Called first to inquire about a product I saw they had on line. The girl called to the outside department, asking if they had the product as it stated on line. It took a few minutes but he said yes they did.I have gone to other stores before when on line says it it there, when you get there, they do not have it.I went to the store,, paid for the product, pulled into the back, gave this nice man my receipt and he loaded me up quickly. With a smile 😃 said there you go. All set.They knew what they were doing and are very helpful.

I understand why local businesses are going under! There is 1 person that works there that is actually nice and helpful, the rest are NOT. For the third time now we got to the register and the product rang up more than the shelf price. This time it was almost double. . I showed them the price on the shelf and the manager admitted it was their mistake but refused to sell it at the advertised price "because it would cost him too much to replace it" . . seriously?!?! I would rather drive to Fort Smith or order from Amazon and wait!

They always seem to have what I need even though it's a part that's usually hard to find. If you ask the guys in the back they'll tell you exactly how to fix something saving countless dollars. Love it.

Went there to pick out a paint color for my Gift shop in Altus, Arkansas. Called Vicky's Dreamcatchers & Gifts. I picked out a blue color called Flag Day. Will be applied to outside of my gift shop this week. Going from white to a vivid Blue that's going to Pop. Will post photo in Google Maps where I have my Gift shop listed.

It's getting harder and harder to get help in this store. They use to be spot on as far as customer service was concerned. Not any longer. If you know where everything is your fine , if not be prepared to wonder around .

The cashiers act like you don't exist when you walk in. Not even a greeting. No help offered and not so much as a "have a nice day". Rating should be zero for customer service.

I've been in this store numerous times. Every time I'm in there, no matter who I manage to give me some face time, it seems that I am "inconveniencing" them. This goes for the owner, the owners son, or any one of the people that work their. I have also heard similar experiences from other people. Arrogant, rude, and not even that knowledgeable about hardware. It's a bad experience every time I'm in there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They have a large selection of most anything you might need for the do-it-yourself, or contractor. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable about anything and everything in the store. Prices are a tad higher than other stores, but still worth shopping with them.
