Bought a ICON area light. Which isn’t cheap, and after 3 months it just quit. Went to take it back my first day I was off work and they said I was 4 days over my 90 days. I mean come on they could have gave me a new light and I would have spent money in the store buying other tools and stuff. Instead I walked away never to return. This is the second time Harbor Freight failed to make good on defective merchandise for me.

My husband was looking for a small trailer for his fishing kayak, did his research and found the perfect one that was suppose to be in stock here. We get to the store, take the tag to the check out and were told it is NOT in stock, the only one they have is their display. Apparently that is what their website was referring to. They then said there was a truck coming Monday. I tried to confirm if the trailer would be in it. Was told "We don't know." What was the point of that info??? We were not offered any solution, I had to request they check the Jonesboro location. Bad website, horrible customer service, plus the store looks like a prison. We will be canceling the card we got specifically for this trailer and never sopping here again.

Decent place for cheaper parts and tools. Everything is well categorized and sorted. The various brands here are known not to be the highest quality, but are a very good value for the non-professional, or even just a tool you won't use daily.

I like shopping here. They always have great prices on various tools or other household items. The staff is friendly enough and are helpful when I need it.My only beef with this place is inventory count and/or stocking. The website shows they have something in stock at this particular store and when I get there the shelves are empty. I don't know if they aren't keeping up with stocking or if the inventory system is incorrect. It can be upsetting when I go all the way there for a particular item only to see that it's not on the shelf. This is a reoccurring problem and I hope they get it sorted soon.

Great prices and save a ton on my budget as a small one man business operation. Money is tight but with Harbor Freight I'm able to continue putting money back into the business by purchasing newer equipment and adding to the much needed special tools.

If I could leave a zero star I would. The last two times I've been in Harbor Freight Tools I have given up on waiting for someone to take the time to check me out after almost ten minutes of being ignored by multiple staff members I just get tired of waiting drop my stuff and walk out.Remember staff, that people that have items in hand waiting to get checked out are more important than flirting with other staff members and taking phone calls for inquiring customers. Just to be clear I was never waiting in line because they were so busy and checking out multiple customers. I was waiting in line because no one could give me the time of day to check me out. Like they didnt even care. Lost multiple sales, instead of buying from them we just went next door to Lowes.

It's advertised as $160 give or take but you buy chargers and battery separately total over $240 not to mention the $30 for membership yearly, I like the deals I get there but between everything going on in the world found All 3 for half the price and didn't compromise on battery power

Harbor freight is amazing. I was excited when they said they would open one in paragould. Always has what i need and is a good place to just roam around and look at all the cool stuff they have. Pretty neat place.

Website needs to be updated. Everything shows in stock due to there being one display model that apparently cannot be sold. If it can't be sold then it should not be listed. Called multiple times to check never got answered. Drove a hour and a half to be told that.

Great place to get tools and other work related stuff. They have saws, automotive tools, gardening and much, much more. You have to go see all the good stuff.
