Most of the time, staff is very helpful. I did have one morning that I walked in three minutes early for a purchase and the morning AM made me wait an extra ten minutes to complete my purchase. I don't go in before noon after that.

Small town, the people are friendly and helpful. I am impressed by what they carry in such a small store by Walmart standards. The store is clean and orderly. Compared to Phoenix Arizona shopping at Ozark Walmart is enjoyable.

very nice, clean and varied, only once did I go to withdraw money in moneygram, and I was a victim of discrimination on the part of a young lady, another lady gave me support the next day, the rest of the girls were very sweet and attentive.

Used to be affordable but like everything nowadays it's ridiculously high on just about everything and the one in Ozark doesn't have the friendliest customer service with at least 1/2 of the staff. Very uncomfortable atmosphere personally at times.

Smaller store than Alma or Clarksville, AR, hence less selection. Some produce, frozen and fresh food. Has pharmacy but no automotive. Grateful that this store is here. Accepts Medicare Advantage shopping cards. Great people!

Pretty good. Usual Walmart but it's a little small. Small town problems so I don't hold it against them. No big deal bit they had lots of things to buy.

The employees aren't friendly or rude they are just there, there is always one nearby so if you need to ask for help finding something you wouldn't have to hunt for one too far basically what you would expect from a Walmart although the selection is a little lacking in some departments

It's a smaller Wal-Mart so their selection of items is limited. Employees are always super friendly.

Not enough riding carts. Kids are riding in them and me being Disabled can't find a cart, or the carts are broken down 75% of the time.

Order something online for curbside pickup, when I got there I could not find curbside parking. I went inside to pick it up and they were very nice and explain to me for future reference where the parking spot is for curbside. It was not a problem going inside.

Smallest most cluttered Walmart I've ever been in. Dollar General and Family Dollar stores look better than this Walmart. This location must be the store that Walmart forgot!

This store does not carry manila file folders in its "stationery" aisle. Lots of pens and pencils though.

Although it's not a very big Walmart an mainly depend on you doing their job for you it has Great customer service that were willing to help. If an employee passed by an isle the were sure to greet you and ask if you need any assistance, as well as many friendly people.

This is not a supercenter, but for the location, it doesn't surprise me. It was fairly clean, but I had a hard time finding stuff. Aisles weren't well labeled in my opinion.

Walmart has decided they want to be a big department store so their clothing prices have gone out of sight! When they started selling booze, their food prices skyrocketed! Mr. Sam would roll over in his grave if he knew what his kids had done to his 'family oriented' stores!

First I want to say the manager at the Ozark Arkansas store is wonderful and does an amazing job. I love our little store but not enough associates. Some have to cover two departments. I have severe COPD. I'm on oxygen and it hard to walk far. I have to use a cart to be able to shop. I know it took me three trips to the store to get a electric can opener. Because there was only one top self and way back. I can't walk all over the store looking for an associate. There has been several incidents like that. The main thing is the parking lot. They just had it redone. But the moved all the handicapped parking spots out in the parking lot. Why did they take them away from the front of the building. It makes it very hard on all handicapped people. They took ones away before for police and pharmacy pickup. WHY? Police can park anywhere even behind cars. If they're there on official business. People picking up meds do not need special parking as much as handicapped people. Some have heart conditions , using crutches ,wheelchair and like me I have 29% lung capacity. The list goes on. I just want to know why Walmart has no compassion for handicapped people. Thank you for your time. Have a nice evening.

Love going to WalMart most of the the time. They do keep moving things around. The clothes are so much better but so much higher in price. It's hard to afford them now.

The workers were rude and when someone uses the self-checkout, they don't believe someone pays for the stuff even when standing close to the customer and watches them put the money in the register.

Very nice and friendly workers. They actually have cashiers ready and willing to help you and check you out. Great selection of goodies, from what I saw. You don't find great customer service like this in too many places anymore.

Small store. It's got your basics. There's no produce section but the do have one cooler that usually has apples and oranges along with some veggies. It's great for getting the last minute camping stuff while getting out to the river. The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked..
