I went to buy a tiller it had one price on price tag. Went Inside to buy it and lady informed us they woukd loss money if they sold it to me at that price said it wasn't also 125 more than Tag said. Becareful of what you buy here as they dont honor tag prices.i do have to say they was friendly.

This has become one of my favorite places to visit. The people are always friendly and helpful. Try this place first and save yourself alot of running around.I'm always engineering or building something and I know they will have what I need.

The people at Prairie Grove Ace know there stuff and you can ask them just about anything when it comes to fixing something in your home. They are more than helpful they explain it and tell you what you need. They are small enough that you don’t have to look all over the store for help someone is there and ready to help. They are a great store and they have a loyal customer in me.

You know, I never thought I’d say this about this place but I am. The help flat sucks, aside from the owner few people know anything in this place and they don’t care about helping you either. They have great product selection, but if you can’t help yourself then you’re out of luck.

Excellent hardware store. This place has everything. Old owner was cool, and the new guy picked up where he left off. This store reminds me of the old original Wal Mart stores before they decided to ruin the shopping experience. Bolts, screws, household items, metalworking, saws, trimmers, guns, ammo, everything. If they had one in every town they would take over the entire country.

I went there to find a some metric bolts which, from my experiences with the bigger stores, I didn't really expect to find. They surprised me with their well stocked store. It seemed to have more of a great variety of hardware items than even the good hardware stores back in California had. THey had the bolts that I needed. It seemed bigger inside than outside.Further, they were real helpful. One of the clerks guided me down the nuts and bolts isle and actually found the bolts I was looking for.Good selection and good service. Thank you!

Every time I visit I get greeted before I get 15 feet inside. They always are quick to help me find what I need. I will happily spend money here instead of big box stores if I can.

I'm not real big on ACE Hardware stores, I just really never use them, because usually I need something they don't carry. But this particular one has ALOT!! Of stuff, it looks tiny on the outside but inside it's like walking into a mini Lowes, or Home Depot. Check it out sometime , the staff are real down home people.

I’ve heard the owner miss Cathy Sargent speak badly about certain customers. I can personally say me and the Sargents have talked badly about Rick west while I was working there due to the way he talks… which isn’t okay but it’s the truth, this place looks good on the surface but deep down has so many issues they try to hide from customers…

I've always loved these stores and this location didn't disappoint. Friendly people and lots of goodies to look at and buy. We will be back. It's great to shop local. 👌🏼Great selection of guns, ammo, gadgets, and they were quite speedy fixing our chain.

Excellent small-town hardware store. They have a very good selection of most things. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sure, you might do better on such things as price and selection at a big box store... But this 5 day a week commuter doesn't want to drive into the "city" and add a 6th.

A awesome local hardware store for all your around the house project needs. They have a large selection of parts, tools, and lawn. Installing a new water filtration system recently, I had a couple odd ball componets missing. We went up and decribed what we needed, and they located and handed us the right parts right off there shelves. A solid 5 star hardware store.

As always, Ace is the place! We had two gentlemen help us find things we wanted except magnetic hooks for refrigerator, to hang pot holders. We got suction hooks but they would not adhere to fridge. Phooey! Also didn't have zapper fly swatter I've heard of but never seen. So only four stars, even with owner and assistant helping us. We will be back! 😇

I found this store a couple of months ago. I absolutely love the store although they never really seemed friendly or even if they cared if you came in or not. Of course, I am not from the area and if I was, it could be different. Either way, I am not interested in shopping in a "clannish" store. Finally today, I have had enough! I filled out the paperwork to purchase a firearm last Friday (one week ago). I called to check on it 3 days later, Tuesday (the waiting period). The lady explained that I could pick the gun up on Friday. I called Friday morning. The guy said that I could come pick it up now. I drive over there. After waiting around a while, the guy said that he sold that gun on Saturday (the day after I was originally there and filled out the paperwork). He said, "sorry" and shrugged his shoulders. I said, "that's all you have to say?" He shrugged his shoulders again as in he has nothing more to say. This experience re-interrated my original feeling of he couldn't careless if he has my business or not. Or even if he had inconvenienced me or not. RUDE! I can find a better hardware store to frequent.

Well its the only hardware store in Prairie Grove, so prices are maybe a bit much, but they had everything their website said they had in stock, priced as listed online. The customer service was top notch. I don't remember his name but he's from Oregon.

This Ace is the place. I've never been in that place when I wasn't greeted with a smile and " what can I help you find today". Everything from bedding plants to screws/nails to batteries for my tractor or car. Sthil dealer and service. Guns. Plumbing and electrical. They have helped me out of soooo many jambs. Nice folks and good products. If they ain't got it they will order it. Which I've had to do on occasion. I'm glad their here in our town.

They didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Prices seem a little high but I can understand being a small hardware store competing with Lowe's. At least they had what I needed.
