I dont even live in Pea ridge, i was just passing through and had to stop in here for gas earlier tonight. The lady from the gas station was super nice! I went to the store and picked up a few things, im assuming shes a floater but she even saw me up there and offered to help there! In addition to that, she dealt with my terrible jokes about snickerdoodles being out of style and stock 😂😂😂 I frequent all of the walmarts in my area and none of the associates come close to being as nice as these guys! Im going to have to start coming up here more often just to be reminded what 5 star customer service looks like! My most frequented walmart is the location on elm springs, they could take some notes on customer service from this store. Thanks again!

It's my mom's birthday and I was wanting to know all the types of balloons they had so I could find the right ones for my moms birthday and the lady at the customer service desk was just absolutely rude. Constantly saying what type are you looking for, I said for birthday. I wanted to see the types before I decided and she was rushing me, mind you, there was nobody behind me. She didn't bring any of them out for me to look at, kept asking me what type, at this time, I was getting so frustrated I walked out. I'd appreciate it if there were nicer people at customer service desk. Will not being going there again for any help with balloons again 😔

This is one of the better Neighborhood Market stores from Walmart... This one has a well run deli, normally has what I want in stock and the folks who run the pharmacy are a cut better than most...The only downside is that it is crowded a lot of the time, because I think it's the only Grocery store in Pea Ridge...One other fun thing is they run the drone delivery service in a facility behind the store. I found it fun to watch them launch and catch the drones...

Absolutely hate the brand new self check-out system. I was there this afternoon. I bought a couple of items and left, then came back to get one item I forgot. The self-checkout card reader kept rejecting the debit card I had just used less than an hour earlier. A very nice Walmart associate came over to help. She couldn't get the machine to accept my card, either. So I told her I would just go to Aldi, which I did. My card worked just fine there, and I bought a whole week's worth of groceries in addition to the one item I was going to buy at Walmart.While I was at Walmart, I noticed other people having difficulty with the new self check-out system as well, from not being able to scan items to not reading their cards.I don't know which corporate suits thought this new system was a good idea, but it's not. Perhaps Doug McMillon and the other smart people at corporate should go to Aldi and see just how quickly they check people out, then allowing customers to bag their groceries at their own pace without holding up other customers.One more thing, Walmart has eggs for $1.75 a dozen with a couple of big signs that say "Great Low Price, great value, $1.75 dozen." Got news for you: Aldi eggs are 78 cents a dozen, less than half the cost at Walmart.Today, October 5, 2022. Went to get some equate allergy medicine. The price on the shelf was $10.64; the price at the register was $17.46. The largest retailer on earth apparently can't get the shelf price to match the register price. Doug McMillon, why is it that you can zipline items to my yard but can't get the prices to match? A SEVEN dollar difference? SMH.July 27, 2023 This Walmart continues to charge much higher prices than the shelf indicates. It's a regular occurrence. Today, went to purchase a bottle of vitamins. Shelf said $10.98; actual price $19.12. Why is that, Doug McMillon?

Whoever can make the change, adjust half of the current normal checkout lanes to self checkout like the Bentonville Nm! This ridiculous corral system with absolutely no space to function, is not helpful. There is maybe 1 cashier working the lanes . But 15 workers clogging the aisles with the pickup service. Take a cue from the Bentonville NM on Central! Please! Our store has large families, so being forced to use the tiny self checkouts is not functional ! Please stop resisting improvements that actually make sense!Also, even after the remodel, location of items change almost weekly! Even the workers can’t answer questions on where something gets moved to! Get it settled, please! I go to Bentonville as often as I can bc of all of the above.If this store owns the land to the west of the building, it would be nice if the trees were trimmed and watered to help them actually grow! They look awful. Some light trimming would do some good.

I always purchase my meat here, it's always fresh and the entire store is always clean. Everyone is always polite and helpful. I enjoy going to this store the atmosphere is always inviting and cheerful.

I've not have many issues at this branch. If there's a problem with a self checkout register or something, they make sure to get it fixed ASAP. Friendly staff and quality products.

They consistently close the gas station down early I've been through multiple times before 10. The people are not very friendly to top it off. I don't come to this store if I can avoid it. Just stood in line to get gas while the lady wyonia just talked to another lady and then didn't even get the amount of gas I asked for. Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't like complaining about an older lady but this was ridiculous. Pretty good chance I'll never come back here again even if I gotta pay more for gas at the shell station.

