When I run to springfield I would stop every day. Haven’t been this way in two years and nothing has changed. Very clean, friendly and fresh food. I got a fresh pizza at 3am. Great stop!!

Store and bathrooms were Clean and tighty! Deli Breakfast pizza was amazing. We picked up 2 with a side of jalapeños. Pizza was not greasy, dough delicious, sausage egg topping was perfect with the jalapeños. Plenty of hot, frozen, cold, and refrigerated beverages to choose from. 20+ paved clean, well lighted truck parking spots. Also has truck diesel Island with several pumps. Almost ate the whole pizza. 😋

After a week of delayed brokerage problems, I was hungry and stopped to grab a bite to eat. The staff was very polite and respectful. The hot catfish and pizza 🍕 was right on time.

Pulled in after a long day driving into the back. Perfect little spot to get caught up on some Z’s. The grounds are well-kept and facilities in tiptop shape.

Nice place. Fairly clean. Good deli but high. I got 2 little scoops of a potato and polish sausage thing. They put it in a sandwich container and it wasn't full. That and a coffee refill was right at $10.

Extremely clean place. Everything was organized properly and the bathrooms were very clean. I would give the store a 5/5 by itself. On the other hand I would give the “restaurant” and staff a 0/5. My boyfriend and I walked up to the pizza counter to order food and they stared at us, and simply ignored us. We waited at the counter and a couple minutes later somebody attempted taking our order. We told them we wanted the hunk a slice combo. Comes with a 1/4 slice of pizza with chips and a drink. (It was on a flyer on the window separating us and the person we were ordering from) She gave us a dirty look and I assumed she didn’t hear me so I spoke up and told her again. She proceeded to tell me with attitude, “I have absolutely no clue what you’re talking about”. Another girl came over and said you have to get your pizza over by the register. We walk over there and hand her the magnet we wanted to buy and tried telling her what we wanted but she was on Snapchat on her phone. At first I thought this girl would be better than the first person we talked to but she was worse. We told her what we wanted and she just ignored us and took about five to seven minutes to put our pizza in a box and ring up our order. She wasn’t wearing any gloves and as we went to get our soft drinks there was a women eating straight out of the hot food with no gloves while talking to a customer. I’ve had hunts brothers pizza before and got it for around 3-4 dollars per slice. It was $6.49 at this shop. If it was as good as I’ve had it before at different places I would’ve paid that price. This pizza was disgusting. It was stale and seemed like it sat in the heater overnight. Complete rip off and the whole place is an absolute joke.

We usually only stop at the big name truck stops, but needed to sleep and glad this place was there.. Spaces are big, everything is well lit, bathrooms were clean every time I had to go in to use them and definitely felt safe at night at this little hidden gem of a truck stop. Oh, and the pizza there is pretty good, they also have Chester's too.

Nice interior. Clean bathrooms. Nice seating area to eat. Not sure if we were just dealing with a new emoloyee or what. Wasn't sure how the diesel/DEF pumps worked, so I'm thinking new. Nice guy. The girl, meh. Asked her a question about the food, from Chesters (which is usually the bomb chicken strips), she was eating while messing with the food, at the food counter. The guy ended up waiting on us. The food, Chesters chicken and pizza, had been there a lil bit. The strips were a little on the dry side, corn doog was soft, and the wedges were stale. We ate at a little after 7 pm.

Got a 5 piece chicken tender only and it came up to 13.50$ then they put the sauce containers in your bag on your food instead of separate. Like who wants a plastic cup of BBQ and God knows who touched it on your food. The food prices are nuts and I will not advise anyone to waste their money.

Traveled through on way to ASU Jonesboro. Not only was the handicapped bathroom stall completely out of toilet paper, the sinks are NOT truly handicapped accessible, much less the soap dispensers for an "average" manual wheelchair. My CHIN was counter height. Not at all universal design.We decided to grab a bite to eat for saving time, due to travel delays, to make it to event; we were charged $7.69 for 2 PC chicken snack when sign clearly showed $6.29. I stated NO bisket, got a biscuit. Asked for simply 2 wings, got a leg & a thigh (??) that looked like 2 wings fried together (!?!?). By the time we were back on the road, & could open & eat, realized the chicken given was CLEARLY refried & obviously had sat there longer than any health dept would knowingly allow. So over refried crisp & dried out it was not edible. Meat should not be crisp. A KFC would have given us more for the money & been edible.Very very very disappointed. And I've struggled through a lot of ADA & always try to keep positive... this time I just couldn't...

We just left this store and stop almost every weekend there traveling and the girl working the food counter would not even look at us or wait on us. She continued to bag food and place back in the warmer and replace the metal trays. We will not be visiting this store again.

Dont Shop at This Jordans in Portia The Employees Eat out Of the Food Bar Where it is In Glass at Counter The Employees are Rude and If you Tell the Store Manager and District They Ban you from the Store This is a Health Problem Cause the Employees/Staff Don't wash there Hands While Eating Food out of the Counter Food Area Where you see the Food That's Gross"

Customer service is by far the worse in the area. I would give it a negative 5 if I could have. The way they talk to their customers is terrible. I hope the owner does something before he goes out of business.
