I had to make the difficult decision to put my dog to sleep, but I was not established with a vet in this area. I was really worried about taking her to a new vet for something like this, but they made this as peaceful and positive of an experience as it could be. They were very kind, and I really appreciate how well they treated both me and my dog. They made sure she was comfortable and not scared through the whole process.

They are AWESOME!!!! My dog got attacked by a couple of dogs. The vet in my town said that they wouldn't be able to see him for 5 days. I called them and they told me to bring him in.

We have been going here for awhile but last night was our first emergency, our dog Turbo got hit by a truck, they met us up at the office and kept him overnight, they took AMAZING care of him, Thank God he was alright, I will admit I was very worried about the bill but was pleasantly surprised by the total cost, VERY affordable. Our dog was shot with a pellet late one evening!! The team at RCV was working their one late evening shift a week and welcomed me and my injured girl with care and compassion!! Thankfully, through their excellent care, Roxue made a full recovery!!

If you’re in doubt and searching for a vet. Full stop. You found them. My partner and I have used them for years and always loved the folks here. Recently we had a house fire, and took the biggest hit our little family could take. My partner and our dog Mermer made it out unhurt but sadly our cat Gilbert did not make it. Our other cat Mr. Kitty was badly burned. Not only did they take him and treat him, they’ve loved him in my absence. I hope they know how grateful our family is for their love, support, and most of all their grace.Thank you all so much!!!

The Dr and his wife are an awesome team and take their job very seriously. They saved my dogs life with an emergency surgery, they are truly dedicated and have an great group of staff there with them. I'm so glad I found them.

The staff was extremely nice and patient with our nervous rescue pup. They were able to get her in for a spay quickly so that we could take her home from adoption in just two days! I signed the papers at animal control on Thursday midday and was able to pick her up first thing Saturday morning. I would recommend them to anyone adopting from Pocahontas Animal Control.

I took my dog there to have the fluid drained from him they told me that they drained all the fluid from him I took him home and he still weighed the same I took him to Westridge the next day they drained 9 pounds off of him and he could breath better and quit coughing instantly I don't know what they did at Randolph County but I'll never go back and I've talked to a lawyer about malpractice against them they suck over there please take your pet somewhere else

I've used this Randolph County Vet for many years. I have no complaints. Everyone is super friendly. They make my dogs feel better about being there. They get right in the floor and love on them while they do the exam. Very pleased.

While driving from Little Rock to Iowa the day before Thanksgiving, our kittens surgery site began to bleed. While traveling through, the Randolph County Veterinary Clinic was kind enough to look at our kitten . Several other clinics stated they could not see her. The staff and doctor were very nice and accommodating! If we lived in the Pocahontas area, we would definitely trust the care of this vet clinic with the care of both of our cats.

Had to update: Sadly now that Dr. Mike has retired, we have to find a new vet. The low reviews since his retirement are very concering and we no longer feel comfortable bringing out pets there. If he comes back, ABSOLUTELY go there.Dr. Mike is an amazing and caring vet and wonderfully priced. I can't recommend him enough.

Helpful staff. We took our dog for her annual shots and 3 abandoned kittens who were ill. They fixed them up at a very reasonable cost and let me drop them off in the morning and pick all of them up in the afternoon.

I was so disappointed today. I have always used this clinic and Dr. Mike has always been wonderful. But today I was in between pay checks and my dogs eye was swelling blood shot red. I didnt have the money upfront today to take her. We got turned away 2 times also my grandfather who has had credit there got turned away. I finally got the money loaned to me and I called for the appointment, they asked me twice over the phone if I had payment then again before they even looked at our dog made sure we had payment. I have never not paid a bill here or ever owed them money. I understand they have to be paid but arent vets suppose to care about the animal more then the money? It just makes me sad.

Very friendly staff, they have a love for your pet & speak to you with normal language. They don't try to use medical terminology that you don't understand. Office & clinical rooms were very clean. Was worried about having surgery on my elderly dog, but they put my worries to rest & took great care of her.

Great caring place to take your pets. They take pride in caring for your animals. They have even met on an emergency basis on a Sunday. Very reasonable prices. Staff is so friendly and helpful also!
