The most laziest workers ever. None of the workers want to help customers with anything and apparently management is on break that takes up 2 hours so whoever you are speaking with is the manager on duty, which is a lie. The lady at guest service wasn't wearing a name tag so I wasn't able to get a name. A quick return/refund that should've taken a few minutes turned into 10 minutes because they're too busy talking with each other and not doing their job.

I placed an order on June 30th anticipating a high volume of cake orders for July 4th, however with a freshness guarantee I did not expect my cake to be made on July 1st. I picked it up on the third of July. And could immediately see it was not fresh. Not only that but different colors were bleeding into the frosting, the icing had began separating from the cake and the cake was stale. Based upon this experience I will not be likely to return and I would not recommend. 😡

Absolutely atrocious service and attitude. I had a pick up order last night. Notified the store 20 minutes before I got there and after waiting 30 minutes and 2 trips inside, they finally brought out my items. First trip I took inside was to see what was taking so long and when I got back to the pickup department, there was at least 9 employees just sitting around and playing on their phones. I went back out to my truck after I notified them I was there and as I walked away I could hear all of them laughing about my frustration. After I still waited another 15 minutes. I had to go inside again and request to speak to a manager (to which there conveniently wasn’t one available) before someone would do their job and bring my items out. I WILL NOT be back to this Walmart for anything. This was 8pm-8:30pm 3/7/2024. I will be filing a formal complaint with the company.

The majority of workers here are the laziest I've ever seen. One checker ( Cheree) just stands around looking up in the air hoping noone comes to her line because that would mean she actually has to do something. Most of the rest are on their phones so much I don't see hiw they get anything done. Workers remind of why I left Alabama....seems lazy people are everywhere.

Living in Maumelle comes with limited shopping options unless you want to drive to LR. The only two Walmart stores I will shop at are the one in Maumelle (NLR) and the store off of Cantrell in WLR. Both of these stores are very clean and well stocked. The produce department at the Maumelle Walmart is amazing and beats the Maumelle Kroger hands down in selection, variety, freshness and lower prices, too. I don’t shop at this Kroger anymore for the reasons listed above especially when it comes to their meat and produce departments. Their customer service is lacking, as well. I have been very impressed with the Maumelle Walmart. My understanding is that there are fairly new store and produce managers at this Walmart. It shows! Keep up the good work because you are definitely successful at what you’re doing. I have several neighbors who feel the same way and have stopped shopping at Kroger for the same reasons. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience to shop at Walmart!

I just left this Walmart without anything in my cart because management decided to pull all of their cash drawers before close. It’s Thanksgiving Eve but there were only about 20 people waiting to check out. Another lady and I were waiting for a cash self check out to open because there were no registers with cashiers. We were informed by an associate that they were no longer accepting cash as a payment, at all. I asked her why that was and she said that ‘the store is closed tomorrow so we had to pull our cash drawers early.’ I said that her explanation made no sense, because it doesn’t. You don’t pull your cash based on whether or not you are open the following day. She then said,’We are closed tomorrow, it’s three minutes and until we are closed. We had to pull our cash.’ She said this with an attitude that emphasized her irritation that people were actually checking out at 10:57 the night before a holiday. I said,’But, you are still open.’ She told me I was more than welcome to complain to management and that she didn’t make the rules, she just followed them.I understand that retail work is hard, especially during the holidays. I’ve worked in retail for 20 years. I’m appalled that lately, it seems as though each Walmart is making up their own rules for their specific store. There was no sign and no announcement that they would no longer be accepting cash after a certain time. How would I know that? Or anyone else? Not to mention, the associate needs to drop the attitude and realize that she’s not the only person who works the day before or after a holiday. She had no way of knowing what time any of the customers left work. After 10pm may be the only time someone can shop. Also, I will never understand stores not accepting cash. She should have just admitted they wanted to go ahead and count their drawers so they could leave early.

