This vet office does not see the type of animal that I needed cared for (goat) but they were very very willing and happy to help me to the best of their ability with my situation. Very clearly in the field for love of animals. Thanks for your commitment to animal wellbeing!!!

Other vet places in paragould printed me out papers about what was happening with my dog and what i need to do and what the medication was for. The male vet in piggott is very literal.. I asked for one of those referring to his file about what was wrong with my dog exactly and he thought I meant his literal file.. and said I wouldn't be able to read his handwriting. And I said no, one of my own. And I went to pay and they never gave me anything to explain what was happening with my dog and I didn't even know what the medication was for exactly. So I dislike that, And just because they are a small vet clinic I think it would be beneficial to have clients know or be able to let family know exactly what is wrong with their pet not just a yellow sheet telling u what to do and what you paid for.

Dr. Draffron and staff, although very busy, were caring and respectful to me and my silly but good doggies. Three at once, I will schedule each separately in the future to decrease their daily work load.My first visit no less.Have a dental scheduled in Oct for one. A 15 at least year old. I trust them that much.

He has been an awesome Vet for my babies...treated my Pop for heart worms and she is doing so much better..and treated Koda for ear infection...Definitely recommend taking your sweet fur babies to him.

I had to make the hardest decision for my best friend. The only thing that really gets under my skin though is they knew my dog wouldn't make it. They bluntly told me that. But they were going to keep her over night and send her home with antibiotics. To me it sounded like they would do anything to rack up your vet bill, but not being as interested in the dogs well being.

Dr. Daffron and his staff came in after hours to put my old dog down who was struggling for every breath when I came home from work on 6-5-19. Very compassionate man who understood how badly we needed his services due to the fact we could not reach our regular vet. And the cost was very fair. Thank you Dr. Daffron!

Not caring at all!! My chihuahua was very sick we called his after hours number to receive a call saying they wouldn’t see her. The next morning the vet called he wouldn’t answer our questions , just said he would run some tests but we had to pay upfront for the costs. He was rude just an all around horrible person.I’ll take my baby somewhere else!!
