I am writing this review because of the car hop who assisted us. (Gabby) She thought it was perfectly ok to tip herself with our money, when confronted about it she rudly refunded us. Please count your change carefully, she is tiping herself and hoping people dont notice. We called the manager of the store, they did not seem to care or be willing to do anything about it. Please use caution!

Night manager giving away free food to friend and stood outside at the drive thru for 10 min. Holding up every customer ask her to move and her and her friend started cussing at me.Absolutely no way to run a business.Terrible night manager. 8/15/22 8:30pm

The food was great. It seems though that at times they are under staffed. It took about 5 or 6 minutes for them to answer the call button. There may be a reason for ut but i have scrolled through the reviews and i see the same thing said about the staffing of this place. That was my only issue though. The food was great and the staff are always friendly. But it feels like there is only 1 person taking orders at times. Often when they are very busy.

Most of the time orders are correct and get out pretty quickly. They are a little short staffed but that's true at most places. The food is always delicious though!

In the past many years I have been well pleased with the service at the Pocahontas location. However for at least 3 to 4 weeks now the service has been extremely slow.it doesn't even seem to matter if they are very busy or very slow. Tonight I ordered 3 drinks and a cup of ice. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes or more, they brought me the wrong drinks. When I told the young man I ordered Diet Dr. Pepper and not Diet Coke he asked me to look at the ticket to prove it said Diet Coke!! I have never liked Diet Coke and would not have ordered it at all, so obviously it was their mistake. He did offer to redo them but by that time I was running late and had to leave without my order.As I said at the beginning, I am usually pleased with your service and am willing to overlook occasional slowness due to being extremely busy, but for the last few weeks it has been even at very slow times!

Sonic has a wonderful, experienced manager that puts her heart into her work and it shows. Order accuracy and timeliness could use some work, but that is likely attributable to the high volume of customers that are typically found there. The food is of good quality for fast food and they are very dilligent at correcting their mistakes and fixing any issues that arise. Customer service is almost always a 5/5, regardless of who you deal with. The manager has a very good knack for putting employees in positions that highlight their strengths and is well known for giving people employment opportunities when other businesses won't - such people with little to no work experience and people looking for second chances in life. Flaws aside, I am always in full support of our local Sonic Drive-In.

Experience keeps getting worse everytime we go. I wait in drive thru for 30 minutes while they serve people behind me. Constantly losing my order and not knowing what I had. Ive worked in fast food I know how it is when it's busy but this place has gotten ridiculous

We'd went to the drive thru, i had already added up the items B4 i proceeded to window, But to my surprise, the young lady stated A Higher Price 😯 she said a cherry lemonade was $1 more + 25c for the cherry flavor. Well, that wasn't on the menu board by the speaker 🤔 Then i pulled forward to check the items ¬iced there was no chez sauce for the 2 pretzels only 1 ranch 😒 So i backed up to ask abt it??? She was very Plesent &apologetic (10***) &said they were out 😕 I don't know Why she didn't say that B4 i paid $15. 😉

The staff were very friendly although they got two of the three things I ordered wrong. I would recommend pulling Into a stall rather than going through the drive through so you can see exactly what they are putting on your order

This place was AMAZING. The woman taking our order even gave me a recommendation that I went with and LOVED!! We got our food really quick and it was DELICIOUS! I must say, it was great because of the order-takers recommendation. We were happy we stopped here!!

Stopped at Sonic and got two #1. Our Dr. Pepper came back mostly clear and tasted horrible. We let them know and they said they would refill the machine and bring us new ones. The two new drinks they brought out were just as bad. The cheeseburgers were good but the tator tots tasted like they had sat in old oil.
