Stopped here at 8 AM on a Thursday to get breakfast and they didn’t have a single thing cooked. The lady at the register was named Lashondra and her tag said lead and she was on the phone the entire check out process for me and the two people ahead of me. Poor experience will not be back.

There is only one good news that there are free parking spaces at 11:00 pm. This is the dirtiest parking lot you have ever seen. The restaurant is closed. Subway and Taco Bell are working. There is no paper towel in the restroom. I have a feeling that TA and Petro are getting dirtier and more horrible every day in the whole country, right? Close them and remodeling.

No A/C inside! The cashier's must feel like they're gonna die of heat stroke. I was in there for less than 10 minutes and felt faint. Can't imagine working a whole shift under such conditions. It's 90 degrees F outside with 70% humidity today (5/8/2024)! Do better for your employees! Blast AC on them.A/C would also help keep chocolate bars solid which might boost sales.

Very clean store with professional and friendly staff, with a Taco Bell and Subway attached to store that has good food with quick friendly service. The country pride restaurant is closed.The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots.Showers are very clean with lots of hot water, Fresh coffee and great customer service.The truck shop has six service bays and mostly it was Empty.

Me and my dad comes here about 4 times a week every week. Normally the people working are nice and at least look like they are doing there job. But today we stopped there to get fuel and snacks and there was probably about 6-8 people in the store all together and there was no one behind the counter. Due to the fact of her phone call that didn’t sound important when walking past her, was more important then checking out the customers. eventually she did come in and check out everyone but even when she came in she didn’t put the phone down instead she keep talking to whoever on the phone and didn’t talk to the customers much or at all that I know of. An the only time in the time I watched her check me or my dad out she only ever put her phone down to count out my change and hand it too me then the phone was back in her ear and talking again.

No showers at 11:30pm showers have been Down for days since last storm.??? From the staff on the main store. Hmmm🤔 yet there are no signs in the doors otherwise I would of kept on going!!! . I got here @ 8:30 I pump fuel and ask the nice ladies at the fuel island if showers are here or at the main TA store . Told its over at the main store. and not a single word about NO showers down from last storm ???Hmmm , his kind of stuff make not stop here again. And If I do it will be for the huge parking lot !

If you're looking for a gas station with a clean restroom and a quick bite to eat, the TA Travel Center is a great option. The Taco Bell and Subway restaurants attached to the gas station make it easy to grab a quick lunch or dinner.

The best truck service stop in this State! Wait time was minimal for a new steer tire and pm. LJ-mechanic is top notch and great personality! Angie at the service desk is wonderful. They make ya feel at home here and actually do a great job and not waste your time. I’d give a 10/10 star⭐️

Ta travel center is a good place to stop for rest. You will find convenient stuff and snacks, drinks and place to eat. This place bathroom are quite clean. Stuffs are friendly and helpful to find your needs

I had a trailer issue. The daytime service writer, went above and beyond, to find the parts. Curtis was excellent getting me out, after the parts arrived. Would not hesitate to use this shop again, if the need arises. Thanks Prescott T/A!

Pretty disappointed in this place. Ladies room was a mess, pictures don’t do it justice. Trash all over the floor, the floor was filthy, counters were dirty, several of the toilets weren’t “handled” (I’ll spare the pictures), the rest of the store had trash all over the floor as well. Very unclean. And $7.00 for 2 medium fountain drinks! I understand needing to make a profit but that’s ridiculous. Get it together TA.

Well, where should I start? This T.A. is the worst in many ways. To start ,the restrooms are fifty. No soap , the stalls look like dirty and grimy. The diesel pumps are broken down and are in disrepair. There's no def. The diesel takes forever to pump fuel. Also, I always get a bad attitude from staff. The showers are freezing, and water is luke warm in the winter. Taco bell and subway charge double the price from for combos. The only reason I come here is for the parking, other than that I know when I come here I will get bad service. No smiles, just attitudes. I will add photos shortly.

The diesel pumps are the slowest pumps ever wasted my whole 30 minute break pumping diesel and wasn’t done. The satellite pump wouldn’t even pump and the fuel pump on the driver side was leaking everywhere

The store is dirty went in around 945 on a Saturday went to get something to eat they had a subway and Taco Bell sign for subway said open 8 to 10 well everything was shut down I tried asking the lady behind the counter what time were they gonna open and she ignored me the young lady at Taco Bell responded to the second time I asked and said it would be 30 more minutes before they were ready why the hell post time of 8 am if you don’t even follow the time the attitude I got was absolutely ridiculous then my husband tried to get Diesel on tractor side pump was broke maybe somebody in charge should be walking this hell hole of a store and trying to fix it and I wonder how the restaurants are making money with help like that stay away truck drivers deserve better then they the service offer here

I am truly thankful that God blessed me to meet Ms star and Ms Dania at the subway Tonight. As they were wrapping up and about to close I walked in unaware that they were not 24 hours. They were nice enough to fix me something to eat with awesome attitudes and great service. I know lots of people that would have gave me a different experience but they took good care of me. I am thankful ladies. Be blessed

So my experience is that the shower was not as clean as petro and ta standards, the store was clean, subway and taco bell were fine the eating area was dirty as far as the tables also dirty, no paper towels in the men's room, so after spending Saturday night into Sunday to get up and do laundry was very nice all the machines worked well, then to go outside and pre trip my truck and get fuel more than half the pumps didn't work, and the ones that did you had to go inside to get it turned on because the key pads don't work all in all the think that I'm most disappointed in is that the fuel pumps were garbage, also that in my opinion ta petro management has better quality control in some places and what seems to be none in others..

TA/Petro are now OFFICIALLY the overall worst truck stop of the big three chains. They used to be the best. Witness the gradual demise of this company. Pilot and Loves are beating them out. Petro/TA has the dirtiest facilities and the highest prices. They are robbing truck drivers. The only positive is that they usually always have parking but there lots will become even emptier. TA/Petro needs a shake up at the top or Pilot or Loves will eventually put them out of business.That's what the ONE star is for 🤯🤯🤯

Cleanliness has really gone downhill. This used to be the good place to stop. Now the toilets are encrusted with other people’s urine. The worst part is that someone actually came in to clean but merely swept the floor. The regular men’s room has several sinks but only one soap dispenser. Wife said the women’s room was bad as well. Not sure why I would want to eat anything from here after seeing where the employees wash their hands. So little has been spent on upkeep, the white gasoline pumps look like they have been peppered by rocks.Love’s is building a new facility nearby. This place is in trouble.
