I was given a shower room and pin. I put the pin in and someone else was already in there. Went and asked a loves worker about it. He put me in shower #1 which that is the pictures I’m posting. This loves is disgusting!!

This is probably the dirtiest loves truck stop shower I’ve ever been to. Just got into my shower and it looks like nobody did anything after the last man took a shower. I mean come on guys this is unacceptable for those who travel thousands of miles every week and after a long day want to relax take a clean shower and get some rest. I can get rest but clean shower is something that’s not available at this facility. I know you can do better than this. Just keep it clean that’s all we drivers need from you.

3/14/2024Only 3 people working. I get being short handed but I waited an hour for a shower. I was the next customer in line. And still waited an hour. After 30 minutes, got curious and all 6 showers were needing to be cleaned. Asked the manager on duty and she explained they're short handed and will get someone on it. The lady she asked to clean the showers screamed that those truckers can wait. They aren't the most important thing in this world. Asked for this lady name and she refused to give it to me. At 5:32-6:32am, she's a shorter black woman with her hair in a bun. Apparently her sitting on her phone behind an isle is more important than keeping this store running. Finally get in shower and it's not even clean. Little ridiculous.

Showers are absolutely disgusting! Automatic coffee machines are broke. Floors are unkept and wet but no signs out. I don't understand that there is so many staff personnel on the clock but not many are working. I went to the drivers check out and the girl there was friendly but no name tag and pulled out her phone to show someone something personal while waiting on me. I am a driver and this is the worst truck stop I've ever been to. I don't get how other Love's can be alot bigger with less staff working and still be on top of their game and have everything on point. Disappointing!!

I check in shower 2. It’s was very dirty and looks like they are not cleaning a shower from long time. When I check in there is a soap in the shower. I think they are not clean a shower after Customer used. Not recommend this loves stops

I don't do reviews. I'm not a complainer. That being said, everything I say is me being serious and nothing is a joke. The showers are disqusting, flat out nasty There should be a biohazard sign on the door. The actual showers haven't been cleaned as it is apparent since the store was built. There is scum all over the tile, stainless, and water valves as you turn the water on and feel it touching the skin. The sides of the toilet is another indication of how serious staff takes sanitation and the edges of the floor. I can almost guaruntee it is mopped using the wet floor towel and pile the debris in one spot and thats all the sweeping. If I went back to my microbiology lab after swabbing this place and smearing agar plates to confirm this is a breeding ground for staph, strep and all hazardous bacteria. I paid attention to what I touched and where I layed each item I brought with me. I wouldn't dare order the cooked food from the store on my way out. I went straight to my hand sanitizer in my truck because by the way the soap was empty. What a surprise. I didn't bring my phone since it was charging , so no pictures, but it will still be there for whoever visits.

This was the worst Loves I have been in! It was filthy dirty everywhere. 3 Workers standing around joking with the loto machine wide open I think they should grab a mop. Bathroom was a disaster area. We were hungry but I wouldn't eat any food prepared in this place!

This place is the most worst dirty ever seen. This is unacceptable for truck driver and for people traveling interstate. For every 10 visit here, nine times is dirty.

RV Dump was flooded and a mess! We dumped but not able to use the water to clean up or rinse. Paid full paid for half the service. When explaining we wanted to pay for the RV dump the employees had no clue what a dump station was, not one but 3 employees. They just kept asking what pump do you want to dump your gas. I finally said no my toilet in my RV, she asked if I was driving a truck, I said yes. I was sent to the other side of the store to be told I had to go back to the other end because she thought a truck was only a semi truck. Took 25 mins to pay the $10 . Seems like a lot of training and clean up needs to happen here.

The little customer satisfaction buttons in the restroom should be only for the customers. Watching a truck stop an employee going to the little button device and pressing the button for customer satisfaction is messed up.But they had 5 people standing by the register playing on their cell phones. The service was great. The people were friendly. I will come back, because my company doesn't allow us to park in West Memphis

Staff was super friendly. Rebbecca was super sweet and nice. Raven was really nice and friendly. David was working his butt off making sure the store looks presentable. I appreciate the love I felt when I walked in until I left. Restrooms were clean. Overall my experience was great. I most definitely come back here

Came to the shop to get my tire replaced first at 6pm first day, they told me they won’t be able to get to me until 7am next day. At 7am next day I was told that they won’t be able to get to me until 3pm if not later. How about that? 24 hours to get one tire replaced?

The absolute most disgusting, most ghetto Love's I've ever been to. Showers are filthy, coffee machines are "broken down" and the coffee machines that are supposed to be working are empty! The place as a whole is absolutely filthy! Never again for me. Good luck drivers planning on staying there!

