I am currently sitting outside waiting for help with riding mowers. I know which one i want to purchase.. but the person inside said i have to have an associate help me before i purchase. Been waiting way too long.. still no help. Lowes should have better customer service. Not sure why i am waifing outside now 30 minutes when iknow what i want to purchase.. but still I wait. Edit.. i waited over an hour.. then finally they let me tell them which mower i wanted and i purchased it.. why I had to wait an hour is unacceptable. However the person that finally let me just buy it was nice and helpful

I love wandering around the hardware stores. Lowe's is always so clean and well stocked with everything under the sun - and the kitchen sink, literally! Today we were pricing fencing wire, Lowe's price looks great I'm pretty sure it'll beat the other stores so we ought to be back very soon.

Good luck getting any help in this store. Plenty of employees walking around, but none of them seem to be able to help you do anything. Waited 30+ minutes for someone to come get 4 boxes of ceiling tiles down. Finally my friend and I ended up climbing a shelf and getting them ourselves. I'll drive to Bryant from now on.

It was not my best outing. I was looking for a part to reattach my toilet seat. Although I purchased the American Standard toilet from Lowes. I found the special type of screws on Amazon to reattach the seat. See pictures.

This store and this town has the worst customer service. You are often asked why do you shop in other towns. Today answers that question. Today Lowe’s lost two customers, myself as one, who each one were wanting to buy a washer and dryer. The employee just walked away and the other employee was either new and did not know anything or just did not care. I knew it would do no good to report it to the manager but I did. It took 3 calls and 20 minutes for a manger to come and he was just one isle over standing there. I expressed my concern and that i was going to Little Rock to give them my business and and all he could say was I am sorry. Not let me see what I can do to keep your business. He just let me walk the door. The other person did so earlier. They just lost over $2000.00 in sales. So I will support another town that appreciates me as a customer.

It is better to go in person than order online. For some reason, my PayPal payment was being taken from my bank account, but Lowe's wasn't showing they received it. I canceled my online order and paid in full at the store and had it delivered and installed. I finally got my gas range and installed by them only to not work!! The installers said that it would be replaced the following week. Today I received a call saying it will be an additional week making it a month and 1 week dealing with this simple order. I will never in my life order anything from Lowe's ever again!!!!

This is the sorriest Lowe's store I've ever been too. Their inventory stinks, but what makes it worse is their customer service. I've been to this store probably 15 times in last month. Everytime I'm treated like it's an inconvenience to check me out. Here is an idea, stop talking to other people, checking your phone, looking up supplies and do your freaking job!!!! Stop rolling your damn eyes and do your job!!

I make the drive to home depot in North little rock. I only go here if I am absolutely stuck and it's too late in the day. Worst store ever. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. Staff are on their phones or so high they're useless. They don't no where anything is and the app is useless because nothing is stocked correctly. Sa e yourself the frustration and just go anywhere else. 0 stars. And may God smite this place with an asteroid.

I always enjoy going to Lowe's, because I love remodeling and DIY projects, so as long as you know where what you're looking for is, you're good to go, if you're going to need assistance to find something, its going to take a while, lol.

I came to purchase products for my new property and my wife was harassed by store security.She was asked what she was going to do with the stiff in the cart..The officer told her she was going to jail and he followed us around the store. He was extremely rude and condescending.

The delivery options suck. They gave a window of 11am to 3pm..3pm came and went and I still haven't heard from them. Tried to call the store and no one answered. Went to the website to get delivery status and it says I haven't made a purchase. Update...still haven't received my items after I was given a delivery date of 12/6/23...This is ridiculous and so very unprofessional. I will never ever shop here again. 2500$ spent and I still don't have my stuff. And no one wants to answer the phone...Worst customer service EVER

Needed to pick up some tools. Parking lot has those security camera stands. Once inside you have people following you around. Even when I let them know I knew they were following me inside the store, they asked for my receipt. Don’t recommend this lowes.

using the self checkout my total was over 300$ so I paid 280$cash and went to put the remaining balance on my debit card when the register froze i asked for employee help and not a single person would help or give me back my 280$ already put in the register. Not to mention I'm in here trying to make a quick trip due to the fact that my child is autistic so now I been in here over an hour waitting at my register while my daughter is screamingbloody murder I ask numerous people for assistance and every single employe says I need to find the manager...the manager is nowhere to be found the attitudes from these employes and all the eye rolling n pointing at my 2 yr old daughter from your staff was absolutely disgusting!

