Several malfunctioning stalls that aren't fixed or labeled as broken. When the button shows it was pressed (according to the screen) and nobody answers for over 10 minutes, but they answer within seconds at another stall, that's an issue.Food is hit or miss here. For a while I got cold food or my order would end up wrong. Now, the food is warm more than it is cold but the wait time is 10 minutes or more even when it seems there are less than a handful of customers. Overall, I would eat here again but I don't have high expectations or go here when I'm on a schedule.

This isn’t a bad rating for food quality because we got just what we ordered and it was fresh. Whoever owns this store should really consider repairing the bathroom door. Also, for sanitary reasons: get a faucet that works. Or you could post signs that they don’t work. THANK YOU

My review gets removed all the time. The Rector sonic is a very sub par experience. The wait is always great. The chances of your food being right is never high. And most importantly the foods just not that great to begin with. Sucks that it's one of the only places in town to get food. It'd have two stars if I wasn't rewriting this review for the fifth time in my life time because of people removing it.

So not completely horrible, but ordered 4 corndogs and tots got home corn dogs almost burnt black and was on the one end and even split open and burnt the dog , they did redo them at no cost and the lady was very nice about it, but the extra time and gas to return to the store is worth writing a review and because they redid the corndogs and was nice is why they got 3 stars and not lower.

My meal was served quickly. The order was completely accurate. The server was very polite and helpful. Good variety of food and perfect for a fast stop to eat or for during a while to leisurely enjoy one of their awesome desserts. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.

Ordered at 4:17 pm, 20 minutes later said our food was being delivered and still waiting on our food it is now 5:17 and still no food.. this is on a when they finally brought it..at 5:23 it finally came out cold food was cold , one burger short, and fries were very cold ..we requested our money back.. told them I wanted a receipt to show our money was credited back to our account...very crazy...will not stop at the rector arkansas sonic again..there excuse was the receipt got lost..and the first was they only had one car hop..used as 1/8 of a tank of gas because being hot..w

25 minutes waiting for a couple cheeseburgers, classic crispy sandwich, fries, tator tots, trailer and a milkshake. The fries were old and moist only lukewarm from a heat lamp but disgusting. Crispy sandwich was grilled and completely wrong. Milkshake was hot and pure liquid except for the whipped cream floating in the mess. Cheeseburgers were ok. The manager was the one making food in the kitchen apparently. Stated she knew there was some delays but didn't know about that long. Everyone there was being apologized to repeatedly for waiting and issues with orders. Get some new management and take pride in your job

Love this crew, I always stop by in the morning to fuel my iced coffee addiction. Despite the occasional delay due to so many orders, I've never seen them NOT work their butt off. Love y'all! ❤️

Every time I come to Rector sonic I wait over thirty minutes no matter if there are three cars or six I wait for my order to be wrong. Most of the time the carhops are so rude too. Today Emily was very sweet and kind.

Lousy service tonight. Took them forever to deliver my sandswich after they said it was being delivered. I had to push the red button again to get someone's attention before they finally brought it out. Once I got it, the Chicken Slider was very good.

I used the app to order our dinner. Everything I received was backwards. I wanted onion and jalepeno on the chili cheese coney. Not on the footlong chili cheese coney. But it's on the chili cheese coney not the footlong.These ppl do not pay attention to orders.

When I order no onions & see it on the screen, no onions, I'm highly disappointed to taste the onion on my burger!! I'm allergic to onions!! I had to go to the grocery store to buy something else to eat! Can't get anything correct but want pay raises!! SMH!!

Burnt onion rings, under cooked tatertots, loud & obnoxious, foul mouth teens, disrupting all MONEY SPENDING customers besides that slooow..... service, if you could hear over the loud rap music to place your order maybe you would enjoy your meal. As for me.......... I'm done with Sonic.😉
