Very friendly and helpful employees.Still feel you should at least offer to help people out with they're groceries. I was fine but an elderly gentleman was struggling and I watched people (employees)(more than one ) ignore him . I helped him with them. But really?

I got some chicken breast thin sliced and cooked them and they were like rubber. Had to throw them out.

My only complaint is about something they will likely fix. This store was recently a run-down old C-V's. It still looks like an old run-down C-V's. I hope they fix it soon and bring it to the high standards I've seen at other Harps stores. But everything else was great. Good service and food from the Deli. Checkout was fast and friendly. I'm glad there is a Harps in Ozark.

Watch the pricing here. They don't honor advertised and posted sales. Additionally, check expiration dates on the cereal. I accidently bought one that had expired and when I told them about the issue with their $6 box of stale cereal (which I brought back to them), they did nothing about it.

The prices are higher than I've ever seen them . This town is poverty stricken already and they come in and have prices on there store brands that are more than other grocery storesThe help just stands around and they very few that are capable of bagging groceries. They refuse to help even the elderly to get their groceries to their car. Yo are lucky if you get a cart to roll them out with and the teenagers working there are absolutely clueless!!

I enjoy shopping in my hometown grocery store it's just a few miles away from my house.I see people everytime I am in the store.I enjoy our short little ( sometimes long little🙂) visits in the store! Our hometown grocery store gets complaints because some items are higher in prices if you compare them with big huge corporations stores. It's hard for smallernon-corporate grocery store to compete or stay low on their items. and they must markup items to stay in business the manager is one of the nicest kindest friendliest hard working manager . The workers live here in Ozark and are family or friends or my neighbors these folks are good people they work hard to keep the store clean and stocked pulled forward and are always helpful polite when you see them at work or not at work ! I enjoy the cleanliness the friendliness and the convenience of its closeness! I'd rather spend my money on little higher prices of food in Ozark with less wear and tare on my vehicle!

A little disappointed when an employee told us we couldn't return a simple bottle of v8 juice (spicy hot low sodium picked up by mistake) without a receipt. Now you may save receipts, but I don't., and this leaves a bad taste (in more than one way) since we already poured out one bottleof this stuff! I guess the second one will go down the drain as well... I'm pretty sure Gerald Harp didn't approach customer service in this manner...

Prices are way too high. I hate that the only way that you can save money is by using the app, but they make you buy name brand items, which are very expensive in order to get rewards. I hate this place. I hated it when it was CV's Family Food, but I prefer them over harps any day

They were so friendly here. I needed just one pound of meat and only family packs were available on the shelf so they kindly made me one up!!

A nice small town grocery store.Good selection of products, high quality produce and meats.Very friendly and helpful employees.Prices a bit high - but within range for a "non-chain" small town grocery.Good place to shop for food when you're in the area!Recommend!!!

Had high hopes when I heard that Harps was taking over from CV’s. Well, disappointment is the only word left to describe the “new” store. Wish they had designed it to feel less than “let’s dump ‘whatever’ in this out of way store”. Also wish they had cleared out all the old, instead of trying to sell the ancient stuff that was ancient already. Scary, Will shop elsewhere for a year, I think, until I feel it will be safe to go back there again.Location is perfect for us elderly disabled people, but that doesn’t make up for a seriously poor selection of merchandise.

Such a shame that they have a monopoly over a low income town, being the only grocery store for miles, with insanely astronomical prices. It's sad because I'd love to shop local and support our businesses but I just can't bring myself to spend 2-3 times as much on the same goods and products I can easily get out of town. Alma and Clarksville are good alternatives.I go out of my way to avoid this place, I'll be glad when Ozark gets a supercenter or another grocery store and this place goes out of business.

People that work at CV's are exceptionally nice but prices are too high and their store brand is not good at all. I've all but stopped shopping there. Too bad. 😟Harps has since bought CV's and I was there today. The store is taking on a whole new and brighter look. Workmen were visible today so more changes are coming. Prices still too high for my liking but I'll give them a chance to prove themselves.I was back there today and they had everything on my list.....while I still complain about their prices.Today my shopping list was short and I purchased everything I needed. However I couldn't believe they had NO regular sized boxes of raisins! This surprised and saddened me, but how can you make oatmeal raisin cookies without them?! So instead I bought the little six pack of small boxes. *Roll of eyes*

Lots of selections but the harps in Clarksville is much cheaper priced on all products than this harps in ozark just because this little town of ozark would rather us locals spend our $$$ in other counties instead of their own on groceries come on ozark let's get with the program and quit taxing the locals so much we might shop local and put the tax money back in this infrastructure instead of others

I always have a great experience here, everyone goes out of their way to help you. Even push the buggy to your car. Awesome little perk. Love this place.

This place is the only place to buy meat and they know it, way too expensive on everything. Selection is terrible, they really need to rethink everything about this store. I prefer Publix shopping they are the best, if they ever have a store here, Harp's would be out of business. I have No choice except shop here. 😞

I am definitely not impressed with the new Harps in Ozark.Prices are higher now then when it was CV's.May have something to do with inflation, but I can still go to a Wal-Mart in another town and get much better pricing.Produce is very high and the quality is not any better. If you don't plan on cooking it within 2 days, don't buy it! I throw out more produce.I still don't see anything I have asked they carry. I am told gluten free will not sell well here, but if I were a diabetic, well sugar free sells. The Chicken special on Mondays is always a hit with the kids and worth buying. 12 pieces, legs and thighs for $7.99. Sides are extra tho.Still traveling out of town to shop.

The ladies at the deli make sandwiches to order. The cost is very affordable and in hot weather, sandwiches settle much better than a hot meal. Just when ordering,,speak up,,, they can't hear so well behind the counter. I've been getting sandwiches here for over a year and now there's a lady working in the deli that is slower than molasses. She takes at least 45 minutes to make 6 child cut sandwiches. Very very slow.

Clean, friendly employees, great deli and meat dept. Higher ups get paid way to much for the "overhead" because their prices are the highest around. Minimal staff which are mostly high school students outside school hours. No competition except Walmart in Ozark.

I'm not a local. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store layout is strange, produce is super expensive and frozen fruit/veggies selection is limited. Cheese is also quite expensive. It's good to have a grocery store in Ozark, but the produce prices prevent people from wanting to eat healthy.

Many changes from CV'S to Harps. Still have not weighed in on the prices. Have been told they have gone up.Would like to see more, better brands of Gluten free products for those allergic to wheat. Schars breads, Barilla pasta, king Arthur, Pillsbury, Krusteaz Honey Cornbread. All good.I buy a lot of vegetables. CV'S did not have good produce 😐. If you bought it today, you should cook it today. No buying for the week. It did not last.Their Monday special for fried chicken is great as a lunch for the kids. 12 pieces of legs and thighs, perfect 👌.
