not sure if actual customer service relating to products but i am confused as they told us they cannot let customers use the restrooms? (they are locked and have a sign saying to ask associate to unlock) maybe people in this world are bad but i was just on a road trip trying to make a pit stop and got confused.

The reason there is no milk or other dairy on the shelves is because the store EMPLOYEES refuse to unload the truck when it arrives. LAZY! You want a check but don't want to work for it!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Always a smile and and saying hi and how you doing! Clean and neat store! Not like the other Dollar General stores and i have been in a bunch!

It was okay my fiance worked there and said they had a rat problem and had to take food off the shelves every morning because of it i didnt believe him until i had bought a box of band aids...with a hole in them chewed by a rat. I wouldnt recommend it

Glad it is a nearby and local place to shop and carries a variety of staples. I am often disappointed that staff do not take the CDC guidelines seriously. Masks are often thin nylon store brand loose and ineffective. Masks are often off or under the nose. Social distance is difficult to maintain in small crowded isles.

Love this store! I do not have drive to Morrilton, I just walk couple blocks and can get anything I need fast. Very friendly workers and clean store.

Pottsville, Arkansas store was a chaotic mess. Dirty and unorganized. Young female employee ignored me at checkout as she was to busy flirting with a delivery man.

General Dollar in Plumerville, AR is the only place I'll shop and work in Little Rock, AR.Employee's rock, know ya and so marvelously kind. I'm an RN Charge in Little Rock, could shop anywhere else. It's on the drag as you go through town.It has handicap parking, and the folks are so helpful.