Love's #275..this was hands down the worst in store experience at a Love's truck stop yet! At one register area (the non trucker side) a male worker was sitting on a crate talking (flirting) to his female coworker, sadly not even trying to help other customers. Then, On the trucker side, multiple opened and unopened boxes in the floor with merchandise literally falling out of them, making it impossible to browse most of the merchandise I was interested in for my truck, but also, making it impossible for the other Drivers and I to stand in the appropriate line to be helped. There are 5 shower rooms in total at this location. Keep in mind every shower here is $14 ,that is, unless you have accumulated enough "points" to earn a free one for purchasing fuel. There was only 1 occupied at the current time accordingto the phone app, 3 other drivers and I stood and waited for almost 30 mins for the attendant to "clean" them and mark them as available and ready to use, which I understand that he also had to assist other customers as well, no worries...so...by clean the showers... let's define that, shall we?.. I literally watched as he took a towel out of the dirty towel bin, walk into a shower room, drop the towel and then use his foot to dry the water from floor. No cleaning spray, no mop no nothing.. then, without changing his gloves, or even removing them, he came back to the counter and rang up a driver for his meal...did he remove and change gloves then? NO.. he went straight back to another shower room.. He literally spent a total of 5 minutes to clean and mark 4 showers as "ready to use..." Nothing else was cleaned in the shower I was assigned. Disgusting as it was, the Toilet still had "evidence" from the previous guest. There was a bottle of Axe shower gel left in the shower stall, which I can overlook, some of us will leave some for those in need... Speaking of the shower stall... there was brown mold/mildew residue inside the soap dispenser located inside the shower itself, white soap residue on the shower handle and shower head (which had a massive leak) .. honestly, I cannot remember the last time I felt cleaner prior to taking a shower than I did afterward. I was ever so thankful for shower shoes for this one... When I was finished and was walking out of the shower area, the 3 workers behind the counter were having a loud conversation mainly cursing (multiple F Bombs dropped) loud enough to be heard at the exit doors. I can overlook the language, however that is not appropriate for the multiple customers and the children that were present inside the store area at the time.. Then on the car side, both workers leave saying just a moment to helping a customer so one could take out trash, the other, just walking around getting a snack. This Location will Definitely be added to my "DO NOT RETURN HERE LIST" for future reference. To the Love's Company, if you are reading this, I would definitely check in on this location!!!

As soon as I walked in, I knew I wasn't going to shower here. A female cashier was yelling at a truck driver, the store was filthy and lots of locals hanging out. I got some coffee, automatic brewing stations were down and no lids to be found. I understand that truckers can be difficult to work with, but these folks take zero pride in their jobs. Maybe Loves can incentivize better performance? I dunno, it's just incredibly sad.

Truck driver's beware they do not clean the showers here! And the attitude of the employees is that they absolutely don't care! Such a shame for a Love's whom usually have very nice showers. 24 years as a truck driver and this is definitely one of the nastiest truck stops out there! Love's Corporate you need to get involved here!!!!

This is the first review I've ever written. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I've been driving for a few years now, and I've been most everywhere, and this was by far the nastiest loves I've ever been to. I went into the men's room, and the garbage cans were overflowing and there was trash on the floor the only open stall I went in there and there was diarrhea all over the toilet seat and toilet bowl. I really needed to go so I waited for the next available stall to open and when I went in there it wasn't a lot better but luckily I looked to see that there wasn't any toilet paper before I used the toilet. I went to tell their janitor who was making coffee, and he told me that "I'll get to it later." If I wasn't tired and completely out of time I would move on.

Absolutely disgusting store inside and out. Used the restroom here. 4 of the stalls didn't have toilet paper, plus if you could use the restroom, you were staring at spit and bloody boogers on the walls! Managers need to be fired or demoted.

Wow, this one competes with the Nashville for worst Love's. According to my husband- 1 toilet was out of order, the other was not clean & didn't flush and 2 urinals were out of order. On the other side- the ladies room- toilets weren't clean, saw some sort of bug on the wall...heck, you can see a film of filth on the walls, the sinks has grime on counter & faucets, one of the soap dispensers was out of soap, the floors weren't swept. There's really no sign pointing out the direction of the bathroom- someone pointed it out to us.I don't know if the employees are happy to be working there or not but this seems to be a manager issue- fix your store, do better.

For your own health, just drive on. Stopped in to grab breakfast for my husband and I. The coffee grinders were both broken, only hot carafe, and the counters were a travesty. Grabbed some sausage pancake rollers and a cereal bar the store had on clearance. Cashiers was very dismissive when I asked for a price verification on the cereal bar. After a not-so-pleasant checkout and no receipt offered we got back on the road. Make sure you get a receipt. The Pancake sausage rollers were hard as rocks and the meat basically rubber meaning they were well past their safe eating period. That was verified when I found out why the cereal bar was on clearance. While it may not be illegal to sell food past its sell by date it's certainly immoral to sell them four months past the label. Money and food wasted.

ATTENTION!Don’t stop at this location if you value your time, health and tastebuds. I am very disappointed in what I experience tonight at the loves, Especially the ones working at the subway. I don’t think there is enough space on this review for my complaints. Love’s needs to either replace or better train this staff.

I got here at 6 AM. No tire tech anywhere around. Evidently he was on Road call. He told me that everyone comes in 7 AMWorst damn loves ever it’s 730am with what they say 3 mechanics on duty and one truck in bay I guess they’re too damn good to change a tire and replace a mudflaps all I need is a tire replaced and they can’t even do that I have to wait till 8am for an actual tire tech to come in.When they could spare one of there mechanics to Change tire instead of walking around or driving around in the loves truck doing nothingIf you have to get your truck worked on I recommended you going to ta or pilot this is the worst loves I’ve ever been tooAfter it was all over and everything fixed at first, they were refusing to put my spare tire back in the rack because they’re too damn lazy. I will never have this love out my truck again I even reported them to the corporate office been driving for 25 years and this is the worst Experience I’ve ever had at any truckstop

Packed n deserves to be. Bathrooms ok on this one.Not a huge chicken fan but poached some o my husband's from Chester's and gosh! It's just fawesome! Hot, crispy, supa soft n seasoned. Tater logs look like they gotta wicked case o fungal warts but taste fantastic too. Tender n steamy interior. Mmm

It's definitely not the best loves very small as far as loves truck stops go. They have a Chester chicken and a subway very crowded and short staffed but I'm sure they do the best they can
