Usually any subway we go to the food is great. This subway (203 E Kingshighway Paragould Ar) is the worst I’ve ever been. My wife’s sub we said no mayo. It’s got mayonnaise on it. My sub I think they poured whole bottle of mayonnaise on it. My grandsons sub is terrible so over toasted he can’t even eat it. Maybe the staff needs more training. Or better yet fired

Honestly this was the first time in the past 3 orders that they got it right!! I was shocked not to have to go back or call . Rickt bhai, Pathetic service I have ever experienced by one of your employ 10 min ago ....guy should quit if he doesn't like working ...he not listening and doesn't know how to use coupons ..... he took 8.99 meal coupon and charged me 12.99 . When I asked him why did he charged so much...he is saying coupon is expired and lying....the old lady with him is also stupid....instead of checking the coupon she is helping the guy.....

The ONLY reason I even went to Subway was because I had a coupon, A BOGO free footlong. After making our sandwiches, they said we could not use the coupon. They said that the sweet onion sauce isn't included in that deal, I told her that it was not in the fine print, and she said the owner doesn't allow it. She started listing off things that are not included in the BOGO deal. I could tell she was just making stuff up. I should've told her to keep the sandwiches and I'd go elsewhere. $25 for 2 sandwiches...seriously?!?I will never be back.

I came in and the man who took care of the first sandwich i ordered told me it was his first day and he asked the girl working with him tori to help she seemed to basically ignore that i was there made 3 other sandwiches and didnt even acknowledge me and say be with you in a minute. She seemed to have an attitude and not want to be there.

Went there to use a coupon, waited 15 minutes to order only to have them refuse to accept it. It doesn’t matter what the coupon says, their manager makes their own rules for it. False advertising. There’s too many other subways around for me to make that mistake again. The girl I spoke to was nice though. I was very frustrated but I understand what occurred is not her fault.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was probably the worst takeout order I have ever experienced. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and the young man that took our order was very rude. We pulled up to pay and he snatched the card out of my husband's hand and slammed the window. Then, after waiting 30 minutes we finally get our two subs. We were the only people in line and there was no one in the store for it to have taken that long. Finally, the young man handed us our bag without a word and again slammed the window. My husband and I got home and both are subs we're not made correctly. I can understand if the young man was having a bad day but I myself have also worked in customer service and that was just unacceptable behavior. We went back to get our order replaced and even though we had the receipt and the food in the bag, they refused to replace it.

If I owned this subway, I would be embarrassed. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30. It wasn’t, no big deal. They weren’t busy at all, at least only 1 other potential customer in the parking lot and they were in their vehicle. Our sandwiches were extremely messy, we had to wipe them down just to hold them, and they barely had any meat. The sandwiches are too expensive, especially since the subways in Paragould refuse to take coupons, to end up with what is essentially saucy bread. The other one up the road isn’t a whole lot better but at least there is meat on the sandwiches when ordered.

Me and my girlfriend love to get subway We came through there yesterday morning and we seen a young lady that looked very overwhelmed but she still kept a smile on her face and had a positive attitude I wasn’t able to get her name but if I seen her again I would ask her. I like how y’all team work and work together to get everyone taken care of I definitely recommend this store!

Ordered off the app The lady was rude and kept arguing about the bread being toasted when it clearly didn't show to be, when I picked it up no one told me that they were out of the bread I wanted or else I wouldn't have said anything. Then she had an attitude about it being refunded cuz it was "a waste of food" then I said I wanted the right sandwich, now that they have the right bread she's complaining that she has to remake the sandwich.

Order was completely wrong. I ordered through door dash. They did offer to correct the order but I had to come pick up, which defeats the purpose of door dash. I won’t be going back to this subway. I like subway but will limit to going to the one I like in Jonesboro when I get that craving’.

There was new people that were being trained but altogether they prepared the food fresh as always in a timely manner and are always very polite and helpful!!! Awesome place to eat healthy!!Parking: Not many spots to park ,kinda crammed in there.

Sign saying open was off. I checked and they were open. Went through drive thru and ordered 2 footlong subs heated. It took 28 minutes to get my subs. No one was parked in the parking lot and no one was inside eating or ordering.

Coming from Chicago for our business trip, we stop by to have vegetarian food option and get subway. Manger Name Misty help us and made very good veggie subway was very delicious and fresh.Definitely recommend to everyone to stop by and get best service in town.Will visit in Future for sure.

Service was good in the drive thru. But make sure you are decisive because I don't think that the order taker liked me saying, "I'm not picky, or anything, or it doesn't matter" when answering questions about type of cheese, bread, veggies, etc. Food was good too but sure seemed like all veggies and very little meat. But it was good.

The line takes a good 15 minutes to get through, even if you are the only one in line. But I highly recommend, the workers have always been really sweet and have great customer service skills. They never disappoint, so I guess you could say it’s worth the wait in my book.

Absolutely horrible experience. We were charged for a sandwich we were never provided. When we get home and realize the missing item, we called to just get it refunded. But they "cant" because the order was placed online. They admitted to not providing the sandwich but would not give us our money back. The manager even started trying to talk over Medicaid and hung up. Never eating at this one again. Never got a refund or the Food we ordered.

I wish I could straight give this location 0 stars. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a subway. This subways motto should be "will marvelously mess up your order". We waited 25 minutes to receive two very wrong sandwiches after clarifying and repeating our order twice. I cannot comprehend how someone puts more effort into their work to mess it up. I asked for a simple steak and cheese sandwich sub with no extra toppings while my boyfriend and asked for a specialty sub with no olives and I was astounded that there was what looked like every topping on each of these subs. This location will make you wait with no other car in the parking lot so you can leave with a wrong order. 0/10 would not recommend going to this particular subway with any intention of eating.

I've always loved subway, the food is always great, and the workers are always very friendly. The drive thru takes forever though. I sat in line, after ordering and with only 1 other car in front of me, for 45 minutes, waiting on just 1 sub sandwich.
