I arrived to load the cargo on Wednesday 12 am, the door was given on Thursday morning and I was told to wait until Monday, and therefore we refused the cargo, this is complete irresponsibility, I advise everyone to be careful when choosing cargo in this organization. Some of the workers cannot explain in essence why the loading is very long, none of them have the information, they like to complicate the lives of others.

Arrived three hours early for delivery, waited at the yard. Was given a door two hours later and unloaded in 40 min. The guy that unloaded me was super nice. They let me stay the night, so I’m happy about that. No bathrooms though, that’s my only complaint

I try to be optimistic. But this is one of the most horrible places I’ve ever been. I arrived 3 hours early for my appointment at noon. It is now 21:30. I’m always polite no matter what. I definitely will not be back. I can handle 3 or 4 hours delayed.

Is a good place to work in batesville arkansas if you can do general labor.. hard on your hands and body after a few years decent pay depending on what you do and what department you work. I worked 2nd shift debone wasn't bad gave breaks when needed to go to the bathroom and worked with points if they like you and a good worker.. had a few supervisors I loved and a few I didn't. But there are going to be things you do not like about your job they have 1st 2nd and 3rd shift each shift. Really not a bad place to work in production worked there almost 5 year's had a few problems but it was fixed I did leave for better opportunities and left state as well

good morning my colleagues!! I process my opinion about this place that is not the best! I only had good treatment from the shipping girl and bad treatment from Mr. Barba who put the cello on the trailer, another thing to note is that you don't have a bathroom and that it will take a long time to load you... I hope they put someone else work with better character for that man who doesn't screw up your day with his attitude!!

Always like loading here, friendly and most of the time are quick to load, but can't fault them if chickens don't produce the quality the customer wants.

Prime driver, limited overnight parking. I arrived 1750 for a 0400 appointment. I was given a door at 0305 and loaded with paperwork by 0430.

Very bad place for pick up. Waiting Load 6 hours . loading 30 minutes. Waiting paperwork, 1 hour and 30 minutes👎👎👎. Total pick up 8 hours.

Typical factor farm slaughter house. PeopleReally should recognize what these animals go through just so they can enjoy a chicken tender. So sad to be around this place and the smell of death, sadness, and the terror they go through

I entered at two in the afternoon I left loaded at 3:30 a good time to be refrigerated, if your load is ready and you arrive at your appointment time you go in and out quickly the lady at the Shipping office was very kind her name is Mandy, IMHO I would go back.

What’s is wrong with these people at this company??! Checked in the around 12 pm right now is 7:52 still no sign of getting a door. And one of the worst things they have no restroom nor at least a honey bucket. No appreciation for drivers whatsoever. And it’s super hot outside have to have my truck running to survive. Also this this not my first time awful experience with this company.

Checked in around 11am. Was able to drop my trailer and bobtail to the little truck stop 1.5 miles away. I went there because you can't take your dog out on the property to do its business. I'm loaded waiting for paperwork at 1:15. I'm happy because my appointment isn't till 7pm.

Truck drivers, this is a chicken facility. The people are super friendly so be kind. I like coming here because I know what to expect. It’s not the fastest place but they load you better then most cold storage places. Meaning they know how to load weight.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they're fast, sometimes they're slow. Fastest load was 2 hours. Slowest was 13 hours. They don't have bathrooms for truckers which is sad considering you can spend up to half a day there.

The people there were very nice but it's a typical chicken plant. Appointment 2000 and got a door at 2330, loaded 0030, paperwork 0115. I was able to park and finish my break.

Not sure if i am lucky, but i am in and out within 3 hours. Giving 5 stars especially for the gate crew and scale. It’s definitely a big help when facility when a shipper have 1 especially when their load are heavy.

Typical Southern chicken plant. No respect for drivers. No restrooms at all. They hold you for 7 to 8 hours while they get the pallets/ product ready. At least provide a porta potty for the truck drivers management if you're listening . Jeez

Drop and hook load, went smoothly. But those that crank the trailers up so absurdly high really need to stop that nonsense for eternity. No need to jack the trailers up so freaking high I promise. Whew lord have mercy the smell of the place is like 10 million tons of get back, get WAY BACK. I highly recommend the following set up for your visit, see attached picture.

Had a 3 pm unload checked in at 2pm unloaded by 2:45 pm. Had a reload for next morning at 11 am. They called me 5 pm evening prior to my appt and loaded me early. So my experience here was top notch.

Worsted place ever, given a time for pickup anytime after midnight sat for 12 hours before they even started to load. Loading was another 3 hours. Won’t ever come for pick up here again

Get comfortable. You are going to be there a while. Took them 7 plus hrs to get me loaded yesterday. Then another hour and a half to get my paperwork. Made me late for my delivery. It was awesome.
