Big Herb The Destroyer

Big Herb is new in town. Decided to check out the local grocery options. Big Herb was not disappointed. Store is very clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Produce and meat selection didn't disappoint. The prices are slightly higher than your big chains but that's to be expected. Looking forward to more shopping madness in the future! Highly recommend!

Very expensive and didn't have most of the items I needed. Harp's has our county in the bag so to speak. They are the only grocery store in the two towns that have a name brand store and they own the salvage store 10Box which ironically charges as much or more for the items on

A lot of different from this store Harp's and the store that there Country Mart I have had no bad things things and was told if product is bad be sure to bring back mostly meat.But very nice store and good management and very nice young workers very polite.This town needed a good store.

The parking lot needs to be swept or cleaned around the building. There were many items out of stock but that’s been going on everywhere it seems. For the most part, an improvement from Country Mart.

Went in today, a Sunday, to pick up a western Union. Apparently there’s no one there that knows how to do western union, so now I have no lunch for the work week. Train your people, and maybe don’t have a bunch of teenagers running the store.

I love our little grocery store! When I can't find something at dollar general, I go here and they always have it. The prices are fair, they offer a variety to choose from. Everyone is friendly, and is always willing to provide help when needed.

It's a nice clean grocery store. I think the prices are to high and the employees act like robots. They don't talk or smile at you. So it's a run in real quick place for me.

Very clean store and professional employes..Great selection but very high prices! Wished Piggott Harps had home goods and decor , toys, outdoor products, pet accessories ( cat), clothing,gift items and one isle of $1 or less items . ( Like Rector Harps)

Ordered a bridal shower cake here. It was horribly decorated and not what I had specifically asked for. Hopefully it will at least be edible. I DO NOT recommend getting a decorated cake from there if you want it to look nice. Normally I do not post about anything ever but this is an important thing for consumers to know ahead of time when you are wanting something to look nice for a public special event. I tried Harps as it was a new place in town and trying to support local business. The staff was overall nice and cordial.

Very nice since switch over. Better selection and better looking produce and meats. Prices are pretty on point with other stores. Associates are very very nice and helpful. I really like to go shopping here.

It's really sad that the Harp's in piggott is so expensive that most people who live here can't even shop here! Now I understand exactly why everyone who can, goes out of town for the majority of their grocery shopping.Just over in Rector that harps at least has a huge selection of dollar items!There are no jobs in piggott and Harp's knows they are the only store around here besides dollar general! It's ridiculous Harp's! It's time to STOP being so GREEDY and actually help your community!

I have not been pleased since Harp's took over. First they started not carrying items that i had been regularly purchasing and now they have rearranged the entire store and it just seems disorganized with what items they placed by each other. And now today they had signs up saying Mum's were 3 for $12. But when got to register the sale didn't start until September 17 and today is 12th. The date on signs was not with price and was not noticable. Very frustrated! May have to drive to another town to shop.

Bread was dated June 2nd, bacon package was open from probably not kept the right temperature, breakfast bowl had puncture in it. After paying more than we used for I when it was Country mart came home to mold on the artisan meat!!!! Last week the deli ham I got was spoiled. I was double charged for items too! When I said something the girl said it was a problem with their scanner! I was hoping the Harps standard would be upheld but unfortunately it’s back to unacceptable! Replace the Countrymart management and step it up!

I work out of town and have the convenience of shopping at much larger chain stores for groceries. Our hometown Harp's they cleaned it up some. But everything is marked up it is expensive to shop there

Wow, the store is never right. On June 7, 2019 the store was closed at 9:30 pm when it is supposed to be open until 10pm. Yes the store manager was their, I saw him. Maybe it is time for a new store to come in or replace the manager. Piggott wants us to shop and buy local but how can you when all the stores wants to close at 9pm or at sundown. Really Piggott, Maybe thats why Kennett, MO or Paragould AR is growing. Walked up to the door and it was 930 and they locked the door said they were closed. So needless to say Dollar General got my money. I was told they were updating their system. Really, 30 minutes makes rhar much of a difference. I also hate going in at night cause they mop 2 hrs before closing.

The biscuits and gravy used to be a lot cheaper before Harps took over, honestly i coukd go right accross the parking lot for better quality biscuit and gravy for the same price.
