I wanna thank the staff for taking and caring for my German shepherd. My dog had to quarantine and even though it was a while he was gone out of my sight I was able to visit him with no hesitation. They did their best to pay attention to him and feed him and water his bowl. I was very satisfied with the cost of pay. I was explained with everything that was going on even if I was interested on other subject as shots, dog sit and etc. thank you so much for the love that you guys Carry for these pets these animals that deserve the same love and attention as a human.

Dr. Gary France is a phenomenal doctor!! Took in my best friends puppy that was on the verge of having to be put down due to parvo and was told he wasn’t gonna make it, when she talked to Gary he immediately gave them the answer they’ve been needing!! And praying for!!Overall I would 110% recommended anyone to bring their loved furry family member to this guy he’s a miracle worker and unbelievably considerate and caring towards your needs for your animals!!

Extremely friendly, compassionate, and understanding. We had a recent emergency situation with our pot belly pig. They responded as quickly as they could and treated her with care. During the follow up appointment, they were very empathetic to our situation and as gentle as they could be with our pet. You can tell they really care!

My beautiful pittie of 11yrs became very sick. Her vet in Cassville was out for the week. So I searched the internet and I found, hands down the best clinic in Arkansas, Missouri or Oklahoma. They treated my Sassy like it was their own. Where else can you find compassionate?Knowledgeable, And the price was definitely reasonable. This was on a saturday, and the staff stayed after 2 hours to take care of my baby. Five days later, she is definitely doing much better. Thank god! If you're new to the area or just need a vet for your animals, make sure and go by Pea Ridge veterinary clinic!

We went out of town this week for a few days & had to board our furbaby Echo. We've never been gone more than a few hrs., I was nervous 😬 for hiim mainly. He whined for the first time & I felt terrible for him! But Michelle Duncan put me at ease & I knew he was in good hands. She's just wonderful!!! A shout out to Michelle Duncan for making our trip much easier!!

I love this place!!!They take such good care of my babies and everyone that I come in contact with has the most amazing, sweet personalities!!It is evident that they love what they do!Now that they have the online pharmacy, it makes getting meds that I have to have monthly for one of my dogs so easy!You have the capability of scheduling delivery right to your home!Thank y’all for everything you do!

Very friendly and busy, but that's a good thing because it means a lot of people trust them with their animals. If you make an appointment, you will get in when scheduled. If you need to just pick up meds, they have them for you quickly.

Dr Gary France is awesome. Best vet I ever had. But I can't afford him.The front desk is chaos, Doc Gary's wife (who is rude) contradicts and interrupts your conversations.This clinic is too expensive and want all costs paid then and there. In other words, they don't take payments...and surgeries/ medicines for animals can be expensive.

Waited for 50 minutes in the parking lot after checking in for our appointment… then, we went in the ask what the delay was for, only to find out that “the doctor was running late for taking an extended lunch unexpectedly”. Then, we waited longer only to never be helped. When we called and let them know we were gonna have to take our business elsewhere, their response was “OK sounds perfect” then they hung up. Horrible customer service, and now we have to wait another 4 days to get our cat checked up on elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone who expects great service for your pet….extremely unprofessional. I’m thankful our pet wasn’t having an emergency….

Wonderful Doctors, desk help, and assistants. Also, great and fair prices. I was so happy with their help once, that I offered a donation, which they refused!They helped us place our disabled dog (whom we love dearly, but could no longer care for well.) at a place in Wisconsin, Albert's Dog Lounge, set up exclusively for elderly and disabled dogs. They care for them and place them for adoption, where appropriate. A new family has adopted our beloved dog Skylar, and she is so healthy and happy that we are over the moon and so thankful. Her new Mom writes us and sends pic's and videos, it's great.I couldn't recommend anywhere more!

I had a small emergency with my new puppy and they were able to get me in right away at the end of the day on a Friday. A little expensive for what was done and the emergency fee to get seen right away but understandable since I skipped the line.

Our dog LILLY was very sick and needed surgery, The Vet explained everything to us very kind and caring. Lilly got thru surgery but didn't make it thru the night. Everyone was kind and careing, thaughtful I couldn't of asked for a better group of people to have cared for our Lilly.

I needed to get my dog in to be seen for a lump on her neck. I called first thing at 8 a.m. to see if they had any available same day appointments. They informed me that they were booked on appointments that day and asked me what was going on. They let me know that they were taking walk ins, had one dr, and that they closed at noon. They took my name & number & told me they will look forward to seeing me. I showed up, checked in & was seen quickly. They checked my dog out, and we were in & out within an hour. Everyone was pleasant & I thanked them for working us in & getting my dog taken care of.

Went here for awhile but eventually transferred cause quality went down. Dr Brett didn’t write down what he did but I remembered yet he didn’t believe me. Takes forever to get meds refilled. Wait times are ridiculous and they’re overbooked generally all the time. Staff always seems overwhelmed. They’ve over grown the clinic. Not worth the trip anymore for me from Rogers.
