I love this place. Some of the items are higher than I'd like and I can find the same items cheaper at other stores but they carry a huge variety of different things for your pets. It'd be the perfect store if the prices were reduced

Waited forever at the counter. Finally got a heavy set lady who didn't seem interested in any questions I had about my dog food,and ignored me when i asked about a sale item i had. She wouldn't even smile. It felt like she was rushing me to get out her way so that she could continue what ever she was doing while I was waiting on her. This is poor customer service and makes me feel like they don't care about our fur babies at all. I will be calling corporate.

Very friendly and great environment for your pets. My dog had never been groomed by anyone other then me so i didnt know exactly how he would do. I voiced my concerns and they were very thoughtful.they did a wonderful job and worked around his anxieties.

PetSmart is always clean, has friendly staff, they're organized and stocked. I really like the order online and pick up.I have it only 4 stars because I was in there about a week or so ago, and the assistant manager or manager was RUDE when I was trying to return something.

They need to have more staff. I waited at the checkout for 5 minutes before an employee even noticed I was there. It's not her fault, it's the companies or managers fault.

They have a wide variety of different things you would need for your animal. They are a little more expensive than a place like Walmart, but the quality is great! Great place to get toys for dogs!

I went here in need of a nutrient supplement in a gel or paste form. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked an employee and was quickly told that they didn't carry anything like that, then the person asked a co-worker and without thought or hesitation the co-worker said no, we don't have anything like that. I found that hard to believe. After I got home I told my wife, who was quick to pull up the PetSmart website. We searched for the nutrient paste/gel and instantly got several products and options that the store I went to did actually carry but were sold out. Its kind of irritating to feel like you were needing help and basically got shrugged off and not really helped.

If I could give a Zero star review to our cashier yesterday, I would. This girl had zero people skills and a nasty attitude. An item I bought rang up wrong, when I told Macy she had "oh its not that price anymore." I then told her the Sales tag is still in place, she walked back there to check. When she did the price override she rolled her eyes like a child. Not once did she say anything remotely nice to us. If I ever go back in this store I will make sure she's not my cashier.

They never want to sell me fish more interested in asking me questions on why not to sell me anything I just gave up on this place after the 3rd time an having to have someone else go in to get me fish they don't ask them anything just sell them whatever.They worried about my stuff but literally 1st thing they told me was don't buy a fish today we just got them so you might get a sick or overmedicated one. Saying my tanks too small and i can only have 3 fish but they have 3 tanks a 3rd the size with 20 to 30 of the same fish..."oh that's temporary we got good filters"hypocrisy for real.

They could've been more knowledgeable so they can engage more with the customers to build a better relationship with their customers. First time I've been in there so maybe this isn't an ongoing thing. Store wasn't too crowded and it looked clean and neat.

No one ever offers to help us save money anymore. Not everyone has enough data nor the know how to figure it out ourselves.Kelly was the best. I would like to know where she went. I don't like a different person every time my dog is getting groomed. I had to sign a paper saying I am responsible if they get bit?? You don't hurt him, you won't get bit!! When I leave my dog with you. ..YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE !!

Went it to purchase a new pet ID for my cat and they failed to let me know that the machine was down. The check out girl even circled the code I needed and yet said nothing about it.
