You're lady at the customer service counter every time.I come in the evening when you're closing.She is very rude to me.She has a nose ring.By the way, I don't know her name, but I don't really appreciate it.I think I might shop somewhere else....

Well I have a handicap scooter and when I need a couple of things I scoot down the road to get it. Like today I ran out of international delight French vanilla creamer. Very convenient to have Harp's down the block from me. Very nice in there and they have a variety of things to get there...

I love the Harps in Pocahontas Ar . The evening Crew are friendly and helpful. The hot Deli case has Amazing chicken, and other items , a wide selection of deli meats/ cheeses. The store is Always clean and in Order. The night manager.. not sure of his name but tall reddish hair I'm always impressed with him. He's a leader.. not a manager. He is always busting hump working with his crew. I recommend grocery shopping/ getting gas etc there.

Ran in for a few things for my mother in law. Ran right back out and drove elsewhere. $7.99 for a head of cauliflower?! $3.99 for celery?! I can understand inflation but how do you justify that. Such a gouging and disservice to the people of that area!

I have read many comments about price, not as big of a store and checkers are friendly & polite.. The chances that you are lucky enough to have a clean store and shelves that are stocked is worth every penny you pay. You are paying for the goods and service & conveniences they offer, you go to WalMart yea it’s probably cheaper, but half of the time you can not find stock on the shelves, you don’t get greeted and usually can’t even find a checker to check you out, much less a friendly person.. I will always support Local stores, they care about how you feel & if you are happy and if you will be back. NO WALMART cares about repeat customers and service. When you support local, you are supporting a family from the area who is trying to support their child’s dreams and send them to extracurricular activities. Where you spend your money really does matter to those kiddos that your kiddos or grandkids go through life with and helping each other helps your community

They almost always have excellent customer service. They are very clean in a very convenient location, but their prices also slightly reflect that convenience in that you will pay a little bit more for most things than you would somewhere else. They are especially great for if you are needing to run to town real quick for a few little things or if you are needing to stop during your commute for gas, cigarettes, a quick snack, or something to drink. They also have a very fresh meat department and probably the most varieties of ice cream of anywhere in town. The fact that they close at 10 is often inconvenient for me, but I am thankful they are in town.

Very friendly and helpful cashiers and management. There is always someone on the floor in case you can find something. It's not like other store where you have to go looking for someone in order to find what your looking for, prices are where u can read them and kept up with. Also very clean! You always see workers stocking and straighten the shelf's.

Has really gone down hill... prices are way too expensive. Out of items quicker than used to be. I honestly wouldn't go there unless I'm walking, in a hurry, their gas is same or cheaper than others,nor for my wine(lol)

It used to be a very good store but it seems like they can't keep people who care working there anymore. The last two times I've been in there I couldn't hardly get anybody to help me and the people that would help didn't know anything about what I was asking... It seems like they're just putting Warm Bodies in there to keep the business alive

Harps is hiding! If your not from Pocahontas and don't know to Google/GPS it, like nobody tells you, you will Never find it!Oh but once we did find it, it puts Walmart to shame! Very nice clean store, very well stocked with everything we needed! Super friendly employees and nice restroom available.Glad I found this little grocery store, I was so happy!!

Always out of breakfast by 8:30am and half the time they don't have nothing but chicken ready. There is a couple of rude elder ladies that work in the deli. Other than the deli it's a great store.

High priced but good quality foods, and conveniently located.As of January of 2022 there are less items available, but otherwise unchanged.As of October 2022 the store remains the same,but even less of the items that I used to buy are offered.Like the bags of Chicken breasts and boxes of hamburger patties. The toilet paper has also gotten way thinner,tho that's more the toilet paper companies doing,but the price is still the same if not a bit more.The vegetables and the fruits aren't as good as they used to be (look out for some that are already going bad in the bulk sacks).

I love this Harps, I go there all the time, they have everything you need. And it is convenient, I don't like to go over the river because the traffic is crazy over there and it takes a long time. Harps is right here and easy to get to. The manager has always been helpful if I needed something I couldn't find. He personally went and found it for me! I shop there more than I do any other grocery store in Pocahontas, because I like the people that work there too.

This place is really great for the people who don't have too pinch Penny's or have a budget but in retrospect a hundred times better than Walmart. It's nice new shiny store at least I don't have to watch people in sponge Bob square pants pajama bottoms walk around this place I'm hoping it's due to a dress code you know to keep out the riff raff.

Great place to shop!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus they usually have just as good or better prices than Walmart! Also the gas there is of high quality and it's usually the cheapest in town!!

Harps has some of every kind I love and it is FOOD! They have a wonderful selection, a great deli, and some of the best 'cream=cheese danishes I love to eat. The staff is friendly, the store (I visit) is located in a family oriented neighborhood and it's not to far from me. I pick Harps to do my grocery shopping, any day!!😇
