My boy has been groomed here twice (today being the second time), and both times everyone was super friendly and helpful! I'm not quite sure who groomed him the first visit, but today we had Jonathan & he was great! I will absolutely continue to bring him here for grooming! Every time he is groomed, he gets a toy after and everyone on the store side is just as nice! Highly recommend!

I bought a beardie from here and still have him almost 3 years now and we love going to the beardie meet and greets and of course we love everyone that's works there we r in there a lot. Just little sad when we don't see the pictures from the meet and greets

I’ve been buying ORIJEN Original Cat, Grain Free Dry Cat Food from PetSense for little over a year. Unfortunately they never seem to restock the shelves after something is sold out. Its been a little over three months and still out of stock. This is why I’ll just shop online from here on. Because it’s not my job as a consumer to remind you to replenish your inventory, nor do I want to waste the gas just to find out you’re still out if stock of an item you clearly sell.

They groomed my two Bernese Mt dogs, Sasha and Tosh, they were a mess and needed a lot of work. The groomer didn’t complain she cleaned them up and made them look great. She really worked hard on them and deserved every penny she earned working on my two. I will be taking my dogs back there for their grooming needs. Liked the store and the people working there very much. I felt comfortable and safe. Could not complain about the prices either. Good place. I highly recommend it.

My Dad has visited me from New Orleans with his cat Lobo twice now. Both times he took him to have his nails trimmed. Both times my Dad was happy with the job they did. Lobo now is almost 15yrs old.

The store is always welcoming when we walk in, we are able to find the things we need right away and are offered assistance even if we don’t need any. The employees are kind and keep things clean and organized. Will always come here for my pet needs

I go there to buy my dog's food. I just signed up for dog training for my miniature pinscher. The trainer, Coy Felton, is very knowledgeable and very nice. He has been training dogs for 20 years! He was telling me things I didn't even know, and I've had dogs for years! It sure makes sense. He answers questions and explains why dogs do what they do, and why.

Another GREAT experience today at my favorite pet supply store 😊. A helpful associate explained the difference in some cat food that I thought was only different labels. And my FAVORITE reason for shopping at Petsense, their canned cat food prices (what I shop for here in Maumelle), are SO much better than in Little Rock! Thank you Petsense. You help my budget and make it possible for me to offer variety to my pet 👍

I love Petsense! They took great care of my fur baby and she left looking and smelling great! I will absolutely be going back and recommend everyone with their own fur babies to make an appointment!! Great prices also!
