They have taken care of my needs as well as my family's. 3rd generation customer. I can always count on John and his staff. I have had my insurance company try to get my medication delivered. I won't do it because I want to support local people who I actually know.

We have been filling our medications at Roland's for over a decade...other family members even longer. They have top-notch people working there and always know your name. We are a tight knit community here in Perryville and part of that is because having caring and capable, not to mention affordable medications, close to home is a blessing. Roland's is part of that quality care. I can call and speak to one of the pharmacists without a problem, ask about costs and comparable alternatives, as well as ask about OTC interactions without any issues. My insurance company has been pushing us for several years to switch to CVS and they will send 90 days at a time--- told them " no thank you" I get better service and friendlier service were I am. The difference in price is pennies. They have even gone ONLINE@! Now you can text in for refills if it's a day that they are not open ( only once a week and holiday), and next business day....you have your medications. True blessing to have this store, its' employees and the family that keeps it running in our small town. I, for one, will not be changing my pharmacy anytime in the foreseeable future. Thank you Roland's for staying here and serving this community.

My brother was released to come home from the hospital after a 37 day stay, only to wait 30 minutes and then be refused service because he posted a negative comment about the lack of previous service he had when they wouldn't fill his prescriptions unless he had all of the prescriptions filled there.I will never use this pharmacy after the way my brother has been treated. It's really a good thing my mother waited and not me. I would have let everyone know what poor customer service they have.They need to go by the Kroger pharmacy and learn what good customer service and relations is. I've never had an issue at any Kroger location.I am a Key Account Customer Service Rep and I would never think to treat my customers this way.I wouldn't even give them a star, but I had to in order to write a review.

I normally have my prescriptions filled in Little Rock, unfortunately I have a few and they are not cheap, and I have no insurance. I did, however, recently receive a card in the mail(Rxrelief,pharmacy discount card) This card has saved me around a third on one of my prescriptions $150 to $100. I recently needed this filled ASAP (pain meds, needed due to my 3rd Posterior Cervical Fusion surgery) I was not able drive 45 miles to Wal Mart in Little Rock and the Wal mart in Morrillton.....well let's just say it's not a pleasant experience. I have always loved this pharmacy (Roland), I assumed their prescription prices would be much more than Wal Mart,They have wonderful gift items. Top of the line candles, home accessories and priced very fair. Things you don't expect to find in Perryville. When I dropped of my prescription off I told the young lady I had my discount card. She said they were unable to take that, their mark up was not enough for them to be able to apply a additional discount (not exact words,but that's what I understood) When I was waiting I thought great, there goes $50. When I went to pay my total was $53.00!!! (I saved a $100 b4 card at wal mart, $50 after discount card), I automatically looked at the pill count, it was right. I was pleasantly shocked to say the least! I am a lifer now!! They are all very nice and personable and most helpful with any questions. I have nothing bad to say here!! I recommend Roland’s Drug Store to anyone without hesitation.They are now inside of Harps grocery store in Perryville. Same great people.
