I have gone to this Panera for years and they have a new or temp management and workers in there that were so so rude, I was in shock. First, I was overcharged by a rude employee for a "you pick 2" of a bb que sandwich and mac n cheese with brocolli = $16.79. I asked her to re-ring it and it came to a little over $12. She was to put out to notice her mistake and make it right.My sandwhich came out with 2 bits of chicken (which has never happened, it's always a fair slice). I asked to have my sandwich remade because it had never been that before, and it came out worse than the first time around. They took 20 minutes to re-make the sandwich, and thought it was funny to make me wait. The workers kept laughing and smirking as if to frustrate me even further. The "temp" manager said she would bring the sandwich to me and that never happened. I kept waiting, nothing. I went to the counter and said what is the hold up and they thought it was funny and started laughing / smirking again. I think every last person who works there should be fired. There used to be really nice management there who did an amazing job, and her crew was amazing. The staff today was rude behind the counter, and prep line and VERY unprofessional and wouldn't make it right until the end. I will never return to this Panera again. Customer service = 😱 and food, even worse. Photo below to show their new standards.

Sunday I came in & was early waiting on a few people. Jarrod welcomed me as I walked to the counter looking at the menu. He was very sweet asking what’d I’d like to order, informing him that I was waiting and wasn’t really sure what to order. I asked him a few questions, knowledgeably answering them helping me decide on my order. Thank you Jarrod for being patient with me! You are the kind of person we need more of in our customer service industry! Well done & stay kind.

Came for lunch, left with dinner. We made a 850 dollar order and it took over 2 and a half hours for us to receive our food. Short staffed but there is no excuse for not making food as the orders were placed. We travel to a lot of paneras across the country and have never had a problem like this. Manager has a pretty bad attitude all things considered

Service in the evening time sucks.I love coming in the morning I get the best service from the team lead but today I’m standing here because I’m on break and my break is over at 4 but I been standing here for 30 mins looking at the people looking at me, 1 lady is cooking and 2 people just standing there looking like it’s not their job to ring me up. And it’s 3 people behind me so I’m confused. As to why the service is slow if there is 2 people standing and looking.

Really small salad for the pick 2. I have the pick 2 regularly and this was half of a half salad. When I asked about the portion, the lady very dismissively told me it was the correct size. A few days later, I ate at another Panera and it was a regular size as expected. Even the picture shows how little was in the bowl. I would not recommend this Panera for service or portion size.

The lady at the front taking our order was very obviously tweaking. My wife ordered, and she went to make her food before I could order. My wife’s smoothie still had chunks of ice in it. My sandwich had soft avocado with brown spots. The bacon was chewy and tasted bitter. More than half the tables needed wiped down, crumbs all over the tables and floor. We went at noon and it looked as dirty as a dinner rush, but only had 2 other customers in there. Awful waste of money and do not recommend.

Picked up a full sized Mediterranean bowl with chicken for around 13 bucks and was very dissatisfied with the portion size. Very little chicken and only enough for 7 bites with salad mixed in. It appeared to the be the size I would get in the past if I ordered 1/2 salad or bowl and 1/2 sandwich. When I ordered a full size in the past the bowl was much bigger. I called to double check if this size was correct I was told only 1 size bowl comes with both 1/2 bowl and 1/2 sandwich or full sized bowls!!! I usually cannot finish a full sized bowl but this time I had to. Doesn't make any sense to practice that in business much less actually have the audacity to tell a customer that. I do not recommend this Panera since it is not the cheapest and who knows what you will get. This is also the third time my order has been additionally compromised by their lack of the free bread that should come with the bowl.

This Panera is below par any other location. It’s super dirty & run down. As if they had no care or pride in it. Years of filth everywhere you look. Disappointed.

I stopped by to get a grilled cheese and soup, as you can see mine was a microwave cheese sandwich. I called and spoke to mgr.he didn't seem all too concerned. I asked if they toasted the bread normally, his response " well yea, "Grilled Cheese"I think his cook is not aware of that.Anyway, won't be back....soup was good, I threw sandwich away,it was soggy and nasty.

This is the only local panera bread I will go to! They consistently have what I want but more importantly they have THE BEST customer service EVER!! Tasha greets everyone with the biggest smile and "Welcome to Panera Bread". She also knows all of her local customers by names and has convsations with them about either their family, work, or recent vacation!!!

I had a wonderful time at Panera Bread this afternoon. I was with some friends, #FireAndBrimstoneDuo, looking over some #videos I created of their #music. We had a #delicious #meal, #comfortable space, an outlet for charging ports, and great customer service by the ladies behind the counter from our cashier, to pastry puller, even the #barista. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience this #afternoon!We chose #PaneraBread, because we #love the #daily ingredients, the #quality of our #food according to the Panera brand and standards, and the prep of our meal when we place our order to ensure pure perfection. I ordered the #Turkey with #apple and #cheese #sandwich with creamy #chicken and wild rice #soup, which was absolutely amazing and delicious!!! Adorei!! I love me some Panera Bread!! Great pitstop for a road trip. Here, enjoying some Mediterranean with chicken bowl (warm grains menu), clam chowder in a bread bowl, Madagascar Vanilla Late, one bag of chips and one apple. Autumn Squash soup came after that to join on my belly! 🤗👌

Lady helping customers at food pick up area was telling me what to do where I could and could not stand as well as other customers. There should be signage that helps customers know where to go rather than an employee telling grown adults what they can and cannot do. I am a dasher. I was in the store at 12pm she was wearing a blue hat with glasses and out side the counter.

Well this the first time I have been to this Panera Bread in NLR. When the order takers told me what they actually had I got the the Asian Chicken salad and Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The service was pretty fast and the sandwich had a fair amount of Turkey and bacon, and the salad was fresh and crisp. The only thing that might be an issue was the two teaspoons of salad dressing was not enough. But other a pretty good meal

Ordered the Green Goddess Salad. Kale was bitter - not prepared correctly. Not worth $15... not the Panera of old. Service was OK order taker wore his food prep glove while he took our order and handled our payment. Informed us the pagers were not working would just call our name. Dining room 5% full 70% dirty tables. A 1 star may be an over rating.

Arrived a few min after 12... waited a long time before pager buzzed for them to tell us they didn't have enough chicken rice soup (a cup & a bowl) for 2 of us, so hubby chose tomato. It is now 1:54 & we are still waiting (as I watch a pick up space w a car that was waiting since we pulled in). Heard staff arguing in back. Not sure want to come back. The only good thing was getting a cherry cream cheese danish ring to take home... if I don't just eat it NOW. Best staff has been the order clerk.Left just after 2. No refund but claim sending Pick 2 gift card(s). Went to Olive Garden & already eating soup & salad...in under 20 minutes.

if you're going to take over 30 minutes to make an order. atleast make it right. I get it may be busy at times. but that doesn't mean give me a wrong order. way to ruin someone's lunch.also witness the manager grab someone bread while rearranging an order, with her bare hands...then she put a glove on after the fact...

Only request was for a sandwich with a lot of meet and some soup. When I got the sandwich it didn't look like it had meet. After taking apart, this is what I got. Bread was rock hard as well. I asked the cashier if this is how the sandwich normally comes and she said yes. She did offer to re make it, but I said dont bother if that's how they come. Soup was really good. Suggest getting that or a cookie or something. No sweet tea either which is a downer.

There’s this lady there that is always so nice whenever I come in and order for me and my boyfriend. I always order on the kiosk and wait by the to-go order station. Today she was asking if I needed anything and gave me updates on when my order was going to be done. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out on this review, just know that you will have the best customer service here.
