This is the second time in about a month that I asked for a product to be removed from the shelves because it expired March of 2023 and it's now December. I really would like to try the product without risking my health but unfortunately it appears that the person who removed the product from the shelves in front of me that day simply placed them back on the shelves after I left. This is really sad that people's lives are at risk with expired foods at such a large and nice looking facility. For the second time please fix this!

Update; It's been weeks since I filed my complaint with Kroger HQ. I was promised a response within the first week. So far, I've heard nothing. I have called and made inquiries, but all they say is "It's being looked into". If it takes this long for Kroger to review all of their complaints, that's a telling sign of bigger problems. It's a disgusting way to treat customers who have been loyal shoppers for 20+ years. I haven't set foot in a Kroger since.Alert! Be careful of Kroger Indian Hills and any meat you buy. I just opened my corned beef flat and IT IS RANCID. This is the 4th rancid meat I've gotten from there over the last 5 years. No more. I took it back to the store. The manager refused to refund, refused to check my Kroger card purchase history. When I questioned that policy,he called the police. I then left. Absolutely pathetic. I will be reaching out to HQ tomorrow, as $24 is totally wasted.

So frustrating when stocking workers are continually about to run you down with their stocking carts. Also frustrating when digital coupons are issued for items they don't even stock. And really frustrating that the bag boy repeatedly was literally roughly tossing bagged items into my cart!

I am at Kroger’s right now. I am looking for fresh cranberries. The produce department will not respond to a page and the manager won’t answer his/her phone. The cantaloupe and watermelon are all rind and have no taste. Kroger’s needs competition. I can’t wait for Edward’s to open

Probably one of my favorite Krogers between Jacksonville - Little Rock. It's cleaner then the others, I like the floorplan better, and I genuinely think the food quality and assortment is better than the other. Specially the produce, but it applies to other items as well.

Although only two checkout lanes with cashiers were available, those lanes did have baggers. Once our groceries began to be scanned, the process went quickly.

I love Kroger they always have awesome deals. I moved out here from Atlanta and they had the best fried chicken and wings. I can't find a Kroger around here that sells that 😞

I love the size and selection of this Kroger, I do not however like the new self-checkouts, they quite honestly are stupid. If you scan something the belt takes it down to the end where you have to bag it when you're done scanning, normally this is fine when the bags are right there next to you to bag as you go not while the next person is either waiting or scanning their stuff, oh and if the computer decides you need to scan something again the belt reverses the last items you scanned sends them back to you an unscans them... this is super confusing I thought we were trying to deter theft nit make it accidentally happen...So recap : Kroger, GREAT. Self -checkouts, NOT so great

This review is for the delivery service. If you can’t deliver in a 3 hour windows you have no business delivering anything. Incorrect products, melted frozen goods. I hope the meat doesn’t make me sick from getting too hot.

I can’t even say all I want to say about my visit to Kroger on 05/24/23. It was the worst experience ever and Caleb and the manager didn’t care. I had a limited time to shop and when I was done filling 2 carts. I ran to grab a couple of things I forgot and came back to my carts being gone. I finally found the lady who took them and she had put all of my produce back and half the other cart. I asked why she took it and all she said was, “I found them.” Then, she ran away. Don’t think she spoke English well since she looked both scared and confused when I asked why she took my carts. She could have at least offered to help me get the stuff back in the cart as I was late for a meeting already. Bottom line, no one cared about me having this experience. I also had other things happen that day so I will never be going back there again. When a manager cares that little, I place of business doesn’t need me shopping there because I will complain each time.There are Kroger’s closing and I suspect, with this kind of service, we will see more closing.

It's really annoying having to do self checkout constantly. The voice on the computers is highly annoying and now you can not mute it. There is never anyone there to help you. Stop being cheap Kroger!! Hire cashiers again. Management has complained to me about the rise in theft but they still insist on self checkout. Hint: it's the self check out.Not to mention the spoiled meat they have been selling. The health department needs a Phone call.

Update December 2023:Grocery pickup has gotten a lot better. We started using it more frequently. It's so convenient to have them bring you the groceries and load them in your car. Save so much time.My favorite Kroger to shop at. Great value, and hard to find items. Clean and friendly. They have fresh Sushi made in the store, but watch the ingredients. Some have junk ingredients like HFCS.

This used to be the only place I chose to shop. The produce used to be fresher than the other stores. I don't believe it is any longer.But the last two experiences I've had have been enough to make me not want to come back unless I can't find a product any other place.Today while I was shopping, the same Kroger employee was in such a hurry to do his shopping for someone who ordered online, that he couldn't wait for me to grab something out of the dairy case. He had to say excuse me and push past me three times in a row to get something. I finally just left. Because this was not the first employee to do this today. It was difficult to shop at all, due to the huge baskets/carts that they push around for online shoppers.Many of these were in front of a huge section of products to where you could not get to the product. And often they were left abandoned half full. I left before I even got half my grocery shopping done. When I shop, I usually spend $400 or more. I will be bringing that business to someone else.The time before this, I was checking myself out and with only 15 oz two cans in a bag, each time I lifted the bag, it would break. The only thing I can assume, is they are cutting costs by making thinner bags. After about seven bags doing this (and me going down to just one canned item in each bag) I became frustrated and left early before checking the rest of my stuff out. The attendant just stared at me the whole time and offered no assistance whatsoever.In addition, one of the things I liked about Kroger was that you didn't have to wait as long to get checked out. That is no longer the case, even with the self checkout.

