The quality of their shoes are great but the lady working today is very rude and not helpful at all I didn't get her name but I wish I did instead of helping someone out that spent hard earned money out their product bought from them she rather just try to push you out the door if you aren't spending anymore money with them attitude sucks and if I have to deal with someone like her I rather not even shop their

The woman who worked here was very friendly and offered to order shoes in my size... She said come back in the Autumn and maybe you will find what you need/like. I had asked for KEEN shoes , will get them off Amazon . But I will definitely check Shoe Sensation out again.

Typical name brand shoe store, they do have steel toe work boots/shoes for both men and women. Only complaint is if you wear a common size they might not have it in stock if it’s a popular shoe.

I do not usually post 3 views, I called his shoe sensation in Paragould ask about the size of a shoe. The lady that helped me was so nice, she even helped me place my order. In these days of poor customer service being blamed on COVID, this was a refreshing interaction. I will definitely shop there again!

Great customer service treated with smiles. They have a great selection of footwear for the whole family. Found shoes for my wife myself and the kids here. They also have some pretty good sales! If you don't catch a sale day the prices are still reasonable as is. Deffinetly a great place to go and check out even if your not in the market for shoes !

For some of the exact same shoes they have in there for children, they more than trippled the prices of the sandles. And they are same brand and style. Some shoes were adorable and extreme few were reasonably priced. The young girl behind the counter was more worried about talking to her friend. She didn't even ask if we needed help.

Wide selection of shoes and sizes. The clerk working wasn't friendliest. It seemed as if she hates her job. I picked up a box of shoes to try and it only had one. I asked her if there was a second shoe. She said it's probably being displayed and kinda implied that I could just look at the different displayed shoes and find the right one. Well, I do not work there. She just made the whole experience worse than it needed to be but I recommend shoe sensation for the shoes sake.

I bought a pair of house shoes on sale. Tried on the right foot and got a size bigger than normal, as they are made a bit small. Got home and put both in and the left foot doesn't fit due to it being swollen most of the time. Have to return them. Very friendly staff!!

If I had not had a gift card I would have left!!!! Went in to buy 3 pair of Under Armour Tennis Shoes for my boys and after picking out our shoes went to the counter where the staff was laid across the counter. She proceeded to answer the phone before even acknowledging we were there (there was only us and maybe 2 others in the store), must have been a personal call because she started talking and laughing and talking until the other phone rang which she let ring for quite some time then answered and walked around the store telling the person on the phone all about the shoes that they had. Finally another employee emerged from the back and came to check us out. All the while the other employee talked on the phone until her conversation was over then rang up the person behind me. Poor customer service and will not be returning in the future. Would not have given my business had I not had a gift card to use.

If you like mismatched sun or water damaged shoes, this is the place for you. I literally had a clerk tell me they had seen me in the store the day before trying to return worn shoes, I was in the store at this particular moment returning what he was claiming to be worn shoes that I had purchased the day before. Another associate was nice and helpful, verified my shoes were indeed unworn per the soles and purchased the day before per receipt. This place is a nightmare.

Great place friendly ppl they could use more choices in black leather Tena shoes the work shoes are not comfortable when you're on your feet from 7am to 10pm you need plenty of cushion and I work in food so I definitely need good traction the best shoes I've found hands down was Reebok's zigenergy. But sadly no one carries these .
