Zachery was very helpful with my situation. I didnt have my receipt from the previous day and i needed to use my care pass credit. I thought i would not be able to get that done. He easily solved my issue.

I refuse to understand nor accept the 2.4 rating this CVS has, and in this summary, I will elaborate on why that is;I have been to CVS’s all across the country, all over Arkansas, TN, CA, MO, KS- the list goes on. Never once in any of these experiences did I have a pleasant one.I was treated rudely and unimportant- but the pharmacy in Brookland, AR that I had been going to prior to coming to this lovely CVS had made it to their Strike Three and I needed my Adderall expeditiously.First of all— even the register and stocking staff were kind of funny and chill, but then I was blessed with the honor of being serviced by Ms. Eryka at the pharmacy? First, she had my meds with a quickness. There was a reject that she corrected, fixed and filled so fast that I barely had time to thank her. Goodness me, I’ve never felt so comfortable or safe or cared for in any other pharmacy ever.I don’t know what you all pay Ms. Eryka but I promise she deserves the raise. I’ll never be leaving this CVS nor going anywhere else (unless Eryka goes somewhere else, no disrespect ofc).

Even there regular customers have trouble and a long period for getting there prescriptions filled my mom has been using for five years now and it still takes 3 or 4 hours to fill one persxription and this last time they were out of her pain medications not in stock first time this has happened as well. Better hope someone is in an emergency to get filled cause will take you forever to get it regular customer or not. Their phaacy has gotten worse over the past five years.

I went up there at about 11 AM with my family to pick up some medicine and this old woman in the pharmacy was rude to my mother. She kept raising her voice and insisting my mother "not talk to her like that" despite my mother just saying "what the hell" after looking at her phone and seeing things were messed up. After that, some younger man in the pharmacy said loud enough for us to hear him say "Just send them to the Walgreens across the street. We don't have time for this."

When they first opened they had a good pharmacy but after that pharmacist retired it became awful. They couldn't fill my script but they marked through it as if it were filled. Then another pharmacy didn't want to fill the script because it was marked filled. That's a example of what goes on these days. Walgreens across the road is always full but not CVS 🤔

Natasha provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. She made going to Chic-fil-a seem like McDonald’s at 1am. And Kyler is always so helpful and informative. He answers all my questions. They are the reason I stay coming to this CVS.

I only use CVS Pharmacy, because my insurance requires it for refills. I would use ANY other pharmacy if it weren’t for that. The people are usually nice, but there is always a problem with getting my prescriptions filled with every single visit. With this visit, I’ve been waiting 4 hours on my prescriptions, only to be told they won’t be ready until tomorrow. Apparently they are waiting on insurance approval. I have had this prescription filled many times and have never had to wait for insurance approval. City Drug in Paragould is by far the best place to fill prescriptions. When mine do not have a refill, that is where I go. From drop off, to pick up, I have never waited more than 10 minutes there. Why can City Drug be that efficient and CVS have so much trouble?

Dropped off my prescription which was fast. Picked up a few items and went to check out and was told she was waiting on a customer to get something so I could go to the pharmacy for them to check me out. Walked back to the pharmacy and never got waited on. Walked back up front and the cashier was just talking to the other customer. So I laid my stuff on the counter and walked out! Literally it was me and the other customer there.

Drop off prescriptions that dr didn’t call in. Tell you it will be an hour. Go back in an hour. It’s going to be another hour. Wound up being almost 3 hours. Hello CVS. People are sick and have already spent hours in a doctors office. It shouldn’t take 3 hours just to get your prescriptions. You guys stand around and talk and constantly go on break. You have no consideration at all for your patients. Completely unacceptable. Didn’t think anyone could be worse than Walgreens but you certainly can. Shame on you.

***DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY***I switched to CVS approximately 3 years ago. Thankfully my family and I do not require many prescriptions, but every experience from this location has been a hassle. Today was the final straw.My daughter's doctor sent a prescription for antibiotics at 2:00 pm on Monday to treat a sinus infection. A few hours later I checked to see if anything was ready for pickup and it wasn't, so I waited for the text notification. I realized after the pharmacy had closed that I never received a notification that it was ready. The next day (Tuesday) at 8:02 am, I called and spoke with someone in the pharmacy and they said it was ready and confirmed my phone number and text notifications were turned on. At 9:05 am, I received a text stating it was ready for pickup. I was at work, so it was about 4:15 pm before I made it CVS. Expecting it to be ready and having my kids in the vehicle, I went to the drive thru. There was no one in the drive thru, so I was immediately at the window. After a few seconds, someone said they would be with me over the intercom. 5 minutes later they come to the window. I tell them the necessary info for the pickup and hand her my debit card because I know there's a copay. Well over 5 minutes later she comes back and says she is getting it, hands me something to sign and tells me it was $5. I sign it and return it and she gives me my card and says the pharmacist is mixing the prescription!!!!!! Only after I inquired 16 HOURS after they received it did they acknowledge it and at which point LIED to me both by phone and text that it was ready only to not even attempt to fill until I got there. I could give a list of other equally bad experiences, but this one took the cake. I filed a complaint with corporate and have learned my lesson with these big pharmacy chains. Take my word for it..... DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

I love CVS. It may take a while to get prescriptions. But hey, 3 people compared to how many getting prescriptions? I've been going there for years and I've NEVER seen them just standing around talking when a patient is waiting. You guys are great!!!!

Would not use them if I did not have to, but my insurance makes me. I take several meds and two of them are pain meds. They like to make their own rules. If you have pain meds filled their you are automaticaly labeled and their pharmacist decides when you can get them filled/refilled. Not everyone waits 30 days to have meds refilled. They are rude and make you wait while they are busy talking and laughing to each other. I can see why 46 of their stores have gone under.

Hardly ever have my meds in stock. I would give it a negative 10 stars if I could. Got home one day and my meds were 10 short. They automatically treated me like I was a criminal. They finally called me back and said that their system showed they had 10 extra. Horrible pharmacy.

I called up there to get my prescription filled and they told me that they can't fill it because they was saving it then for the're regular patient's. And that they wasnt taking new patient what.kind of pharmacy refuses to fill anybodies script when did they start letting them pick and choose who gets to get better not the're job is to distribute meds to anybody who has prescriptions, that's not the kind of pharmacy that i want anyways.

I would have given them a zero if I could. Do not use this pharmacy. We have been using it for my husbands meds for about a year now and have had problems Everytime we Are there. This last time they shorted his potassium caps and was told they dont know how many capsules they put in there! What? That's right they have no proof of what they did and he would have to wait 2 weeks to get it filled when it will go thru insurance. Also they do ignore you when you are waiting in line and it doesn't matter if you are the only one in the store.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! If our insurance didnt force us to use them, I would never come again. They haven't always been like this. Waiting in line and they are completely ignoring us. And then they don't have a prescription that was called in a week ago.

Everytime i try to go here to buy claritin d they always come with some sort of lie to not sell it to me. I have really bad allergies and claritin d has always worked the best for me. I would perfer to buy it here because its cheaper than Walgreens. I've came here 3 different times to try and buy it, and they had a different lie every time on why i couldn't buy it. My mother comes here to buy it for me, and she has no problems at all buying it. Wish i could give a zero star rating.

They never had medication when it's supposed to be there to be filled and then try to blame it on other problems other than their lack of management and the lady working there by the name of Karen was very rude and hung up on me I wouldn't shop there I wouldn't go there for nothing that they are very uncompassionate people.
