The only place in Prescott. No iron/ table. Is a basic hotel to stay equal to the price. We were here last week for several nights, to attend a funeral service and we had told about this place was the only and close to our family with a razonable price, we asked for a not smoking room. The room and bathroom were clean . Service was good, until the last night that we stayed, no one came to clean our room, and we didn't have clean towels, so we needed to ask for them, but was quickly fixed thanks to Kevin, he was very helpful.

I've stayed here 4 times now so I think it's time to leave a review. I actually didn't expect much my first visit but was happily surprised. The rooms on ALL of my visits were very clean, no funny smell, bed comfy and clean, bathroom was clean. Ice machine does work, and coffee is provided in room or in lobby. I'm a transporter and my truck has not been bothered. Staff is very nice and helpful. Looks like a young married couple trying to run a business the best they know how. Sometimes taking over a business that was not run successfully is hard. I wish them the best of luck. Give them a try if you need rest, they are pet friendly!!

Horrible experience. Drive another 15 miles and spend your money elsewhere. Room 117 was terrible. The TV didn't work, called front desk nothing was done. Our bathroom smelt of old piss, the picture above the bed even wasn't hung center. The walls were dirty. & to top it off we woke up to find daddy cockroach on the bedside table. Didn't see a bed bug but without a doubt them suckers gotta be there. Sorry not sorry the motel isn't sanitary. Stay at your own risk.

The room smelled slightly off, and the bathtub and AC weren't in great shape, but overall was very clean and seemed decent. Better than average for the price.No breakfast; just coffee.Rooms: Mini fridge and microwave in room. Clean room with a nice bed.

Stayed here while passing through in the semi truck. There is nice truck parking in the back of the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are in pretty rough shape but what do you expect for a cheap room. Man who checked us in was nice. Ice machine was being fixed when I stayed. No breakfast just mini coffee cups with no lids. Good TV channel selection. Wifi was ok. Restuarant on the other side of the truck stop was just ok.

This place shows breakfast as included in the Google site but in fact only serves coffee in the morning. Whatever is used to clean the rooms is highly scented so could aggravate allergies. The beds are hard and the pillows are flat. The attitude of the person who served us at the front desk bordered on indifference. When we returned the keys in the morning, the doors were locked so we pressed the call button as I waited by a sign at the window. Someone finally wandered by, waved at us and shuffled off, not bothering to open the window to speak with us or accept the keys. This is not a place I would stay again; the only reason we did is this was the sole hotel in the area for an hour radius.

The room was basic but the bed only had sheets and a thin spread. You won’t believe what happen at 8 am. I was sitting at the small table drinking my coffee when the hotel door just opened and this guy just shut it quickly.. My husband jumped up and opened the door to see the man from the front desk running away. I was totally freaked out. About 10 am the front desk called the room telling us we must leave by 11. 11 was check out like at most places. This place is just rude. Believe me if our car had not broken down in this town we would never had picked this place. The only place in Prescott

I booked 2 days in advance for a 2 night stay to be told that they have no room. Already paid for the stay and they wouldn't refund my money to go somewhere else. The man at front desk checked me in at 2:30 in the morning and told me to come back at 11, crooked to the max. Had to stay elsewhere till 11 and stated I needed to leave before the 2 paid nights were up. Didn't play this game and told him I'm not leaving till I got my both nights I payed for. At the end of this they kicked me out 30 minutes early after the second day. Pathetic and crooked place with poor management. Personally will be going to hope from now on.

Terrible costumer service,keep all doors locked and sleep with one eye open here the man at the front desk is a creep! He try’s to come into rooms.rooms are filled with a horrible stench,and found a dead cockroach in my bathroom sink.Told the man at the front desk and wouldn’t give me a refund!

The front desk man was AWFUL. We called about early check in. He said it was doable today and $10 more. So we booked online. Got there, and he refused early check in, because it was Priceline, even though we were willing to pay the early check in fee. Then we had to call the online booking and try to get this awful man to cancel the reservation. I even got him on video so I had proof. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and he would not allow that either. Crooked guy. Crooked place. Don’t bother. Read the other reviews too, and you will see all the other complaints. I went to Hope, 18 minutes away, and got a way better hotel, nicer, and friendly front desk who is not a liar. It was also cheaper and higher starts.

We called on 12/6/20 to make a reservation for 12/21/20 and asked if I could reserve through the front desk for the same price as I saw online ($45) and he said not to bother reserving because he had basically no reservations for that day and would honor the price I saw online. At the same time I confirmed with him that they were dog friendly. The night comes and we show up to the same guy saying he turned off online booking and he would not honor the price. I showed him from my phone exactly when I called and the screenshot of the price he promised. He still refused. He then got an attitude and told me I needed to get my dog out because animals aren't allowed in the lobby...?? After stating the hotel was pet friendly this threw me off. I complied and stood outside in the freezing cold, but told my husband to come out and talk to me before paying. The guy said the room would be $75, almost double the promised price. We didn't stay after that and chose to drive the extra 30 minutes down the road to a different hotel. HIS SCAMMING AND BAD ATTITUDE ARE NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW BUCKS!! And from the looks of the other reviews it was a blessing in disguise that we got out of there.

