One of the newest Dollar general stores on East Kings highway is absolutely the best I've been to! I went there 2 days ago and I were not busy at all and I even carried out my 32 bottle of water pack two awesome ladies who had gone out of their way more than once for me they're very professional and at the same time very helpful as well as and if you can't find it they'll find it ♥️🤟!

What can I say about Dollar General that everyone doesn't already know? Some stores are better organized than others. This one is usually pretty good about keeping the aisles clear but they don't have the best staff. They seem unkempt and unhappy and the store is often out of products.

This is the friendliest Dollar General in the entire town. They do a great job running the place. They are always crazy busy but always find time to help me with anything I need. They make you feel right at home. Most store employees act stuck up or snobby and don't want to do their job. All the employees at this store are absolutely wonderful.

It has a long history of blocking the isles with giant carts of freight. They put out seasonal items then park the carts in front if them so they won't have so much clean up. The last few visits they had carts parked on each end of about every isle. It's bad enough that the isles in this store are already pretty narrow. Use to, you couldn't find one cart to put your things in. You had to use a hand basket or your own arms (limiting how many things you could buy). Now, they have plenty of carts but you can't push one through the store anywhere. It's as if the employees really don't want me there. I'm in the way if them putting up stock. This place is also cluttered and messy all the time. But without fail, I'm certain I'll be going there sometime today. It's a store that's in a great location. It's a shame that the company doesn't invest some good money in their employees and in giving this store the upgrade it deserves. I'm just waiting for this location to close.

If you need it badly, cheaply, or both, this will serve your needs. Don't expect to be showered with gratitude or customer appreciation, or even service though. And make sure to walk single file if you're with anyone because the aisles are supremely narrow and the place is absolutely cluttered with overstock just on the floor. The building is also pretty old and is showing EVERY day of its age due to a lack of anything but the most necessary upkeep. But in fairness it's never actually dirty or anything like that just the building is very aesthetically neglected.

Great store and a great group of employees they have been friendly and helpful. This store is much cleaner than the last time I was here which was over a year ago. Glad to see the management they have now is always working and understands it’s hard times and they are still smiling. Bravo dollar general good to see this store running right thank u Main Street store

I would love to be able to give 5 stars since I'm here every day, unfortunately though, it's because they always run out of everything (milk, coffee, soda, etc.) most of the worker's are nice and helpful but whoever orders "stock" needs to pay more attention to what people buy and order accordingly.

The store is a total mess!! Not just a little bit. Stock is always not put away!! Employees on there personal phone's while tending to the check out! So people walking out the doors with out paying for items! Because the lines of people waiting is not a good way of doing business!!

Shop here often when I need something quick and don't want or need to drive to WM. The only complaint I have is management in the past has spent more time arguing on the phone with her partner than doing her job. This made the other employees have to do extra work. This did not make a good shopping experience. Other than this, the store is usually clean and the general staff helpful. Prices can vary and some things are expensive compared to Wal-Mart and other dollar stores, but things like detergent and home cleaning products are priced fairly. Its best to get only what you really need here because you will likely get things cheaper elsewhere. Milk, eggs,bread,cheese,and frozen items are far more expensive than they are in grocery stores.

Great people and great deals. Make sure and use the App and shop on Saturdays. You will automatically save 5 dollars on any 25 dollar purchase just by using the coupon inside the app. There are also many other savings in the app, and in a few minutes while doing my shopping I can generally save 10 to 30 dollars more using in App coupons.

This is an older store conveniently located downtown. The aisles are always crowded with stock and extremely difficult to manuver. Be nice if they would clean the parking lot once in awhile.

This store was my favorite place to shop at but now everytime I try calling I get a busy signal! This has been going on for the past year. I'm disappointed. They need to Answer the phone!!!

This Dollar General on Main Street is the worst one of all of them in Paragould! They only have one cashier working the register most of the time. They should keep two registers open because I've seen it get awfully busy at times. They also had no carts left and I had to carry a 24 pack of bottled water in my arms and wait in line. I only give it 2 stars because I do like the prices on some of the food they sell.

THEY HAVE BETTER STORE BRAND PRODUCTS ( DG BRAND ) MOST OF THE PRODUCTS ARE OF A GOOD QUALITY AND MY LAUNDRY SUPPLY ITEMS ARE CHEAP WHEN THE HAVE THEM IN STOCK (THEY FAIL TO KEEP ENOUGH ITEMS IN STOCK. IT"S AGRAVATING TO GO, THEN FIND OUT A LOT OF THE THINGS ON MY LIST ARE NOT IN STOCK. SOMETIMES IT'S SEVERAL WEEKS I'VE WENT BEFORE THEIR BACK IN STOCK. THEY LACK IN CONSISTENTCY

This is probably the worst Dollar General in Paragould. I only go here because it's closer to my house. Normally always have what I need to get, but I've stood at the register for 30 minutes waiting to be checked out..not a single worker in sight....I had to go find someone, which took another fifteen minutes...and everytime I ask if they need help, the say they aren't hiring...well then have an employee upfront!

Dollar General is one of my favorite stores to shop at in regards to prices but the shelves in the stores are a bit crowded. The aisles are also tiny vs. other stores.

Cashiers need to smile and at least pretend the customers are welcome. And not favor certain ones over others...like the peer-group-related "chatty friends"...especially at the register and final..."Oh yes I see you later boo boo" transaction.

The young lady working the counter was very pleasant, efficient and professional. The store looks like the building is about to fall down, flooring is trashed and dirty.

Most cashiers act miserable. They must be short handed. Shelves still not stocked with needed supplies. No cash back on Debit cards.
