I absolutely enjoy working at the Pea Ridge Ace Hardware store is basically right behind my house so not far from work at all. But besides that I want to say that I absolutely enjoy working for this company, I could not ask for a better manager like Joe he has been the most understanding and caring boss I have ever had then any other job I have had. I just want to take this time to let Joe my manager at the Pea Ridge Ace Hardware store know how appropriated I am and how much of a great boss he is and how much I am thankful for his support he has shown and done for me in the almost going on 5 months maybe 6 months as an employer how thankful I am for Joe and to have him as my boss I am very honored and thankful for Joe giving me the opportunity to work for such an amazing company. Thank you Joe so very much for my opportunity at Ace Hardware as an employee, means so much to me.

What a pleasant store to shop. They actually have staff that offer to help locate product and answer questions. They have a amazing wide selection of nuts and bolts, even when looking for some obscure sizes. A big bonus for me is that they have cashiers and don't expect you to ring out yourself.

I visited this hardware store in Late Dec, 2023, Store was very clean & well organized. I was looking for specific items I needed for my RV. Steph stepped up and was VERY helpful and dedicated to helping me find what I needed, not only that she helped me carry my items to check out, and then out to my car, its rare to get customer service this good anywhere, I'm grateful seriously, Thanks so much Steph. You should keep a strong hold on Steph, she adds value to your store and ACE hardware. I'll be a returning customer and telling my friends & family too how well I was treated. This place always amazes me in customer service. Every employee is friendly and willing to help. From the minute you walk in the front door, someone is greeting you, offering to locate items for you, and even carry them out to the car for you. The store is very clean and neat and has a bigger selection of outdoor items than you would think. Always my pick for outdoor products.

John was fantastic to work with on my grill purchase. He is a true asset to this location between his knowledge and his willingness to help, even after the sale. John even went far enough to let me borrow his own strap to get my grill home so I wouldn't have to buy straps. If you're in the area shopping, and you stop here, just ask the friendly ladies up front for John!

Great store and helpful employees. There’s always someone around to help locate items and answer questions. Prices are reasonable and it’s been wonderful to have a local hardware store to get needed supplies for my new home/pool. Special shout-out to Josh who went above and beyond this last weekend! I’d been ugly-crying over an issue I needed to resolve and he was a tremendous help. Thanks Josh!!

Had the exact item I needed to complete my landscape project. I was short on some edging I bought at Sam's a year ago and Ace Hardware saved me. Have to go back when I have more time. Their charcoal grill selection is top notch.

Please be cautious ordering products from this store. I decided to shop Ace instead of the bigger box stores last Black Friday. They cancelled my order for no reason and would not honor the Black Friday price a week later once all sales were over. Absolutely no help or good explanation when I called. It was ridiculous and cost me over $50 trying to support local stores.

Many well informed customer service associates are ready to help you if you need it. This bright, clean store is in a great location. Shelves are well stocked with what you need. This is a family owned ACE Hardware store. Easy access to handicap customers with automatically opening front doors. there is plenty of parking spaces available.

Really great store! Clean, well lit, organized...when I walked in, there was an employee dusting one of the hardware shelves. I was given prompt service by friendly people. Really unique.

Really liked this store. Very friendly helpful service from everyone. Always have what I need. Had one just like it back in Chicago. But now on Bella Vista.... Well, it's really difficult trying to find a store like this. It's worth the drive to pea Pea Ridge.

Used their location website to see what I wanted was in stock. I was also able to call to double-check what their website stock indicated and everyone was pleasant and patient over the phone. They sell clothing, housewares, garden supplies and lots of tools (of course). A staff member helped me carry and unload my item into the car - Great service!

The service I recieved at the Pea Ridge location was astonishing. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I was greeted right away and found exactly what I needed. A few items were unavailable at the store so I had them shipped in. I do not mind spending a few extra dollars and shopping locally when the customer service is high quality.

Excellent home town service. If you are tired of the big box stores where you can't find an employee to help you with anything this Ace Hardware will be a breath of fresh air. I'm always greeted at the door with a smile and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Folks if your near this ACE store and you need help finding something ask for Bryan he can find you the merchandise, nut , bolt or anything that ACE carries in this store and with a smile , he knows what customer service is , and this ACE store gives Veterans discount as long as you show proof with your ID .
