It’s been a few months since this happened. I took my shihtzu to be groomed and told them exactly what to cut and how much and they wrote it all down. The man had always done a great job. But this time the other person did it. When we picked up our dog they had cut her tail and ears All the way down to the base and shaved her whole body down too the skin. So my shihtzu looked like a short haired mountain fiest. I was so upset I was beside my self I wanted to sue them or SOMETHING. I sure haven’t went back. It was absolutely horrible. It took her hair almost a year to grow back out. It was so bad my dog knew it and was embarrassed. I really would give them zero stars

So so happy with how my baby looked when I picked her up! I am new to the area and the groomer I visited a few months ago did not do a good job I was very hesitant to go to another groomer thinking they were all the same, but nope not Precious Paws! Alaska (my baby) had the shiniest softest coat ever with the sweetest Christmas bows in her ears and a thumping wagging tail at pick up! I will definitely come again.

Specifically said I did not want my dog shaved..just a haircut. She came home shaved and looks horrible. I just hope the grows out and she's the beautiful tri color dog I dropped off.
