I used to care less which home improvement store I went to but after this morning Home Depot moved to first. Thanks to Miguel from Flooring for not only helping me choose the right fit for my closet rehab but also cutting/sawing it for me with my measurements. I was not prepared to do that but if I had to I would have struggled through it. I appreciate that. All the associates were nice throughout the whole store.

Horrible. I called ahead of time to make sure they had roofing tar paper and they to me it was it was in stock. I get there and there was no tar paper sitting there. I then asked the first associate if they had more of it in the yard or anything? He was clueless and told me to go talk to this other woman because that was her department. She was very rude and just told me the isle number. I then explained every thing and she finally after a 20 min wait took me to where it was pointed at everything that was in that section. I showed he the empty spot and she said they were out. Omg I was treated like I was stupid by the dumbest people I have ever seen. I’m never going back there again.

TERRIBLE! I preferred Home Depot because it’s smaller and easier for me to navigate. Every time I ordered through the app for pick up, they were out of the items and I wouldn’t know until hours later. When I would visit the store, there would be pallets in the way for me to climb over. Any time I asked for help, there was NONE. I asked an employee where to find an item, and the answer I got sent me away from Home Depot forever. “I wouldn’t begin to know.” The end. Didn’t offer any other assistance. The returns I’ve had to make have been awful as well. The lady who does them is rude and makes it seem like it’s an inconvenience.

Great products and good deals.Very little mark downs.Disappointing selection of trending items.I shopped for ab 1 1/2 hrs.My horrible experience began when I began to check out.I had a cashier who had approved my use of a gift card, even though I didn’t have my driver license.The manager on duty had a different idea. He said void it all and come shop all over again-It was $59 worth of items and the gift card covered the entire amount.I had mixed paint and several other items that were not going to be able to be sold to anyone else since I had it made to my specifications.He was extremely rude. He was very loud and very much a drama queen.He has no skills when it comes to customer service.I’m at least 20 yrs his elder, I’m 46, and he talked AT me, as if annoyed by my interfering with his work.I let him know that I had a coffee drink, that I hadn’t paid for yet, and I had already opened it.I said AGAIN that I only had gift card, he said no again-Said I need to pay b4 I can leave-So, trying my Visa could not hurt.It declined, which I expected.I told him it would-He further disrespected me-Rolling his eyes. irritation noises,and other remarks that were made only to further make a point of humiliating me.I told him that I could go to my car and look for change. His reply was priceless….He said, “yeah, do whatever you need to do,so yes, go on, just count the change.”I had to call my spouse, and he sent me $6..I had just returned into the store-He immediately asked if I was done YET!I was shocked, at his annoyance and his disrespect towards me: he didn’t have any hesitation in displaying his true feelings.I wasn’t given his name. He’s a heavy built white man, had dark hair and dark framed glasses, in late 20’s.He lost whatever “power trip game” he was trying to play with me-I was over it b4 I arrived at the store.I simply feel that he may have caused another customer, all the frustration and irritation that he caused me….Truly, I wouldn’t go back to that store, but I am working with a gift card, so in this situation,I’ll just deal with it. I won’t when it’s not a gift card.I recommend something further be done….Customer service, customer service,Customer service…It DOES MATTER!!!👍😃🤩

So much better than Lowe's. It's like night and day between the two. Great and helpful staff, great products. And they will more than likely have what you need, compared to Lowe's, which hardly ever does.

Customer Service Desk Representative Kiara is very unprofessional and does not to be at anyone's front desk representing their business. I have 10 businesses and I would definitely not have her representing me she has a negative demeanor and tactlessness with her words when under pressure. She personally rolled her eyes at me...me the customer. I'm very disappointed 😞 with The Home Depot in North Little Rock Arkansas choice of representation.The other Representatives were friendly and professional especially the younger dark headed Lady that assisted me and the man. I failed to get their names .

There is a definite lack of employee's, took awhile waiting for the item I wanted to be brought up from the back. Employee's were helpful and courteous. Our checker couldn't have been nicer.

