Went in to see what was new in this store, as we have never been there before. She found a few things in the fabric department and a couple of other things in women's clothing. The store was clean, and the staff was helpful. Checkout was fast and easy.

Ordered grocery delivery and all of what was delivered was incorrect. We contacted customer service and was told to keep the items and we would be issued a refund. They asked us to reorder to receive the correct items. The entire order was incorrect again. This time customer service has asked us to return every single item to the store ourselves or to dispute the charge with our bank.

This is the McCain Walmart. It's a low tier walmart, it's clean, it has everything it should have... but it's the way handicapped people are treated there that bothers me. Everyone smiles, but you have a 1/10 chance of finding a handicapped parking spot because they put the walmart pick up right in the best areas for handicapped parking, unfortunately. Then you look for a scooter chair so you can shop... nuts. I think they have 3 for the whole store as you will NOT find one plugged in. If you do, the battery is at 15% or it's out of service. You literally have to wait until you see someone leaving out on one and follow them until they get off. By then, there's 2-3 other people there hoping to do the same and whoever is most handicapped... gets the cart. Now there's nothing left for the others except a long bumbling walk to the front door 2 weeks post-op, and there's no carts waiting. So we're on our own... you might as well bring a skateboard if you intend on using a power scooter. Oddly enough, if you go to the one in Sherwood, you never have this problem. You'd think one store would teach another how to manage handicapped access better. I guess not. It's a descent store, but if you are handicapped or just need a power scooter cart thingy... just go to Isherwood. It's not that far, and for some reason... it's just a more pleasant experience.

Ran in to get a quick product found it most of the service personnel there or excellent it was a grab and go run so there really wasn't most time to check for anything but I can say that they usually have everything I'm looking for

Fine for standard groceries and non-grocery items. DO NOT GET DAIRY. I've gotten dairy here 4 times over the last year and every time I have to return it because it's spoiled, which means the dairy case isn't cold enough. It really sucks opening a brand new, in code gallon of milk and pouring out chunks. Meats and fresh foods I get from Kroger because of the dairy issue so I can't speak on the quality.

My partner went to use the restroom and was harassed by a male associate for using the correct bathroom because they “are a man” when they are born a female. The only thing about my partner that is male is the hair on their legs and their haircut. Stop labelling people and harassing them and when they show you their ID to prove they used the correct bathroom they proceed to harass them and not believe that was their assigned gender at birth.

I came on a Sunday to walmart to bring back my old car battery...i went to the customer service desk initially with the battery and I was told to go to the auto center where they could take my battery...i got to the Walmart at 6:30pm by the time I got to the auto center it was 6:35pm the lights were out I went to the register and pushed the need help button....after a min of waiting I thought maybe they closed...so I went to Google maps to verify the closing time of the auto center it shows 7:00pm yet they were closed

So tell me why at this Walmart they do not sell tobacco. There's clearly no sign that indicates that they don't sell it they make you stand in line and hopes that you would get any tobacco. just for you to find out that they don't sell it. Supposedly 3 weeks ago one of the employees took off with the key and ever since then they haven't been able to replace it. The end result they fired the employee never got a new key now they don't sell tobacco here.Years later this location does not sell tobacco

🙌🏼I love this Walmart - the bathrooms are always clean and tidy. The stores is always stocked up, SO MUCH YARN💚 my favorite aisle, and + these big stores have the bakery. Did you know the in house baked stuff is healthier (check the ingredients) than the shelf stuff?Thanks Walmart!

Walmart Walmart Walmart, everytime I go in here they seem to move stuff and I can never find anyone to show me where stuff is, and if I find them they just point in the direction of the aisle they never show me directly 😂 and they are always out of stuff and the people stare too much like they never seen a human that look beautiful before 😂

Spacious aisles with signs to guide you in finding your desired items, big selection of merchandise conveniently displayed, fast moving self-checkout lanes with plenty of sales associates on standby to assist you. Clean, easily accessible gender specific , with physically disabled-friendly restrooms. Money Center and a seperate Customer Service desk for your specific needs, such as exchanges and returns. Superior shopping cart return coralls in the parking lot, that are monitored and cleared out in a timely manner so that there is always a shopping cart (or "buggy" as they are called in the South) readily available. Mulitiple riding carts for the physically challenged, no age limit, only the desire to use one, so even your overweight friend or family member can be comfortable cruising around the store, without huffing and puffing for air. Hey, its a big place, and aunt Bertha be getting tired after all that buffet.

