At times cannot get into the main building for the free breakfast because the door is locked and no one is up there. I almost never have enough toilet paper, most times not even a full roll and they do NOT like to give more but eventually will. One time there was hair all over the shower from the previous person. However, the rooms are cute, air works good, it's pretty quite and is the most decent affordable rate on Priceline.

DO NOT STAY HERE! this hotel was beyond gross and the staff is rude and they stole money out of my account. There was hair in our bed, which means they didn't change the sheets. There was mold on the chair and when we sat on the bed we seen a roach crawl out of the chair cushion. Disgusting. We demanded our points back and they took our points and money for the room too. Thieves. Do not stay here.

Do not get a room from them, they will charge you and charge you again without you staying there. I stayed two nights each time I checked out. I checked my card a day after and they took money off my card three times. Other customers had to call the police up there because they had stolen from them as well. I called days inn and the customer service was terrible the man even hung up on me. I then called back and each time he would act like a child and not say nothing on the phone, when I said something he would hang up. I will be at days inn tomorrow with the police as well. Took my money and had the nerve to hang up on me and get rude and disrespectful about my money, I also have the receipts from the 2 days I stayed there. This place will not receive anymore money from me. I truly do not recommend anyone going to this place

My wife and I had to come into pine bluff for an emergency. We called ahead before we made the 6 hour trip, a nice lady answered and said our reservation was indeed confirmed and our room will be ready for us. We drive here to then be met by an older man in the office, who then tells us that we do not have a reservation it doesn't exist in the system. After a 45 minute call with the customer support he rudely finally gave us our key to our room. Upon entering the room it had a strong mold smell. ( Not mind the fact it was not the room we rented) went back up to the office where he then did not answer the bell for another 30 minutes. Out of all my traveling this is by far the worst hotel I have ever visited.

The rooms are not clean by any means. I had to clean the shower and toilet before I could even use them. The beds are only made and the towels are “replaced” daily. The phones in the rooms are disconnected so you have to use your personal phone to reach the front desk. I asked for new towels and was told to bring my old towels to the front desk in order to get new towels. The showers leaks. The carpet is extremely dirty. I can’t believe they try to charge 4 star prices for this 1 star hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. I am so sad I booked this hotel. Disappointed.Rooms: The rooms are dirty. I had to clean the shower and toilet before use. I had to make sure to wear shower shoes when walking on the carpet because of how filthy the carpet was. They don’t even replace the toilet tissue rolls after each guest. Most hotels put a new roll after every guest. They don’t replace the towels after they “clean” the room and the front desk staff keeps asking you to bring the towels back.

Edited to overall 5-stars, based on value, compared to similar hotels that week. What looked like a level-2 NACS EV charger was a plus.Suggestions to improve rooms: ensure HVAC controls are fully labeled and consider adding table lamps with built-in outlets on the bedside tables the wall outlets near the beds in my room were occupied or difficult to access behind the bed frame.

Honestly the hotel isn't bad if you get a decent deal like under $100 solid stay it's clean enough if your not stupid picky and stay at $300 a night hotels the staff have been friendly during our stay there is a older woman who works on the house keeping staff she is amazing very friendly and kind and got us everything we needed I really enjoyed my stay biggest complain is like everything within 100 miles is closed or out of business there's a mc Donald's a donut place and a rallys [don't recommend them] within walking distance

My husband and I were in the middle of moving to the area and the renovations on our new house took a few days longer than expected. To save money we choose the days inn in pine bluff because from the pictures online and just driving by the other hotels in the area of cheaper hotels it appeared to be the best. We checked in and were staying 3 nights. The man who checked us in was very friendly and told us that we had to put down a $50 deposit that we'd get back when we checked out which we thought was reasonable. Our first room air conditioner didn't work and it being the end of June was too hot. They moved us rooms with no issues. Both the non smoking rooms we had smelled like smoke and had ashtrays in them. That didn't bother us but if you have an allergy or don't like the smell of nasty smoke then take that into consideration. The rooms were reasonably clean the first room we saw wasn't as clean or had as good of mattress as the second one. It was mediocre but what we expected for the cost. The pool looked clean but we never swam in it. The free breakfast was a joke. A few old muffins and some bread you can toast or cereal with milk. They had the waffle iron but never any batter. They had apple juice to drink and coffee. Overall our stay was good as could be expected until we went to check out and the owner said that our deposit hadn't been recorded so we wouldn't get it. This made us mad because we needed that money and kept everything in perfect condition while we stayed. We came back up there to the night clerk that checked us in and asked him what the deal why didn't you record our deposit. He pulled out a book and showed where he in deed had accurately recorded our name and the amount of the deposit. We were told that the manager is known to do this type of thing to people. My husband took a picture and he came back the next day and showed the owner who said that the employee had stolen our deposit and was so incredibly rude. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend anyone ever stay at this establishmentRooms: Non smoking rooms have ash trays and smell like smoke. The rooms are big enough for 3 adults comfortableFood & drinks: Free breakfast is a joke. Barely anything offered other than bread u can toast n cold cereal coffee and apple juiceNoteworthy details: Did not get our deposit back that we paid when we checked in and left the room in perfect condition. Owner tried to say that his employee stole the deposit. Employee had it noted and documented correctly and even if he did steal it the owner should have made it right its his business

I had to have 3 different rooms because the first one, the hot tub was dirty, the second one, the air conditioner didn't work, the third one was good and after moving 3 times I was ready to come home. That'sall I can say about it we left early in the morning we didn't even stay very long, yeah, wasn't a good experience for us and for being the first time without a 100 kids. I thought I was gonna get to relax. But maybe it'll be better for you.