Today's shopping experience was absolutely fantastic 😃 !!! I want to give a shout out to Robin for her great customer service and for going above and beyond to assist us with what questions we had and a price check of what we needed for the icy breeze chill air box. We went into The Home Depot to get some kitchen sink parts to repair the drain to be like new. We also got gorilla glue clear adhesive caulking and Flex Seal sealant for the new shower drains. A 75 ft. Goodyear yellow garden hose, and two industrial metal style fans for the house and other as a gift. While enjoying our time at The Home Depot I did some window shopping for a 5 piece patio furniture set, though I'd need 6 rocker style chairs, with a glass table top, and an outdoor awning with all around tie up and tie down fabricated side panels to enclose on windy, even rainy, nights for family game night or to just protect your patio furniture from blowing all over the yard. I just wanted to fantasize about the possibilities of having a real back yard furniture set. It was quite beautiful 😍💖 I also checked out a beautiful smoker grill, because you can't have a brand new patio set and not have a grill to enjoy your first BBQ with...Gotta love daydreaming!!! until our next Depot adventure... #homedepot #patiofurniture #firepit #smoker #shopping #fixit #diyprojects #goodyear #review #influencer

My attempt at using Home Depot's curbside pickup through their app turned into a 30-minute wait with no sign of my order. Frustrating and time-wasting, their lack of delivery on promised convenience is unacceptable. Will not be using their service again.

Service is horrible. I was in this morning and there was literally someone sleeping on a stair rack in the tile section (I had to wake her up to ask her to move so I could get to my tile). The majority of the other employees were on their phones. There are a few good employees that are helpful but definitely few. Used to be a great location.

I can't say I have ever had a bad experience at Home Depot. It may take a minute to find a sales rep for a certain area, but they are very helpful and will take priority to see how they can help

Every time I come here the customer service is just amazing. They always take time to help you and make sure you are getting what you need. They are so friendly as well and really make you feel comfortable and confident in what you’re buying. From buying two washer & dryers here… to grabbing some paint for my house, they are aways helpful and kind.

It's Home Depot. Big box store. I'm off on Monday so I know that the store wants be stocked from the weekend. Today I over paid for three 12 ft boards. From Weekend someone mixed premium board with no. 2s. Noticed when I got home. Not worth fussing over $6. Cost me that much in gasoline to go back. Not cashier's fault. Product just misstocked.

Melania on the service desk was so quick kind and profession but most of all helpful. I normally go to Cabot Home Depot but after the sour attitudes I get from management there I will drive a little extra to this Home Depot because of great employees like her. 10/10 experiences. She’s so good with customers and multitasking. I was having a horrible night and she made it all better with her prompt service and positive attitude and smile. The world needs more employees that care about their job and customers like she does.

I should own a share in this store. All the DYI things you can do. Great prices on most stuff. They have alot if tools which are pretty well priced as well as you can rent some of the tools. Sign up as a pro and you can get additional discounts and they keep records. Great price on outdoor items as well. Also look at the end of the isles for clearance. The bad thing they want you to self check out. They have employees at self check out but not at registers!

I’ve been a pro member for over 15 years now and today is the day I decide to switch to shopping only at Lowe’s!This store is slowly becoming a Milwaukee everything!! Your catering to your wallet, and not the customers!!!!!!!Especially after I have complained to the management that Milwaukee rep has been extremely rude to customers!How about a little variety?🤬

I was looking for a window air-conditioner/ heater for an addition. You can only shop online. I wanted to see the unit in the store. It is about $600. I did not want to order and not be able to see how it works. I was told they bring them in around summertime. I bought plastic storage containers at good prices. Young man helped me find them.

This is the 3rd time I do curbside pick up at this location and every time I've had to cancel my order and go inside to pick it up. This time I canceled my order went inside, paid for my items and went to the pick-up area. Three employees just talking and laughing. I told them I had to cancel my curbside pick up because I was waiting for 30 minutes outside and no one came. One lady told me it was canceled because it was out of stock. I told her I personally canceled my order because no one came out. No apology or anything. Simply the worst! Yes I will be calling the manager but I doubt anything will be done.

Mr Scott was very professional. He investigated the situation where the manufacturer mislabeled the product resulting in us being overcharged. He resolved the issue in a timely manner! He communicated thru every step of the process. Wonderful customer service attitude!
