There's always inventory sitting in the aisles unboxed while the shelves stay empty.I'm editing my original review because they have worked out all the issues they were having with stocking & the amount of unboxed merch that was sitting in the aisles. Everyone's friendly & very helpful.

I called my local Dollar General to see if they had Floral Foam. The employee asked me to hold while she checked. She told me they did. I was in the middle of a project and ran out. Dollar General in Prairie Grove, Arkansas is always well stocked and always has a very good selection of food and merchandise. Have never had a rude or negative experience with their staff.

The store plays gospel music over the loudspeakers. As a non-Christian, this makes me feel like they are forcing their religion on me. When I asked an employee when the store changed to religious music, I was informed that no one in the store could answer that question. The manager could possibly, but they were incommunicado. The employee also said their store had no way to contact corporate to ask about the issue. This store is trying to sneak Christianity into non-religious spaces and dodging any questions asked by customers, as if their hands are tied by corporate. I will update when I visit again.

I have no problem with this store other than placing an order online and selecting the latest pickup time available(7-8pm) for them to email me saying my order is delayed, which is not a big deal I could wait a little longer and then 30 minutes later emailing me saying my order was cancelled. Seriously? I ordered candy. Wow

I love the convenience of having this store nearby, but this location is almost always disorganized. It's not at all uncommon to have to go around stock in the aisles and lately I've seen damaged boxes on the shelves. Most of the staff are kind. I don't feel like they have very good management.

Some good deals, some not so good. You have to be savvy to know the difference. They have a good selection of inventory and an aisle dedicated to $1 items. We went in looking for a specific item, which wasn't there, but left with a quite a few things anyway.

The guy who works here named Shaun is easily the worst dollar general employee I've ever come across. He's incredibly rude to customers and he treats his coworkers very poorly even in front of customers.

Clean and well maintained store, tons of options available here that you cannot access at other Dollar general's.. the staff(turns out,the manager I Sabrina) is AMAZING and was very helpful when needing assistance and guidance.

Most dirty disorganized empty shelves n most of the time customer service is non existent. I've been in this store a lot an only once have i been able to get what i needed. Sad.

West fork and prairie grove have the best dollar generals around. Fayetevilles are so full of cart to be stocked that I cant see what I'm needing or even push a cart thru. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to avoid store that dont seem to care whether the customer can shop or not. Go to those 2 if at all possible

This store never has what you need! If its in a sale they will be out! Its always a mess very disorganized and im disappointed every time I walk in...when I ask why soda is on sale but they never have any they blame the pandemic what order enough your losing money! Order don't be sacred stop being out of everything every time!

Great place to shop if you need something like toiletries, food, toys, batteries, etc. Little-to-no cell reception though, so don't go here if you have an online shopping list.

Dollar General is a very clean store and they're following the covid-19 with the masks and social distancing and not do always restocking their shelf State they stock a little bit of everything and their prices are right in line and if I want to buy something then just for one or two people for a meal I don't have to buy a super size of of everything but very friendly place thank you
