This has to be the worst Dollar General I've ever been to. The first half a dozen times I shopped at this location I thought they didn't have items in stock and several of the shelves were bare was due to the pandemic. I thought I would give them another shot yesterday, and once again I was disappointed, and walked out empty handed. It was frustrating to me because I shop at the Dollar General stores often, and we just moved to the area and there's not alot of choices for shopping, and not to mention the Dollar General has great digital coupons and the usually have great ads and signage breaking down the actual price...makes it almost effortless to save money. In the 7 shopping visits to this location shelves were bare, items weren't faced, limited stock if any at all, signage for sale items was few and far between, isles had boxes/crates/stock carts in the isles, and not once has any staff acknowledged me. If I could give a half star rating for this location I would. The only positive comment I would give this location is the amount of Arkansas apparel was abundant and they had a great variety.

Safe place to shop & feel safe while doing so. Employees wear masks, and they try hard to keep others safe, but some customers have been inconsiderate of the stores "please wear masks" sign on doors, this is the fault of the public, not the business, they can't blatantly force everyone while they are trying their best to assist others. Everyone has the power to cooperate an can help get over the covid19 nightmare if they would learn to read a store policy right on the door they enter. But good work to store employees that come face to face with these things every day. Be safe all

The selection on the shelves is wonderful and the people are very helpful and friendly. I dropped a star off because of all the constant cluttering in the aisles from restocking and deliveries. The boxes and carts are always in the way no matter what time of the day I go in.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Items stocked and easy to find. Stock carts are out of the way, even while employees are stocking. Very aware and enforces Covid regulations. Always professional and polite!

Love General Dollar stores but feel that they don't take care of their staff. Too many duties not enough staff which results in less customer service. And some of us still like customer service.

I don't always take the time to do this. But throughput the Christmas month I went often and the workers were always busy and smiling. Helpful when needed. Happy New Year Wishes to them all

The staff was not friendly and after shopping I needed to use the ladies room in which the cashier told me it was in the back and I asked about a restroom key to which she replied there wasnt one. After walking to the back I found the door had an out of order sign and the other restroom door was locked. She slowly walked around looking for the store manager and when she found her they sat in the back room talking instead of assisting me. I ended up having to leave and go to the KFC restroom because I could no longer wait. Worst Dollar General I have ever been to.

I asked for a certain product and was told that they haven't put the truck out yet. This was Saturday at 7:30 p.m. mind you Saturday is a big shopping day and die the shelves bot to be stick and product sitting in back is a bit ridiculous. Hire more staff, stock your shelves!

It was a total mess. I'm sure they are probably short handed but there were things laying in most of the isles. It's hard to see anyway wearing these masks so the floor needs to be picked up.

Small but have a good sale going on , kinda cluttered even for the small carts. When passing other people in the aisle you have to turn sideways, tripped over a couple boxes

Cluttered store, long lines, only one cashier, coupons show up but wouldnt deduct from my total, so I left . This happens far too often.
