I love that we have Hardee's here, they have a great manager and some good employees. The environment is clean. The food is usually decent.The prices are on the high side though and that's definitely not a good thing.I got a little upset that we had ordered ham sandwiches and they were basically bread sandwhiches and sane for my roast beef. But other experiences here have been good in the past.

Todays visit was on 1/21/23. It was bad. We ordered 4 of the value sandwiches on the 4 for $6 (2 plan small cheese burgers, a spicy chicken, and a small hot ham and cheese) and a large curly fry no salt. BOTH cheese burgers were burnt to a crisp and the curly fries were extra crispy to a burnt level as well. The only reason I didn't take the items back is because I don't have a car and was already home.

Ordered on 8/25/22 and waited about 15 minutes so I assumed (incorrectly) that the food would be fresh. 2 combos and an additional 2 sandwiches was $32. The sandwiches were not fresh, and sloppily put together. Once I was going down the road and began passing out the food we realized they left out the fries. This was my last visit to this location and I would not recommend to others.

Big Herb get's vittles for his employees here. Things are always hot and fresh. Nobody has ever complained. Sometimes they forget to put straws in the bag so check that. Everyone has been friendly. Not a bad stop for vittles on the run. I recommend stopping in here!

Got my order right, food was prepared as expected, but not as pictured (still waiting to find a fast food restaurant that does this). The dining area was a little dirty and could use a good thorough deep cleaning.

You have lost a customer as I refuse to go there again if I could give a zero I would. The morning manager is so rude. Interrupting every time you try to speak. Why won't they allow a person order then ask what kind of cheese or whatever. Try to talk to her got nowhere as she just kept interrupting instead of listening.

Just attempted to get breakfast. Manager on duty in way over her head. Complete s*it show. Didn't bother acknowledging me at the counter let alone turn around. Nobody said a word to us. Others waiting for to go orders 10+ minutes not busy at all. Permanently close is the answer

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! If the make a mistake there alwAys understanding and will fix it. There one of the only places with Free water too. Which in summer time can come in handy. Wonderful constumer service and amazing food. Love the New grilled ham and cheese burger. And they have the best onion rings around!

Changed my opinion of Hardee's entirely. I had been used to the terrible food in my hometown, but this one was VERY different.Everything was cooked fresh. The vegetables were crisp and vibrant in color. My shake was amazing. I reccomend the curly fries!

It has been a long time since I have eaten at Hardee's in Piggott... This was on a Sunday evening after church and boy that place was packed!! The staff was friendly and the other customers were jovial and in good spirits.

Just left Hardee's and found I didn't get a 12# but a 4# asked for three dr. Peppers in one Coke n got four coks didn't order onion rings and got them. Tell the person three times I wanted a number 12 and still got a number 4. Had to ask for the other drink wished had drank one I could have handed him all of them back and asked for what I asked for.

They're rude as all can be and have attitude problems, including the mangers. After I ate their food I ended up throwing up hours later, this has happened 3 times now. Don't go here.

This is the best hardees I have ever been to in my life, im so happy its close to home. I have been eating here for over 10 years and still happy, and im hard to please.

This is one of the better Hardee's I think. The employee's are always kind, and the restaurant has always been well kept when I have gone in.