I love going to Lowe's. One of my favorite places to go shop lol. They have everything I need for home improvements. I only gave 3 stars today because there was an older couple, a man alone, and my husband and myself in line on the lumber check out end of the store. The customer in front that was checking some lumber and other items out had already finished his purchases. But he and the checker decided to just carry on conversation that looked to have nothing to do with anything he was buying or in the store. We all waited 10 minutes, and they were still talking like we weren't waiting, so we all left to go find a way to check out faster. I don't mind talking to employees and being courteous and all but we all needed to be places and things to do as well. I have worked in retail and have talked to people I knew as well but kept it short and was mindful, respected other people's time. You don't want them to be unhappy with the service and go somewhere else to shop.

Got what we needed, and my wife scored some free sticks of wood they use when shipping bulk wood planks! They were gonna throw them in the dumpster, but my wife asked if she could have them, they said sure thing! She's gonna repurpose it for building various things around the house, or make some shelves with them! SCORE!!!

I've done over $100,000 a business with Lowe's over the last 20 plus years. Of all the Lowe's locations that I have used, this one is hands down the worst! Almost everything that I go in the store to look for is not in stock when it says it is, is it where it's supposed to be, etc. On numerous trips it should have taken a matter of minutes to run in and get something, I've wasted a half hour plus trying to find it or get an associate to help.I placed a couple of online orders for pickup which have been disastrous each time. The service desk will send you to the pro desk then the pro desk will send you back to the service desk. This store is definitely mismanaged from the top down. If there was any other option within 30 minutes of my work site I would use them even if I had to pay more.

I would say the worst lowes on customer service and returns . Waited over a hour before Wes or whatever his name is . I was told by management in other store to return the product which was a shower stall to any store . Pine bluff store would not except it . Never will I step foot into another lowes

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EMPLOYEES! THEY'LL GENUINELY HATE YOU WITH A SMILE!Two days ago, I had ordered a gazebo and a very top-of-the-line 2 in 1 Washer/Dryer combo in the late afternoon. Not only did they search up the item number and I make the purchase that night (almost $3,400), but I stood around for over an hour ready to load the items until someone comes out and claims "the item is here in the store, but not in it's proper location".The next morning rolls around, and I go to check on that pickup order because our own jobsite is at a stand still until we bring the items purchased yesterday. Again, all smug and carefree – keeping a sea of customers waiting, they spend over two hours slowly wandering the back warehouse before coming back to let us know someone in their staff sold us the washer/dryer and gazebo that wasn't even in stock at their store.After getting a refund to our Commercial Account and losing thousands of dollars waiting on a slow Lowe's employee who wasn't concerned about my business loosing money, my boss called and asked to purchase a generator for a warehouse property.Any staff in the store that I spoke to was rude, seemed irritated, and looked at me with the most hateful look of disgust and resentment. Using the Commercial Account for purchase, I was approved from my boss to make the purchase and even had his wife (an authorized buyer) on standby on the phone.Having watched me all morning trying to just pick up my original purchase, the customer service lady slightly grins – shaking her head regarding the purchase of the generator. Lowe's and their unmotivated, lazy, and hateful employees wasted very valuable time for my company.

Been waiting for help in the paint department for 10 minutes. No one was at the counter. They keep play a Bingo game over the intercom and the assistant button could never call cause of them playing a game over the intercom during business hours

Only one register open with almost a dozen people in line. The store is filthy. The power tools are all in disarray. The demos are trashed and filthy. The men's room has water and whatever standing in the floor and running out from under the door into the hallway. It's like a restroom at one of those filthy roadside gas stations in the inner city.
