This Love's is nice, truck parking can be very clustered at times. Shower 7 is a joke, shower has 2 heads, 1 is broken completely off, the other head doesn't know what direction it wants to spray! Pressure was nice, in EVERY direction! Water temperature was great. The shower fan is in dire need of replacement, as it took over 10 minutes for its motor to get enough energy to actually spin the blades.

This particular Love's Truck Stop will not allow you to drop your trailer if you wish to wash your truck AT THEIR TRUCK WASH. There is a Love's across the street which has the truck wash. The manager said they have nothing to do with that Love's. Maybe they are separate franchisesI can see that; never the less, they are both Love's Truck Stop.To Love's Corp: is this how you expect your individual stores to treat truck drivers?If you are separate franchises, you have accomplished one thing: we will never spend a dime at your particular store. As an owner operator I control where I spend my money. Congratulations, it's apparent making money is not part of your skill set. If Love's Corp or franchise owner is alright with you running off customers, then you'll have a long career. My guess is they expect you to manage the store and drive up profits. Good luck.What would have happened is: we would have dropped our trailer, went and seen it was a mechanical wash, turned around and hooked back up. You would have been the hero and our trailer would have been unhooked for 10 minutes. There are more trucks on the road and it is more difficult every day to find parking. We were dropping our trailer to spend money with your corporation. That isn't a reasonable request. Please explain where I'm wrong. We'll spend our money elsewhere just like I explained to you.

This is a busy location, so be aware of vehicles darting in and out. That being said, it's a decent place to stop, fuel up and get a snack. The coffee is good and fresh. Bathrooms are fairly clean, but, for this busy of a location, someone should be in there maintaining them a bit more often.

This Love's is so clean and well organized. The women's restroom is just immaculate! It feels like you are in a high end hotel restroomI purchased a ready made salad and it too is very fresh!

Good for an overnight stay. Full hook ups for our 5th wheel. Roomy site. BUT...*it's just part of the parking lot*no security gate*constant traffic*very noisy!

I was excited to have an opportunity to stay overnight at this new Love’s RV location. I was disappointed to learn that the site is expensive at $49, to dump is an extra $10, and showers are $18. Yikes. I could have spent as much here as I did on the reminder of my 4-day trip. On top of that, the sites are not level, with a considerable slope. As with all Love’s, it is clean, brightly lit and appears to be safe—but with trucks coming and going constantly.

Clean loves store - with truck stop and plenty of parking. Clean restroom and separate shower station. They have Hardee’s associated. Fuel price is little high.

Hello been there for reeffer repair. The person from reception didn't acknowledged even after waiting for more than one and half hour. He was on the phone when finally I asked if he can answer for amoment. He was extremely rude. He needs customer service multi tasking training. I think he's name stars from "S"...0 rating for this service department.

I arrived here 1/5/ 2024 With an issue relating to a clogged fuel filter. Loves didn’t have the filter available, so the manager on site Lane called everywhere he could think of to help me. I’m giving him a five star because that’s something he didn’t really have to do. We need more people like that.

Employees are so rude at this location. After filling gas, I went inside to fix me a cup of coffee. All of the sudden, an employee with purple hair stand next to me whistling so I can move out of the way. I took my time fixing my coffee. Making sure I won't stop at this lowes again. Taking my business somewhere else.

This place is definitely not up to typical Love’s standards. It is filthy! This is what passes as a clean shower here. It is not worth risking tetanus or legionnaires to get a shower. If this is what they call cleanliness, you are better off in the truck with a pack of baby wipes.

I am giving rating zero to this gass station the reason of this rating is that the reception is very rude guy and his behaviour totally unacceptable.He is a young guy and wearing a cap and his name I think shawn not sure but the tatto of name showing on his hand . I think this guy need a training how to behave and deal with customers.

As soon as you pass the shower sign on sales floor there’s a strong urine stench (hallway smells like a urinal) bathroom shower floors poorly cleaned. Shower floors are filthy. So much for the slogan.

This is a disgustingly dirty place. There was trash everywhere on the ground in the parking lot and around the gas pumps. The funniest thing was the sign on the door that said Dedicated To Clean Places, Friendly Faces. 😂 The worst Love's I've ever been to. I've never seen so much trash on the ground as I did at this place.

First of all why would you build a whole new store if you know you can't afford to pay your employees, the supply will never meet the demand, you can slap lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. Unfortunately Prescott is doomed to be a one horse town because most people in this area in general are just sorry, ever wonder why the bathroom stays filthy, it's because they run off anybody who actually gives a damn. If you didn't play football in high school you're better off dead in this town, avoid at all costs if you're against any type of discrimination in general, it's just a way of life here & it will never change.

Nice little place to pull off and get fuel and snacks. However, there's been a dog hanging out at this truck stop since 9/10/21 and this town doesn't have an animal shelter or animal control. The cashier we spoke to said lots of travelers have tried catching her but can't because she runs away. I know this town only has a population of approximately 3200 but how can they not have an animal rescue group or shelter? Cashier said they've called the police but they won't do anything either - how shameful in my opinion.If an a nearby animal rescue group sees this and wants to help this dog, call and talk to the cashiers, they can assist I'm pretty sure.I almost caught her with my leash and she took food out of my friend's hand...she needs rescued.

The management here is a joke, employees here treat their job like it's high school, they value employees based on how much they like you or who you know instead of how hard you work, lots of favoritism & nepotism. Don't spend your money here, everything is overpriced & these people don't deserve it

Fire the employees who provide cleaning. There is no toilet paper in the wooden stalls. if only in one, but in as many as three. This suggests that employees are sleeping on the job.

This Loves has a Hardee's which is nice if you want to grab some gas and non gas station food in one trip. The bathrooms were clean and the parking area was easy to navigate. I would return when passing through again.