Looked nothing like the pictures. 1st room wasn't a suite like I had paid for. 2nd room smelled like smoke. It had mold. There was throw up on the floor. Very dirty. I used one of my credit cards for the deposit. I only used that card at the motel. The day after I checked out someone had tried to use that card at Dominoes in Pine Bluff Arkansas where I had stayed.Rooms: DisgustingSafety: Not safe

Rooms smell like old basement. Sheets have stains or dirty including a footprint on one of them. Check in area smells of marijuana. Pool closed. Told of waffles, fresh fruit, pastry for breakfast. Only bread and water with stale cereal and no milk. Check out clerk gave me bad attitude and told me it wasn't a " Holiday Inn". I agree.Rooms: Smelled like old basement. Sheets either stained or dirty with footprint on one.Noteworthy details: Don't stay here. The front desk check out clerk told me that it's not a Holiday Inn and he must be suggesting me to stay at one.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. It reeked of weed and less than 5 minutes, not even fully out of the truck yet, and the first thing my daughter found was a joint roach on the couch. You can see drips down the walls. Prints all over everything like theput clean sheets and unopened cups and called it good. The cable was blurry on all channels, and the room stunk. we had to sprays body spray on everything the sheets were the only thing clean !

Room was pretty clean. However-would have been nice to have been informed that in between paying on Priceline and lying down to sleep for the night-that there was a $50 cash deposit that was that was due upon check-in. Probably would not stay here again just because after the fact-I had a close contact who was very concerned that I had stayed in this town at all given the fact that the crime rate for this town is very high. As a matter of fact-the crime rate has significantly decreases the population going back to at least 2010 or so. I did have the luxury of traveling with two companions who have no problem at barking when things don't seem right and also a companion who has no problem "carrying". Thankfully he did not have to use the objects he carries.

Me and my husband always have a wonderful time here. We spent a whole week here in peace I cannot for the pool to open so I can go swimming. The location is perfect it's by restaurants, gas stations and it's also close to my husband 's job. The people are very friendly and the room was clean. I cannot wait to stay here again. And the price is right.Rooms: Room was clean. My husband loves how comfortable the bed was. He doesn't wanna get up. LolNearby activities: Hestand stadium is nearby and the casino is within a five minute driveSafety: Never had any problems with nobodyWalkability: McDonald's, Rallys and Burger King are within walking distance. There also two liquor stores, a gas station and taco truck that are within walking distance alsoFood & drinks: There are 3 restaurants, a taco truck and a gas station nearby

I don't know if it was because we had dogs, but the room we were put in was pretty bad. It was first floor and the curtains didn't close. I put up a towel and triesd to draw one curtain across. Didn't work because the sun was blazing in by morning. Like getting hit with a spotlight. The bed was comfortable but the room smelled odd. The outside of the motel looks really nice. Inside is tired and needs remodeling. It wasn't a $100 room, for sure. But we came from from Monroe, LA from a Motel 6 that either has been or will soon be featured on a murder TV show or podcast. It was hard to complain after that. The breakfast waffles were great. Would've been nice to have some eggs but there were sausages, toast, blueberry muffins, and cereal, so at least there was something to tide you over for a while.Front desk help was wonderful. Can't say anything bad about her. Just that this motel could use a remodel. Tired as we all were, it sufficed.

Nastiest hotel where the owner matches the nastiness of the room. A ghetto party weekend spot at best that will kick you out with no refund at the drop of a hat. Not to mention is extremely abusive to employees refusing to pay them and even worse. One of the many businesses that surely would be closed down if our government didn't take six months to even investigate a business these days which is why a lot of these business owners believe the law does not apply to them because after numerous complaint to State and local officials including their electrical being a firetrap nothing seems to be done and this hotel with mold somehow passes inspection with Wyndham every time go somewhere else.

You can't beat the price! I have stayed here 4-5 times in the past month for business and have been very happy. Although the furnishings are worn, the place is actually very clean and had no bad odors (non smoking room). Staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The owner is continually upkeeping--brought a brand new fridge to my room even though the old one was fine. They keep up with the trash careless visitors leave in lot. As a rule, ANYWHERE you go, even if you go to more expensive places, you should always bring your own sanitizing wipes for touch ups. You can't see everything with the naked eye. They also have a washer and dryer available.

At first glance I thought this might be a 5-star room, but I had to deduct a star when I realized that it obviously used to be a smoking room (based on the smell as well as numerous cigarette burns), and then I had to deduct another star when I discovered the wifi wasn't working... and then I had to deduct yet another star when I discovered that the TV wouldn't even turn on. Oh well, at least I brought a book (and so far the lights are working).

Horrible experience. Shower curtain and rod fell with weight of one towel. No lock on bathroom door. Questionable fresh stains on bed linens. Would have moved to another location had I read the fine print on booking company's website. Prepaid and no refund. 1 of top 3 worst hotel experiences.

Ok here’s the thing. I was staying here during an outage at the paper mill. On my second day there an item was stolen from my room. I was assured that staff was honest and I believe that to be true even now but a guy was helping out one of the maids and he stole something of mine that I had later recovered. It wasn’t the maids fault she had no idea this guy was shady and I do not blame her. Although the manager was very apologetic I feel that not everything was done to remedy the situation. They could have at least offered a day or two taken off the bill. I ended up going to motel six, after staying for the days I had paid for, the room was cheaper and I didn’t have to worry about things coming up missing. I truly hope that they take care of that situation for future tenants. I will not be staying there again though.

Used bar of soap left in shower, air conditioning knobs broke, had to go buy a fan to stay cool. Went and bought clean linens and lysol as the room didnt seem clean. Staff was rude and had no compassion for folks evacuating from hurricane ida. Had to get room keys recoded after being locked out of our rooms at 11am daily.
