Food was great and made right. A little sloppy but subs can get that way. Only issue was the service. A red headed kid was “sweeping”, looked more like acting busy, but he was twirling the broom around in the air and swinging it towards our food being made on the counter. Workers then proceed to say in front of us “maybe if we park our cars in the front people will stop coming in”.

I had no idea that they stayed open till 10:00pm, amazing! Their personal pan pizzas are always delicious and hot. Good variety of chips and drinks. Overall great place. 9/10 (Because I honestly forget they exist sometimes 😂) Highly recommend

Absolutely a terrible place to try an order from. Since the new owners, they have gone down hill. The people blankly ignore your request for what you ask for. Light on something, they'll just pile it on there. The amount of stuff they have put on their sandwiches have even changed. 8 pepperoni total for double meat. Do you realize what I am paying. Not like it was, just a month ago.

We ordered online to dine in and eat. We received our food with none of our sides and that was the first thing I had to go and ask about. Once we opened our sandwiches we realized that they didn’t give us the correct bread nor toast them when, when we walked through the door and I asked them to specifically extra toast mine because I like mine crunchy even tho we put it in the notes on the order online. One of my friends opened theirs and they didn’t even heat it at all. I took hers up there too let someone know and it turned into a blaming game between the workers on who made it. (Btw she did take a bite and that is how she realized it was freezing cold.) they took her food back (which is a violation of health code) and heated it then brought it back to her smooshed ( the same sandwich). Like they squoze it. At this point we were so over it because everyone were being rude. The guy almost slammed her food back down on the table. My biggest thing is how do you mess up an online order when you have it right in front of you.

This is my very favorite Subway. Not one time ever have we received bad service or subpar food. It is impeccably clean. Plus, it smells like fresh bread. When they have done large catering orders for our school and other events, they have been incredible to work with.

Just had a long day at work and food was just as good as any other Subway, but the staff called the cops on me after I was done eating and decided to rest in my car and talk to someone on the phone. I did nothing wrong besides ordering a 6inch tuna sub, chips and a drink.

Great customer service, but very poor time management and training. There were two parties of two people ordering two sandwiches a piece, one of the customers being myself. In the heat of it, I asked what was behind the mayonnaise and then recieved copious amounts of mayonnaise on my sandwich wirhout asking for it. It was not an issue of customer service but an issue of time management.Edit: 03/20/19Just wanted to add that my sandwich was remade and it was a really good sandwich as well. It was a great customer service experience.

Great service and very personable staff. Be mindful of receipt when using a coupon. The only reason that I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had a coupon and when we checked the receipt, it said that it applied the coupon of 20% but then took $0 off.

While I was ordering today a lady attempted to take a bag of chips. The girl in the pink shirt working handled the situation with such grace! I was more than impressed with the way she handled this woman and her rude comments! Bravo darling!

I have never had a problem until today. My bf sandwich they wanted to put the lettuce and mayo on before if was toasted they said they had two never had to do that before. My stake and chesse sandwich half of it they did not put chesse on. They were rude and acted like it was a problem to put more then 3 pieces of spinach on my sandwich. Plus he did not cut it in half. And when I went to take my sandwich out of the back half of it was not even wrapped. It o could do a review with no stars I would will never got to this subway again worse place!!!!

We took out and the girls working in the restaurant are rude, they like to visit with I their boyfriends and not pay attention to customers. My fiancé sandwich was made wrong because the girl wasn’t paying attention.but I love the owners as family

Went in to eat food was good but the guy working was walking around every where eating behind bar out front and in back dude stared at me the whole time we was there then when we got up and walked out he went and wiped down the table we set at right away with his bare hand pretty sanitary seems covid is still a thing felt very uncomfortable the whole visit oh and for got to mention we got three cookies one was suppose to be oatmeal raisin and two chocolate chip but pretty sure same said guy can’t tell difrence cause we got three chocolate chip

Very dirty store, the ingredients were all very old and mixmax together, with flies everywhere. I tried to friendly comment on the ingredients and was responded by the cashier "we clean all the time". I'm sure you do.

It was okay. Sometimes the food is great, but the sandwich artists were in a hurry and made a mess of my sandwich. Still tasted good but I have had better sandwiches.

Disappointed that servers were both new cause she selected the wrong bread, left the cheese completely off, and did not toast the sandwich! 3 strikes! It will be awhile before I go back there and I will watch them like a hawk!
