The process of parking and no1 brings your order they EXPECT you to w8 10-15mins then drive 🚗 which cost back through the line to get food. The service process decharacterizes "fast food" as a whole.Just be a drive thru /in/up. Or cash back on time ⏲️ n gas ⛽️ promotion s. Idk.The food carries a brand all on its own.Parking: Even if you drive in/ up /thru depends on order, you parking & driving back due to laziness 🙄 😒 seemingly.

My family calls this "the good rally's" because we have two Rallys near our house and this one is actually a little bit further away BUT its always worth the extra miles to get the good rallys. The customer service here is amazing. Always have a wonderful attitude even at 145am when they're fixing to close the lady who takes your order is smiling and so kind. They always have their ice cream machine on unlike the other rallys which is a big win to me and my family and the food is just down right cooked better! Can't say enough great things about "the good Rally's"

Why put out coupons for this location when everytime you go to it there coupon machine is down. Very frustrating and your losing business. So this is a update. We went here tonight to eat. The people that work at this location are very rude not to mention when you order a cheeseburger it's suppose to have cheese on it. All 4 of our burgers had no cheese on them.

First of all the customer service is awful, and the employees are just as bad. I’ve heard stories of how they drop the food on the ground and pick it up and still give it to the customers, I wish I could give zero stars. The food is cold, and I’ve received buns with dirt on it. And the management treats their employees like dirt. And most of the employees are young kids anyways, petty staff and petty managers and petty service.

No matter which place in pine bluff rallies you go to both of them are on their toes they get what you ordered they got great fries and Fry deals burgers are not bad either anyway they're nice friendly staff and for the amount of traffic that they have to deal with they're pretty dang quick with getting you get in and out I've never died on premises I've always went through the drive-thru but the drive-thru is always been courteous and they look like they're pretty clean inside there plus they're wearing mask way to go rallies keep up the good work stay safe and keep those fries readyFeatures: Can't tell you much really just thought I would add when I've been through to drive throughs at either Rally's they're in pine bluff or area they've had basketball on and they look pretty clean from the window and they're always very very nice

This is the best fast food in pine bluff. It is a little slow in drive thru but its worth the wait. They are always friendly and the food is always fresh and amazing. Keep up the good work and thanks 😊 👍

Was ridiculous....I went through drive thru....waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the speaker to be told cash only. They should of put a sign or something out instead of wasting people's time. 5 vars drove off as I did. The person on the speaker had a major attitude.

I've had to drive off without my food numerous times here because they couldn't fill my order in time for me to get back to work during my 30 minute lunch break. Sometimes there would only be 2-3 cars in line and I would have to leave without my food. They will make you wait and won't allow you to pull up to the window. I'm guessing there is some sort of sensor that the owners use to see how long people are waiting in line and the employees have found a way around this by telling you to stop short of the window and holding you there for 5+ min until your order is ready. They do this to every single car in line.

The cashier Erica .A was very rude and unprofessional. She did not greet us on the speaker just told us to wait. Then when we asked was she ready she told us she was waiting on US. Then told us we couldn't not use our school discounts because we didn't make enough orders, we made three different orders how many did she need? She then told one of us we could not use a coupon, I then cancelled my order. Hungry as I was I refuse to give this store my hard earned money. She really needs an attitude adjustment. Then she told us to have a nice day and closed the window without giving us all of our order. When we told her she left off an order she rudely told us to pull up. I will not be back to this Rally's ever!! When we finally got our food another guy brought it out so it was pleasant not to have to see her anymore!