This store is awful! Things are constantly not in stock. Most employees are far from friendly and helpful. I won't even start on the horrific "auto care" center. Most importantly, THEY SELL EXPIRED FOOD.I have encountered this issue on several occasions. Recently, I was attempting to purchase some applesauce pouches for my baby and noticed that they expired SEVEN MONTHS AGO 🤮. I brought it to the attention of the store manager, who assured me that it would be addressed. Fast forward 6 days later and I had to pick up a few more things. Just out of curiosity, I walked down that aisle and, lo and behold, the same exact rancid product is STILL on the shelf. I've now contacted corporate since the store manager obviously doesn't care, and will be taking further action as well. This is not the first expired product I've encountered there, but it's definitely the oldest I've found.I know we don't have many grocery options in our immediate area or I'd definitely go elsewhere myself. Please check expiration dates since the stores are obviously incapable of doing so. Foodborne illness is nothing to play around with, especially for kiddos, pregnant women and the elderly. Please check those dates. An extra second or two to check a date is worth it when it comes to potentially avoiding foodborne illness for yourself or your loved ones.Walmart should be ashamed with the level of laziness and incompetence.

I just never really have the best experience at Walmart. I don’t go in there to begin with, unless I’m with my spouse. The workers look lifeless, it’s either a 20/80 chance that you will get a good cashier or not that will speak, and it’s just an environment with weird people in the public altogether.

This Walmart is okay. The self-checkout workers are a hit or miss. They either greet you and ask for you to rate your experience as a 5-star or they come over for help and don't even speak to you. On the 26th of December, I went to purchase 5 snack packs and didn't realize I picked up expired merch. Please check your snack packs especially if you're buying them for children. You can return items like this, but if your child doesn't read expiration dates on packages like an adult you all may miss it. Starting to think Krogers is the way to go for a better experience.

Probably the nicest and cleanest Walmart I have ever been to. Includes a pharmacy, home living, outdoor lawn and garden center and fresh food market and bakery.Auto care and hunting sections are well staffed.

This place has it all for sports minded fans! The shoe department needs more love but they do have some nice brands. Fishing lures, boats and accessories are phenomenal. Nice to have a Bass Pro Shop in Little Rock. And yes you must pet the bears!

This Walmart has to one of the worst Walmarts I've ever visited, there are who knows how many Jaquandas on there cells phones with 3in long finger nails doing anything other than what the Waltons pay them to be doing while in the blue vest, they will also act as though whatever it is you do ask of them is really a bother to them and likely not acknowledge you as person. Highly highly recommend doing tour shopping at Kroger in maumelle

Employees are nice but self checkout is very difficult (esp when shopping for a family) and there isn’t enough space. Please bring back more cashiers. Self checkout is fine as an option but it shouldn’t be the only/primary option.

Bought a tv from Walmart last night and they sold me the wrong TV inside the box the serial numbers didn't match on the box and TV. Also the tv was damaged when I took it out when I got home. I Simply wanted to replace it or get my money back but they wouldn't help me at all.

I really love going to Walmart but as of late my experience has been disturbing I asked a assistant manager for help and in return got attitude. And made to feel like a suspect rather than a customer shame on you little girl and you know who you are. 😉

Took my truck here to get 4 tires installed. My truck was taken back at 0740. It’s now 0856. Still do not have my tires done. I would go somewhere else. This place seems extremely inefficient and the tires/ fees are the same prices other places.

I received me delivery order from Wal-Mart (Maumelle) today and am very disappointed! Instead of receiving fresh,, quality items I received a brown/old head of iceberg lettuce, 2 boxes of broken hard taco shells (out of 33 taco shells, only 15 of them were usable! And of course, I don't know this until I'm actually cooking dinner and now I'm stuck without the items I need!!! This isn't the 1st time, but it will be the last!! Guess I don't need the free 30 day Wal-Mart + trial after all!

I am back with an update!I was once DEAD SET on bringing the rating of this Walmart down due to some less than mentionable experiences I had here before. BUT, since posting my last 1 star, long review, I have seen an EXCEPTIONAL difference in the customer service here. Truly remarkable how much it has improved since only 4 months ago, and I never stopped shopping here. There are definitely a few employees that could still use some improvement, but overall, and particularly with the specific ones I struggled with, I have seen an outstanding upgrade in attitude toward customer service in general. Shout out to Kizzy, you've done a great job lately going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Thank you :) there's also a male manager that works on some fridays that is just wonderful, and the female manager with long hair on Fridays is also amazing. 5 star experience several times in a row.

The produce section has been getting worse and worse and I dont believe its due to heavy traffic...but on a lighter note, there was a guy at the pharmacy who was really helpful
