I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Tyler Frans and his incredible team at Vinewood Animal Clinic in Prairie Grove. Dr. Frans is an absolute lifesaver! My precious dachshund was in dire need, and Dr. Frans went above and beyond to ensure her well-being and saved her life. Despite it being mere minutes until closing time, Dr. Frans stayed late, displaying unmatched dedication and love for his patients. He didn't just save our baby girl; he checked on her throughout the night, even at 2 am, ensuring she pulled through. This level of care and commitment is truly unparalleled. I can't thank Dr. Frans and his wonderful staff enough for their exceptional service and genuine compassion. They are simply the best!

We used Vinewood occasionally under the former owner. It was always a pretty horrible experience.The first time that we saw the new owner Dr. Tyler Frans, we were hesitant but hopeful. Our fears were wiped away completely by Dr. Frans.He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and GREAT with pets and their parents. His office staff is caring, compassionate and so friendly.We are so happy to have such a fantastic local vet that we can trust, not only with our personal pets, but also with our foster pets with our rescue, Hope On The Hill.

I love this place! We have a lab that usually has high anxiety when going to the vet but she did great here! She let the vet love on her and we got everything done that needed. They were transparent about the cost of everything and never made us feel pressured to buy or pay for certain treatments/meds. We will be back for future needs!

We took Emma to this amazing vet last night. No one can look in her mouth, not even her favorite humans!! She actually let him examine her with ease. We also take all of furry babies to him. If you are in need of a vet or searching for a new one, I would highly recommend him and his quailed staff. Thank you for getting us in so quickly, we appreciate all of you there at Vinewood!

So in love with our experience with Dr Frans and his team! My sweet, wiggle boy was taken such good care of, and I cannot express how much the doctor listened to me and gave such focused attention to my boy. All questions were answered, advice was provided, and treatment was given. I am beyond grateful we found a vet and team who will love and care for my boy the way I would! 10 stars- recommend Vinewood!

Being new to Arkansas and didn't know anyone to find a vet. Well, I'm so happy I found Vinewwod cause this place is family. This place is absolutely amazing. The vet and his team are very attentive. You can tell he cares very deeply about his patients. Me and my husband have called and been dealing with bad allergies with our doberman and I feel we have been a bother but he is more worried about getting my doberman better cause he's soo miserable. Offered to come in if he was off to give him a shot and everything. They make u feel welcome every time u walk through that door. Very very good place to take you furbabies or whatever babies you have for them. I will continue to use this place and continue to tell everyone to use them. Thanks guys for everything you have done!!

I hands down 100% recommend vinwood animal hospital! They are super curious and very accomitive. I take all my small animals here and they have never turned me away! I appreciate how easy and quick they get me in especially during an emergency!

Dr Frans and his entire staff are top notch. They helped my husband and I threw a very difficult decision with our beloved German Shepherd. Tyler Frans DVM, and his team at Vinewood have my absolute and unwavering trust after a complete fiasco I experienced with another vet located just inside Farmington. Gracie (weimaraner) had a large lipoma removed from her armpit after being told I should wait until it "made her lame" by my previous "country vet." I did so, and what came out was the size of a volleyball, which required a large incision in a precarious location. Once removed, the sutures split twice. Gracie took on a massive infection alongside severe discomfort with a wound a hand could easily fit into. After 3 visits to the country vet, feeling like I was almost annoying him attempting to get him to correct his issue, I decided it was time to go elsewhere. Dr Frans was new to Vinewood, and I can't be more impressed with the change. The mess the previous country vet created was corrected beautifully, proper medications and follow up care were prescribed, and the price was surprisingly fair (dare I say low?). My questions were answered, and Tyler's care for his patients is authentic and real, which immediately showed in his approach, execution of efforts and post surgical support. My dog and I have a new home with Vinewood Animal Clinic. I can't thank you guys enough, or be more ecstatic that we found a vet and staff that welcomed us, showed genuine concern, exuded professionalism and took great care of my best friend. 👍🏼

The clinic got our sweet stray rescue that had several obvious injuries in for emergency care and I could not be more greatful. Dr. Frans is clearly passionate about what he does and it shows in the services provided. The dog felt very comfortable and needs more extensive surgery later on, and I'm confident that this care team will be able to provide excellent care so he can live a long, happy, pain free life.

I took my 12 1/2 year old lab Maggie to Vinewood for the first time today. I simply cannot say enough good things about the experience. My Maggie is always so terribly scared to go to any vet, but she did amazing under the care of this Doctor and staff. So gentle and kind! Maggie had her teeth cleaned, and some pulled, but they were extremely reasonable on the price! More than reasonable! For every possible reason, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I will tell everyone I know about them.

😊I took Garfield, my anti-vet little grouch, to see Dr. Fran a few months back when he was limping. Turns out he just had a sprain, but everyone was nice and made the experience as easy as possible even though Gar was not being nice at all. The cost was also easier to handle than other clinics in the area and definitely helps when even groceries are sky high. Pic of my grouchy baby looking like he's sweet.
