This will remain a 1 star review until the manager and other staff members can learn to be more respectful. They whisper and gossip about customers and act as if the customers don't know. Pffttt smh If they don't want me spending my money there, they should speak up instead of whispering like a bunch of high-schoolers. Way too old to be acting like that.

Big Herb has seen a lot of things but never a DG Market. Being new in town, decided to browse the selections. I was impressed with the produce and meat options. Prices weren't bad considering today's circumstances. The store is clean. The staff is friendly. Look forward to more shopping adventures. Highly recommend checking them out!

We love the manager, she’s always been real sweet to us and our family. The store is well organized and I love that we can pick up some general needed grocery items like bananas and then the other things that DG provides. Glad they’re in town.

The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and their locations. I did however happen to glance at my receipt after I returned home and noticed I was overcharged on an item. That's a little frustrating as you have to ask yourself if it's worth addressing over a couple dollars or just letting it go. It's a good store and worth visiting. Just check the screen as your items are scanned or review your receipt for accuracy.

I have never seen a Dollar General store with such an extended grocery section. I never imagined that I could buy fresh meat and veggies in a Dollar General. Very nice store and excellent service.

The store is too small so it is crowded and hard for customers to shop. It is also unorganized and cluttered because of lack of space. Most workers are somewhat friendly, but they are probably stressed from air conditioning and heating not working properly.

The manager is extremely.rude.She thinks because she has the new store they're the only game in and around Arkansas. They haven't been able to fill the shelves yet.

One employee at this Dollar General stands out !! His name tag says,"Sam". A young man, very polite and always jumps to hold the door open for me, an 82 year old woman with a cart full, and non automatic doors. I have never gone in there that he is not busy stocking or at the register, etc. He should be recognized, because none of the other employees have EVER offered to open those heavy doors for me. Thank you, SAM

DG is clean and has several marked down items in the store, not including the standard price is reasonable for their products. They also offer digital coupons which helps alot.

They do need to keep there inventory stocked up a little better. I couldn't get the soda I was wanting but other then that was over all good.

I really hate their bagging system because they never tell how many I have causing me to leave something . then when you try to call and let them know you get a machine telling you to call again later because they are busy with other customers.