Traveling through town and arrived late for a place to sleep. I was greeted by a friendly and professional man. He allowed me to look at the room before I booked. It was wonderful and very clean and smelled clean. Very reasonably priced. This will be my new overnight stop when passing through town from now on.

For the price its not that bad. A little run down but not nasty. Its next to a couple truck stops so u have something open 24 hrs, all within walking distance.. A diner called 44 restaurant is in walking distance as well that u are able to smoke in with friendly service and good prices. Over all, great place just needs a little TLC. Forgot to take pictures of inside the room and manager wasn't there to let me back inside.

I rented a room for my children and I while driving long distance. The rooms are extremely clean and beds are comfortable. The lady that took care of me was very nice and she had manners which we don't see nowadays. Very friendly place. Highly recommended

Ok, for the price, but really needs proper cleaning. There was fecal matter on the outside of the toilet along with the baseboards in the bathroom which also had years of dust. Was a bit noisy and wifi was really slow. All the appliances worked besides the phones.Overall, wouldn't stay again if we had the choice, but wouldn't mind either.

It seemed like a nice place until we got into the room. Hot water wouldn't turn all the way off so we had to hear water all night long. And when we moved the towel off the side of the tub there were roaches. It was gross. Would have left but it was late and my kids were tired from driving all day. We definitely won't be stopping here again.

I broke down near this hotel in Arkansas and was taken by the tow truck driver to this hotel. I gave them a 5 star rating even though its a older hotel it was clean, had great free wifi, cable and continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and accepted my dog and I with open arms! With all of that said and its convenient access to the hwy you cant go wrong with America's best value!! I have to add that the cleaning lady was rude upon my check out and i have changed my rating...no need to treat your guest rude! Other than that it was a good stay

I been traveling a lot lately and this is the worst "hotel" I've been to. My car broke down and had to stay in this small town. We had asked for a non smoking room, as soon as we came in the room the cigarette smell was overwhelming. 2 of the pillow cases had lipstick on it not just the stain. There was no shampoo. Makes me wonder if they clean the room at all. I had requested for a late check out and said it was ok. In the morning even though we explained and even showed proof of approval for request, the front desk guy came into our room and asked us to leave or pay another night. That's what $55 gets you. Recommend you to avoid this place if possible.

The single room had a king size bed, clean sheets and towels. It smelled clean and not powerfully chemical. I did not try the breakfast. The shower was great. The tub was also a Jacuzzi but I didn't try it. Great stay for a great price. I've also enjoyed a double room here.

Very thin walls. Sounded like neighbors were having a racket ball tournament. I was in bottom floor. Far west wing. Not the cleanest. There were wet spots on floor (one near bathroom wall next to bed and one in front of A/C unit) but no leaks on ceiling. It had been raining so maybe water was getting in under foundation from outside. Toilet lever was stuck; I had to push down hard to flush. Some ceiling tiles in bathroom were loose. There were missing bulbs. It wasn't all bad. Bed was comfy and sheets smelled clean. A/C worked great. Guy at the counter was friendly.

After a long drive there was no where else to stay. The room was run down, it smelled like dirty feet. The door and walls were dirty. Mold in the shower, I really wish I kept driving. Big disappointment. I was forced to give one star it’s actually Zero stars. I’ve stayed in better rooms in third wold countries. Area is sketchy as well.

The day manager was very rude told me to tell google to get my breakfast and they were out of coffee. Room was ok but no plug for tub which at one time was a jacuzzi. I am staying here with my husband but I would not personally pay to stay here. It’s a very poor place!! I give it ZERO stars and if I could get him to answer at front desk I would get his name and report him to corporate office. I tried to call to let him know we didn’t need housekeeping but he just picked up and didn’t say anything so now it’s busy and tried calling directly from my cell phone and it rang a long time and same thing he answered without speaking! Rude!!

Absolutely disgusting! When I checked in, my room had meat on the floor. Clearly the room was not vacuumed or cleaned whatsoever from the last guest. We were trying to get our stuff together and a sticky pad for bugs was suddenly stuck to our things. THERE WAS NO SMOKE DETECTOR!!! That had been ripped off the wall and left that way. The so called free breakfast... old biscuits and stale cereal. I told the old man on shift as we left about our issues and he simply said "sorry." He did not care that his hotel was disgusting, his guests unhappy, and that he is supposed to have a smoke detector in the room. This place should be shut down!

Horrible! Not up to fire code! Smoke detector wired directly beeped all night so I’m assuming the wiring is incorrect but front desk did not have batteries which in the interim we didn’t see a battery backup. Microwave plugged into a surge protector. No faceplate on the receptacle. Dirty!!! Look at the hair in the shower! Fire extinguisher not checked since 2017 and the pressure is inaccurate. Coffee pot.. ugh nasty.. one package of coffee and one styrofoam cup not wrapped. Management looked like he just rolled out of bed in last nights clothes.The only positive thing I can say.. and believe me I checked thoroughly... no bed bugs thank goodness! This hotel is not up to code. I will be reporting it. It’s dangerous to be so irresponsible with the safety of others in a multi room establishment.
