Best pet store I've ever been to . Always super helpful when you need it and very knowlegable about their animals . :)I got my kitty from there and my leopard gecko. They also help with water testing in your fish tank. Animals are usually healthy! I can't say always because sometimes animals just get sick and it can't be helped. If they're sick, I guarantee that they're doing everything they can to make the critter better again .

It was surreal and incredible! She had an array of pets to choose from! The Guinea pigs were my favorites!She had lots of difference kinds of fish, my second favorites, birds and even snakes! I enjoyed every minute of my adventure in her pet shop! Also, she was helpful, engaging, knowledgeable about her pets and friendly!i am thinking seriously about going back and getting me one of those cute, little Guinea pigs!

I got a very aggressive fish and he loves to eat fish so I need to know what I can do I put him in a bigger tank but he ate my algae eater

Amazing selection of different reptiles and other furever pets! The place is coming together amazingly! The work that is being put into it is really showing and Heather is so helpful with any questions or concerns I have about even my own personal pets!

Good verity of animals but not good on stuff for animals and she is for the most part kind. But she doesn't follow thore with what she says she is going to do for instance I ask for her to order my ferrets a big bag of food or live food for them and she say I will order it in my next order and never dose. I have been in there 4 times from Stuttgart. I guess I have finally learned my lesson. Just don't expect her to get you what you need when she says she will.

The employees went above and beyond to make sure I got my ferrets vitamin. They even kept the store open after business hours to allow me time to make it there from out of town. They really are the best. So far they are the only ones that have my ferrets vitamins this side of Little Rock. I will definitely be visiting them again for all of my pets needs.

New owners and they are definitely making improvements. Once they get it all cleaned up and everything in it's place I think it'll be wonderful. The service is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Always liked helping small local businesses and this has always been a great place to shop at. Sadly I'm giving it a low rating due to an incident i had out there and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the owner to return my call.

When I visit it's not like any pet store anywhere there are so many things that happen there like pet adoptions strays that no one wanted are nursed back to healthy friendly companions. That takes a lot of people working together. And if that was not enough you can ask questions about how to take care of your pets all pets. You can get supplies for your pets care and get them professionally groomed pets are treated with care and sweetness . ok I love the place I met the nicest people there people that love their pets are the best😀🐰🐸🐴🐢🐍🐦🐶🐱

I came in to look at some kittens, and the blonde lady in the store said they would be there tomorrow. I go back and she says they're still not there to look at. I come in the next day and ask her about the kittens, and she tells me that they don't give out kittens for outside cats. She wouldn't even let me or my fiance see the cats. She didn't even let us get a word in edgewise. First off, I didn't think I would have to explain that I wouldn't want a kitten to be an outside cat. Cause who does that? Duh. I thought it would be common sense to have a kitten inside the house at least until they're full grown. I guess she couldn't comprehend that. Either way, she was incredibly rude and I do not see myself ever taking my business there again. If I do decide to go to a shelter or store, I'll make sure to adopt from people with a few actual brain cells.

I liked what little selection they had to choose from. We came in looking for a kitten to raise into an adult. I thought he or she could be inside outside after they became fully grown or what ever the animal wanted. We have plenty of space for a feline to enjoy at my current home location. We came in looking for a kitten to raise. The women told us to come back the next day and she should have a litter of kittens at her store. She explained that she won't give anyone a kitten to be put outside so we both understood and both have enough since to not do so. I then in return explained were not going to keep a small kitten outside we both made that clear before the following day. I raised cats and kittens so ik the dangers. Then we left only to come back the following day to be blown out the door by the blonde women. She was incredibly rude and wouldn't hear out her costumers/us, or let us get a word in edge wise she had no reason to speak to my fiance in an mannor so we decided it wasn't worth the hassle and left.

I hate bad reviews for small businesses so I gave 3 stars. A friend recommended them, & the cost was ok, so I took my dog to be groomed. I left her at 830am called at 12pm they were about to get started called at 1:30pm and said I was coming to get her because I had to work soon they said sorry and they'd be done soon (shes a small dog that needed a simple shave). I arrived as they finished, they didnt shave her tail, or feet. I was not impressed. They said a dog came in that took them hours to do. They should've done the easier dog 1st so I could pick her up. I'll never use this groomer again.

I started buying my fish at this store over 5 months ago. At first I loved this place. Three times nowive gone there and started tanks buying $150-200 worth of fish and things I need each time. Get home get the tanks sat up and for 2-3 weeks everything is fine then my fish rapidly start dying. The first of dec I bought a 7 gal tank which was $80 and bought nothing but gullpies and one glass cleaner to put in it. The first week every good. WIth in the next 7 every damn one of 25 guppies died. I like the owner and crew but her fish are not good quality. Ive gone to pet stores in little rock and added fish into my 3 tanks and those fish are fine yet the fish I bought here die. Ive lost 5 neons, 4 red and blk tertras, one silver diamond tertra. I'm sick of throwing my money away at this store. And I check my levels almost daily and vacumm my tanks every 4-6 weeks. Ive been doing fish tanks for 20 yrs.

bought a guinea pig and the worker told me that she was not ready to leave yet, she wanted to wait a week. so i come back a week later and the guinea pig was already sold. she even put sharpie on her ear to show she was sold and she still was not there. looked through every single guinea pig and she was nowhere.

Awesome service and pets available for reasonable prices. I love this place. Even adopting animals is great. I adopted my guinea pig from here and he was in amazing condition.

Employees friendly. Not a ton of options to choose from far as pets go. But if you like rats and birds then this is the spot for you. And it’s a very distinctive scent to the place.

Great place to get small animals like guinea pigs fish rats birds rabbits and kittens. Very helpful staff and nice. Good place to get crickets and meal worms.

Bought three fish got home and only had two and one wasnt even one i picked, reciept said 3 fish. Check before they bag them up.
