sizes...and the burgers were hand pressed every morning).Kid-friendliness: There's a playground outside and the staff are good with kids. Somebody's little girl went behind the counter and you could tell by the friendliness in the waitresses voice that they love children. It's a place that's geared towards family, specifically the after church crowd.

I was base my customer service reviews based on how the establishment treats the youngest and oldest patrons. The front of house staff treated our littles with welcoming arms and made it a comfortable experience for them. I watched as they interacted with other customers, accommodating a space for a gentlemen to stow his cane, while he dined.We didn't have a long wait for food. Which was hot and fresh when it came out. Make sure you save room for dessert!

Burgers, fries, and foot-long were excellent. We got shakes afterwards to go. My wife and daughter got strawberry and said they were great. I got a butterscotch but was disappointed. There wasn't much butterscotch flavor in it. I noticed another reviewer loved their butterscotch, so maybe mine was a one-off. I would definitely recommend this place.

I got their butterscotch shake, it is fantastic! Their ice cream is so thick and delicious, definitely will be back to try some other flavors. The staff was very friendly and helpful, if you like Ice Cream I highly recommend checking out Daisy Queen Hi-Boy.Parking: It's a pretty big parking area, however I can see it becoming a problem in the future as they inevitably become more popular.Wheelchair accessibility: So the whole parking lot is not paved, not exactly sure how that will effect things. However I didn't notice any step ups, it's basically flat from the parking lot to inside. There may be a small incline at the door, but I don't see that being a problem. Very sorry if my information is incorrect, I'm just trying to be detailed about what I noticed. Hope this helps!

In the area after a hike on a Sunday afternoon (before 2pm when it closes), and stopped by here for lunch. Service was great even though it was very busy! Food was very reasonably priced and delicious! One of the most affordable and good burgers that I've had in a while. Vintage atmosphere is cool but some things could use updating (the wooden seat on the women's bathroom toilet is splintering - watch out for butt splinters). Friendly service and very good food for a great price!! Highly recommend. Will be back again after our next hike in the area.Parking: There is a good size parking lot, but it fills up if people do not park close together and there isn't really another good place to park.

My wife and I stopped here for milkshakes and they did not disappoint! A strawberry shake with real strawberries and a chocolate malt that tasted fabulous. The waitress was super friendly too! Highly recommended!!

I loved the playground equipment outside! It was too hot to stay long when we went. My only complaint is that during our first visit we went to the cashier to order. She told us to just go sit down and she would come take our order. She never came. 20 minutes passed and another waitress came.Fortunately, our food was out about five minutes after we ordered and tasted delicious! The second time we went, the burgers, fries, drinks, shakes, and dessert were good but there were barely any dumplings in the chicken and dumplings. It was mostly watered down broth. 😖I am a vegetarian but will have meat on very special occasions. When I do, theirs doesn’t make me feel sick and is delicious. I can’t say enough about the ice cream and milkshakes! 😁 🍦Kid-friendliness: Playground outside

Finally got around to trying this place out and definitely glad we did. If you’re looking for an old fashioned cheeseburger where you can taste the quality meat I would recommend the Hi Boy. This is the kind of cheeseburger I used to eat as a kid. The tots are very crunchy but not greasy which is how most places serve them.I would recommend getting a chocolate shake for the ride home; these are without a doubt the best chocolate shakes I have found in Northern Arkansas.It is a bit pricy but what isn’t these days and for the quality we will be going back soon.

We were traveling through and stopped here for dinner. We absolutely loved it and the atmosphere was great. Our waitress was so kind I wish I could remember her name so I could put it in the review, we are so glad we stumbled upon this gem! Also I can't recommend the peanut butter pie enough!!
