Such a cool and unique place. Nothing like it where I'm from. You can buy live chicks and turkeys to purses to toys. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I used to like this store until they were bought out by the new owners. Now, I would never come back here again since they pulled so many products out. I'd rather go to other stores that have what I need.

Employee rung up my purchase. I waited outside for someone to load my purchases. Looked at receipt. Wrong product. The nice young man went ahead and loaded my items. However, I did have to go back into store and get refund, then rung up again. The girl rang up proper purchases at same price she had quoted. So not my best visit there. But I will definitely be back. I really like the store and staff.

I got online looking for a few things and it said it was at the store… I get to the store and they say that merchandise hasn't been shipped here yet... That store was far better before it got bought out

This store is now closed in Pocahontas Arkansas. Its store name is now Buchiet. I really liked orschelns for there wide arrange of children's toys including there sports and outdoor activity toys for children. I haven't shopped in the new Buchiet store so I'm not sure its merchandise is even the same as when the store was orscheln.

Maybe it was luck. Or maybe it's good hiring practices by the management, but I needed a specific type of bolt, screw, type stuff. Unfortunately, orcheln didn't have it; however, probably one of the most knowledgeable individuals assisted me and was able to tell me within a minute that they did not have what I needed and where I could go. That was worth a million dollars. I do not want to sit and stare at thousands of containers of small bolts to try to figure out what someone needs. Thank you for your help... Even if you couldn't fulfill what I needed.

Have to say I am not pleased that since they became Buchheits they are going to stop carrying the brands of rabbit food, dog food, even horse grain and chicken feed that Orschelns carried. The ebate deal is dumb because it takes a month for it to be processed. I'm just going to find a different store. I'd rather support a small mom and pop store rather than support big business. I miss Orschelns!

I got a kayak from them. Ask them if they could hold it tell the next morning. Very nicely they said yes.. Pick up was easy. Oh and my kayak was the cheapest in state. And I freaking love it!

Orscheln stores are great stores, I have always been greeted with friendly employees and outstanding service, however your parking lot has bad curb appeal (hard to view your inventory, it is all scattered ) and the store has good variety of product, again it is hard to walk though the isles especially with a shopping cart, (to much clutter in the isles. I enjoy this store you just need more floor spaceI now have to use a scooter , and I can not use my favorite store.Maybe you can go higher with your display racks!

Bought 2 rabbits from them a couple of weeks ago. One died three days later and the other one died within a week. Were feed and watered daily and cleaned cage. Would not recommend buying animals from there. Cost us $40 plus $30 cage and then supplies.

Not sure I've been to a place of business that is so friendly. Weston, the store manager, and his employees, always go the extra mile. They have the best sales, and quality inventory. Whether I'm needing practical plumbing items, wire fencing, tools or a nice gift...I can always find it there. If you have recently moved to the Randolf County area, I suggest you stop by and take a look at the amaizing variety of items they carry. The customer truly does come first! I have come to rely on their product knowledge and excellent customer service! Take a look-see for yourself!

Good place good people just a tad bit high on the hog 🤠 on their price but you know what they say if your not making a 7% raise this year your getting a pay cut. So they got to adjust somehow

Wonderful store and everything is always fully stocked. This is my neighborhood store and I know the employees well. Great cashiers and always friendly.Why not five stars?Sometimes the prices are not on the items.The older men (employees) in the store seem unfriendly.The other older men will get deaf ears when asked to help load heavy items from the parking lot. It was like throwing a stone into a flock of sparrows on the ground. They fly off and left the girls to help me. I've have had young girls try to load over 230 concrete blocks. Watching while these young girls struggle is an awful feeling. To not be able to load blocks as I did as a younger man is an embarrassment for me.Good news! There is one young man, very tall 6' 5" or more, he is always on the move. He is helpful even when you do not even ask for his help and he will always help load heavy items.I hope this review is helpful but do not wait to long on the parking lot for help.Thanks!One other bad thing, it is not this store, Orscheln's website is like trying to find a piece of cheese in a no bait mouse trap factory.FYI: I am 58 years old and visit Orscheln at a minimum of twice a week for our small farm.

Some things are just not available at big box stores! I can count on Orschelns for those special things like quality hose carts, bird houses, quality garden hose and all the things I cannot get at Walmart! I also appreciate the customer service which is a thing of the past at big box stores. Pocahontas Ar is my "go to" specialty store!

I like their choices but some items are over priced compared to other local farm service type stores. I would probably shop there more often if they had baby chicks 24/7, lol!

Won't be shopping here any longer. Have priced matched my dog food for over a year and buy 2 bags a week. Today I was told they will no longer price match it because I couldn't tell them how much shipping was.

Always helpful,except that one dark haired woman manager...shes got the personality of a porcupine. Everyone else is always very helpful. If they cant answer your question they'll find someone who can.

This place has a variety of things from clothing to tool , pet supplies, plumbing, and electricalToys, auto supplies like batteries n tires farming supplies, and the occasional odds n ends. Prices are fair the staff is helpful, there is also a loyalty rewards program available
