Enjoyed my shopping experience here simply because it wasn’t very crowded and we were able to move through the store easily and shop with out being crowded. They had some of the things I normally get, and then some of the stuff I normally get wasn’t there. They didn’t have all of their registers open, so checkout was longer than I would have wanted.

We joined Sam's Club at the basic level since there are no BJs in Arkansas. While we won't shop there a lot there is some really good buys compared to Walmart. We don't have a lot of extra space, so the items we were after were pretty basic and don't take up a lot of room. We do plan on going there after the first of the month to buy our meat and a few other groceries that we use often and will use up before they go bad. The store was clean. Items were well marked for price. It was quite busy, as I expected going on a Saturday afternoon. The biggest bonus is the price of gas.

These pumps only take the chipped membership cards unlike the conway location which also has the scanner at the pump to read the barcode if your using a replacement card as you wait for new one mailed

Ease of movement through the store this time of day. Associates are quite helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Use of scan ‘n’ go feature adds to pleasant shopping experience, too. The full basket scan is also finally in place. Great to know that members’ time is important. On this visit an item was not available but will pick up from LR store.

This seems to be a smaller Sam's Club location than others in the Little Rock Metropolitan area. I found staff to be extremely helpful. Products were well laid out and organized. There were even a few free samples to be had on this early Tuesday afternoon.

I try to use the “pick up” orders. However most of the time, there are no parking spaces for pick ups. The cars are in the spots with no people in them. It is very frustrating to see this. People use them as parking because they are close. Please do something about this.

Coming from California and close $4.00 gas and rising, This place is so nice. Usually there are 10 plus cars in line, here 1 or 2. Have yet to go inside, so just here for the gas. Can't wait till trump comes back and under $2.00 again. So glad to be a a patriot and in a red state now.

Stephanie Steward, Sam’s employee in customer service dept. at the North Little Rock, AR - Landers Rd. location, was very nice to my elderly mom and she fixed an issue from a previous Sam’s employee right away. Stephanie was very patient and kind to my mom. I really appreciate her effectiveness and kindness. Thank you so much Stephanie Steward! I’m leaving a review on Google, Facebook, and Yelp as well about you, because great customer service like yours is rare these days.

Customer service stinks at this Sam's. The customers here are rude. I rather not going to this location. The Sam's in Conway is 5 stars this one is not. I just stop by and get gas from this location on my way home. I rather drive the same distance or a little more not to go here.

I have never reviewed a Walmart or Sam’s Club, but I feel as if I should recognize this one because of their outstanding employees and how hard everyone was working. This is a true reflection of great management and awesome leadership. Everyone was so helpful and that is rare in this corporation. Kudos to everyone on shift today as this was my first time shopping at this store and definitely will not be my last!

We had the most horrific experience today. We self checked out (I believe all the check outs are self serve) and had purchased wine. We have never done this before and it did not dawn on us that there would be a problem with age verification.We waited for several minutes for assistant. The only employee we saw was doing all the check out for another customer and chatting. I walked down to her register and asked the employee if she could call someone to verify age on a wine purchase. I was polite and not at all demanding. She immediately told me she was helping a customer and I would just have to wait. It was not in a polite way. It was rude. I said okay and walked back to my register.A few minutes later she appeared and immediately began yelling at me and my husband saying that I wasn’t the only customer in this store. My husband told her that we could just leave everything we purchased right there and walk out the door. Oh my gosh! She went crazy. She began yelling at us and I told her she did not have to be so rude. Well that was the wrong thing to say. We left with her screaming crazy stuff at us as we walked out. Why would any business employee people like this.It’s one thing for someone to have a bad day and be short with you but this was over the line. We will not be renewing our membership.

Sadly.. More self checkout have been added here. VERY SAD.Also the snack bar area. Wow.. A major remodel is needed here. Its completely disgusting and dirty all the time. The soda machines never seem to work right and the drinks taste bad. WHY?There are now more self-checkouts than there are checkers to check you out. I do not receive any type of discount for being a Sam's club member and choosing to use one. I don't encourage taking jobs away from people and creating an inconvenience to customers while doing it.Next year I simply may not renew my Sam's membership because of them.

(Good luck getting anyone to help at this store down hill bad.)Use to be If you can’t find it staff here will generally help you find what your looking for. Always a great pick me up spot to grab some pizza or one of them many items at the snack station. Fountain drinks have a nice selection!

I love Sam's. You can always find what you need and what you thought you needed. It's also the best gas prices in Central Arkansas. This Sam's has a great snack bar. The employees were helpful and the check out was easy. We'll be back.

Club is great, customer service is HORRIBLE only one person at the desk at all times, always a long line. Forget about calling. It just rings 20 times then someone picks up and presses a few numbers without saying a word then call gets disconnected?

Selection of items could be more, or a rotation of items every couple of weeks. Checkout needs maintenance on the card machines .

Had a pickup order scheduled for 7 to 8 pm. Got there at 7:20. App showed it was in progress. At app 7:30 another order was brought out for another customer.. stopped the employee and asked if my order was ready as the app is wrong half the time. He took my name and said it was being filled and would be out in a few minutes..App 15 minutes later, I was still waiting so I called the store. Service desk answered, placed me on hold, no one picked up so was cut off. At 7:55 pm went into store to find out what was going on. Was told one item we needed was just being unloaded and was still on palet. Instead of letting me know there was an issue, they just left me setting and waiting for over 40 minutes. This is the 2ed time we have had to chase down our order.Called the store the next morning to speak to management and no one answered... called back and 3 minutes and 10 seconds later of phone ringing, no one at service desk answered phone. Filed a complaint with Sams customer service.Hell of a way to treat your customers.

It's always clean. I love the meat selections, great steaks! Everything you need in bulk is here. Their private brand(members mark) is great quality. The t.p. is as good as Charmin. The organic dark roast k cups are our new everyday coffee. Go check it out.

Decent Sam’s location. Good selection of items as you’d expect. Biggest issue is if they are even remotely busy the store becomes crowded and difficult to get around. There’s lines for everything including to leave and no space for the lines to actually form creating a mess. I’d say this location isn’t quite large enough anymore to support the local population.

I placed an order for pickup last night. The order was supposed to be ready between 12:00-1:00. I received a confirmation email about my order saying it was in process. at 12:40 I use the chat feature online to see if there's an issue. I was told to call the store. I did & the CSR transferred me. After several minutes of waiting on hold the same CSR go back on the phone & said she would transfer me again. I was disconnected. I take my lunch & call the store again..no answer. I wait a few minutes to call back & finally get someone on the line. I went ahead & cancelled my order. I literally got a text within the same minute that it was cancelled. What's frustrating is this is not the first time this has happened recently, according to the other reviews. My order was non-perishable items, I mean the items I ordered could have been picked first thing & set aside until my pickup time. It would be nice if the customer could get an update if there is issues with the order being filled instead of not saying anything at all. I know on the other reviews about this issue you told the customer to message you on Facebook. I will be doing that next.

It took hours to get what we needed and get out. You could not get to items with entire families blocking things and lines of people weaving in and out. You can't get more than a few feet without being cut off by other shoppers. Absolute disarray. There needs to be staff directing traffic. Shoppers are terribly rude.-offered me +5 points to update review.

I rated this club low due to the customer service. I put in a cake order two weeks in advance. The bakery called a day before to tell me my cake wouldn’t be able to be made. After talking on the phone with someone. I decided to just drive up there to place another order. Upon Arrival the staff was very unhelpful and rude. I even asked for the manager and he didn’t have the customer service skills a manager should have. Definitely will not order here again.
