For one of these lower end type store chains full of Chinese products I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanness of the store. The courteosness of the associate was over and beyond what you would normally expect from folks generally employed in the low end shops. I give a big thumb's up!

Have not been to a family dollar store in a very long time. Was impressed. But not with the air freshener section. The staff was helpful,polite,and direct. Was actually directed to another store for comparable product. Spent 50 there.Wish dollar general would give service like that. Will definitely shop more there after this experience.

About as good as Family Dollar gets. Lots of cool items and variety. Nice staff every time I go. Not rude like some places. Pretty good store.

My twin babies and myself were refused entry because of a diaper bag on my shoulder. Cashier stood in front of us as soon as we came in and told us to "drop the bag at the front door." So I assume they will stop anyone with a purse or handbag as well?