worst walmart ever!they are the only ones with different “rules” & customer service is horrificA lady that was in front of me in the line, returned an open box of food that she ate out of and wasn’t even expired but they wouldn’t let me return something that I didn’t open that was still in good condition or even let me exchange it with something else

People would put down Walmart in Pine Bluff (which I thought was a good one), but THIS Walmart is terrible! Shocked to see dirty floors everywhere (can see pics I uploaded) and aisles totally disorganized. Guessing after a staff member seeing me taking pictures called for maintenance, and eventually an old woman emerged to start mopping floors. Seems like many of the employees could care less. I'll shop elsewhere next time.

was just looking for a couple of items on my list, rotisserie chicken, the chicken was excellent.I was looking for only half gallon of milk, I didn't want the 2% , the great value milk was 217 a half gallon.but there was not any, there was another brand, but it was a whole dollar more. it was the same price as a gallon milk, except two cents more.

Best Walmart in Pulaski County. All the things you would expect from Walmart including a large parking lot and fairly cheap gas station in the corner. Nice area, too.BEWARE police in this area (Sherwood) as there is very little serious crime so they slink and camp about in search of people committing minor infractions for the main purposes of time consumption and revenue acquisition.

Went to get paint mixed, the guy that works paint said he could not do it because he didn't know how.We sat for 20 min waiting on someone to help us after telling multiple people we needed assistance in paint.

Workers VERY rude. Went to self checkout. Told by 1st employee I could NOT check out because I had too many items EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO SIGNAGE INDICATING ITEM MAXIMUM. Told to go to next set of self checkout. Went there told EXACTLY THE SAME THING and then told to go to non-self check which I won't due because they get my items scanned multiple times EVERY TIME. I then end up at customer service. Will NOT be returning to this location. They take rudeness to a whole new level.

Went here to Western Union some money I lost the receipt came back to ask can they reprint one she said she couldn't I would have to get it from Western Union? I'm not understanding why would I need to do that when I just did the transaction? I think that's something they need to fix. If you're a truck driver there is no overnight parking at the Walmart security will tell you that.

The automotive need to be shut down at this location and Sherwood… Every time I need service either they don’t have enough workers or they’re out of something.. when I purchased my tires I got the roadside assistance, can’t use it because they no longer carry the tire.. waste of time literally..

For some reason with every transaction I do with them the item ring up as more then what is listed on the price tag. Be careful, keep a close eye on how much your paying for items because with my experience there are things wrong with each transaction. I have seen it with baby items, tomatoes, corn bread, cooking oil, burritos, the vegetables in the picture attached say $1.98 Big as day but they ring up as $2.48. I personally don't want to pay more then what it's listed for. Just thought I'd share my personal experience.

Crowded, just before Christmas.Today, many products without prices but they had everything I needed!!July food doesn't always have prices, but clerks will usually look them up for you!Store was well stocked today.They didn't have cauliflower gnocchi anymore.Still don't have cauliflower gnocchi!!I have a new debit card and none of their registers will accept it. The staff is always nice and fix the problem.Same problem with debit card. Shelves are well stocked.Debit card won't work at self scanners.Customer service lady was very friendly.Had everything needed.Good visit, had all I needed.

One CM never misses a chance to harass us. We have never given them reason to stop us from checking out without her coming up to us to ask us if we paid for this or that... She went so far as to stand in front of my buggy and say "did you pay for this" even though she was standing there when I was paying.

I work for the Spark App doing grocery deliveries for Walmart. I really wish Walmart would have a map of store in store... it's been many times I have needed help locating things and no one was around so I had to walk around whole to get that help.

It snowed Sunday and Monday. It is now Tuesday at 5:30pm and this is the parking lot. No concern for customer safety. I saw a pregnant lady pushing well trying to push a cart to her car. What if someone falls? They could've at least salted the lot.