I am glad our local neighbor market still has associates that check out customers. Being able to ask for assistance finding items or having someone to assist me out to the vehicle and load heavy items for me is so helpful.

I love this market. The associates are helpful and they have a good array of products. If there is a shelf tag discrepancy they will give you the shelf tag price. They make french bread toasts for bruschetta. They have a wide variety of special ingredients for foodies as well. It is easy in and out. This is my main grocery store.

I have ordered groceries for years from Walmart and have never been charged a fee for not ordering enough. I tried to order more, but shipping tomato and chicken noodle soup and laundry detergent and dog food is ridiculous because it costs more money and I wouldn't have gotten it when I needed it. I will not order or shop Walmart unless the $5.99 is refunded to me and I will spread this information to all of my 1,000+ social media friends so that they know how "valuable" they are to Walmart, unless they order enough. At the least Walmart could put at the bottom of the screen that if you don't order $35.00 there will be a fee, so the customer can make that decision on their own. Pride goes before a fall, so I would highly recommend not being prideful because Walmart is big but remember your roots with Mr. Sam who was not prideful at all.

Staff are usually great in this store, But there are so many self check outs and maybe two or three cashiers. Every time I’m ready to check out, people are struggling to get everything going or the machine needs to verify something or needs assistance, it is super annoying. We need more cashiers and less self checkouts. If I wanted to check myself out I’d order online and have it be delivered.

Very friendly people, clean store, great beer selection! Only complaint: prices on displays don't match price at check-out. As one example, picked up some coffee creamer and it said $1.98 in case, but at check-out it was $2.18. Have had the same experience with other items. It would be nice if a new store could actually have accurate prices in the store.

If you are disabled beware! I'm disabled. The only handicapped cart available ran for less than a minute and quit. I had to wait on another one. ALL the registers here are now SElf CHECK OUT. This means you have to stand up to bag your own groceries after you scan them. It is not set up for the disabled. This was extremely painful today for someone with major back pain. Your other choice is to ask one of the unfriendly staff for assistance, while calling attention to the fact you need help with your groceries. The one very young lady was nice however.

Pea Ridge Neighborhood Market is really nice. Definitely worth the visit here lots of great selections. I'm Happy they replaced the cashiers here too. Walmart needs to add more cashiers to all locations.

Went to Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market on day last week. Was complaining about being charged a different price than what was marked on the shelf. Staff at register was very rude. Said there was nothing she could do about it. All this while I am doing her job. Checking myself out. I got irritated and said I will just stop shopping here. I was told fine don't come back. How rude. I spent a lot of money at Walmart over the years. THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY STORE TO SHOP AT.

HATE this store. when they first put in all the self-checkouts we were told that it was a test market. Nobody likes it but yet it is not changed back. WHY NOT?? When you go in to just grab an apple you have to walk through the whole dang store to get to the checkout; and then wait when machine messes up. Miss talking with checkers, there are very nice people that work here.

Over all I love being able to shop in our little community. Walmart prices can't be beat, and I have found that I can ask for items that are not being carried, often getting them stocked. Friendly associates are always helpful. And I can get in and out faster than simply finding a place to park at a super-center.However, the pharmacy is a whole other matter. They are slow, almost as if they have a limit to the number of people they can serve in a shift. There has to be a serious flaw in their inventory system, because if you are dropping off a new prescription they go look on the shelf to see if they can fill it after seeing what the computer system said. You are simply out of luck if you have a question about any over the counter items as the pharmacist never has time to help out.But my biggest COMPLAINTIf you suffer from long term illness which includes pain, you can not use a Walmart pharmacy. First they stopped carrying my primary med all together. Now they implement policies which severely limit many other of the medications I take daily. Three times a day, seven days a week, fifty two weeks a year; yet Walmart will only sell me just under a weeks quantity. My doctor stopped prescribing to all Walmart Pharmacy.Note->this appears to be all Walmart Pharmacy, not just #6971.

Nice little market for Pea Ridge. Not the best Neighborhood Market but perfect for the little battlefield town. Good selection of produce & meats. Prices are slightly higher than some other Neighborhood Markets but it's all about location & convenience. This market has a gas station as well. Market is open 24/7/364. Fuel is open till 8 or 9 pm.

Very friendly associates at this store. Most remember me anytime I come in. Customer service is far above most Walmart stores. Very satisfied with the selection available of each item. Produce is usually very fresh. Meat selection is good. I do wish the pet section was a little more extensive.