I would have gave a five but they keep giving same wrong bag of potato chips every time i do pick-up or they stay out of a favorite item for a long time.I see some negative reviews.Maybe it was just one of those day's.I have never had a bad experience there.Everyone is always friendly and helps me with what I'm looking for.

The store was clean but I did have a little trouble finding some things. Employees were not particularly friendly but not rude either. Just kinda there. There are some things that I can't seem to find anywhere else and I do love Kroger's brand things. Overall, not a bad place to shop. Much better than Walmart.

This USE to be a great store but now it's low end. I went in recently to grab a few items advertised in their flyer. I spoke with a young manager with braids. She was defensive and made fun of me with other employees. All I wanted was milk. She refused to help and told me to leave. I'm just one customer but I'm done with this place. Management is definitely lacking.The other issue is self checkout. They always have excuses for not having a cashier. Why should I have to ring my stuff up for free when they pay others to do it?

I shopped at the store in Indian Hills, not my usual store, I usually shop at the Maumelle store, any ways, this used to be a great store, with lots of choices, now it’s just hohum, minimal choices. Junk in the aisles, not enough registers open and out of stock. I just shop Kroger for the fuel points and the items I can’t get at Sam’s. Boring and their prices aren’t that great.

Sheila is a sweetheart! The gentleman that works cold produce, makes sure I have my yogurt parfait! The manager is rude and not many of the employees greet you. The people that work the fresh meats and seafood are a pleasure to deal with.

This store is lacking in customer service. Only 2 or 3 employees that are friendly and helpful. They harass you as your checking yourself out. Prices are way too high. much higher than any other grocery store locally.

North Little Rock store had NO OPEN registers with a clerk, only self serve. and when I asked an employee if they had any available cashier's they just pointed at some items in a cart and said "we are doing this right now"... totally rude and unprofessional. Nobody offered to assist and when my mother went up and asked them and they gave the same response to my mother. Nobody offered ANY help, not to get someone to a register- nothing. Just completely rude. I shop Kroger often and was totally put off by the attitude and lack of cashier's at this location and you have senior citizens at this store just looking for cashier's and not ONE register is open. So annoyed at the customer service we received tonight.

I like the fresh meats. And there are a few things that I get here I can't get at Walmart. Not all of the employees are friendly. They don't appear to like their job. The food in the hot deli didn't look appealing and no one offered to help me. The overall customer service at the store is horrible and when you speak to the manager or corporate about,noone cares and they're rude.

On 7/7/23, I went to IH Kroger on JFK to pick up meds in the pharmacy. I did have a small buggy because by 8 pm my leg hurts and it’s easier for me to walk pushing a little buggy. One med was ready, I paid cash, and consulted with pharmacist since it’s a new med for me. I had been to my doctor this afternoon who is a 75 mile round trip for me. As I was not feeling well and tired, I just needed the medicine. No employee was standing in self-check area. I held my medicine up shoulder level in its Kroger sack with sales receipt attached by staple for any and all to see. The freaking door bussed me and magnetic restraint system stopped my buggy OVER an obviously paid for item from the pharmacy. I made eye contact with employee and said PHARMACY! I told the spectators around me that since they want the buggy, they can keep it right there. Kroger, do you want our pharmacy business or not? You MUStT devise a system that reads the pharmacy receipt QR Code like the magnetic restraint reads something or make an exit just for pharmacy customers.

The pros with Kroger is the personalized coupons. I think that is a great way to show your loyal customers you appreciate their business and want them to shop with you again. The cons run deep with me. I am so annoyed when I see the fresh fruit commercials and all the advertisements claiming how the company gives special attention to their fruit. What I would like to see is some consistency on the sweetness of your products. Sometimes the oranges are sweet, sometimes they are horrible however, I've already wasted money on it. Watermelons not sweet, grapes that are sweet but half of them are soft. Plums and peaches almost rotten on the inside. The money spent to advertise your fruit department should be spent on making sure the product is sweet and enjoyable each and every time.

Only self-checkouts at 7pm on a weekend evening, with long lines of shoppers with full grocery carts that have to scan/bag everything with little to no staging space… not to mention a conveyer belt that snags produce bags and throws your produce into the bagging area, likely damaging it in the process.Used to be our only grocery store, I’m going elsewhere from here on out. Kroger should be ashamed of their greedy labor cuts while passing the work from paid employees to their shoppers. Shame on them.

The store is clean and usually well stocked, but the customer service is really poor. I just checked out around 5:30pm in the self check (closest to the pet aisle) and the cashier (younger, shorter man with short hair) was incredibly rude to myself and some of the other customers. I wouldn't give it much thought, but this isn't the first time I've seen and/or experienced this employee being rude to customers. I actually live in Indian Hills, but plan to try the Kroger on McCain to see if the staff are kinder to their customers. It's really a shame because the prices are cheaper at other stores in the area, but I typically choose Kroger due to the selection and better customer service.

Feels a lot like communism the way they watch you self check out. “Fahrenheit 451 ”anyone? I had no desire to steal. The thought of “I hope they don’t think I’m stealing” as the woman 3 feet away stared at me while I scanned my food. It wasn’t a look. It was a fixed stare. Why can’t we have people to check us out. Instead of the stare of a cold, uncaring Kroger prison guard?…

It’s funny how people take possession of stores well this is my KrogerI am in the store almost daily I was in there anymore they should give me a name tag.I can’t speak highly enough about the pharmacy and the pharmacist there are all very personable and know you and always willing to give a helping hand or advice I would give them six out of five stars if I could.Kroger is consistently good and has very competitive prices sometimes I get confused with the coupons as far as digital coupons buy five coupons this weeks coupons it’s taking me a little while but I finally figured most of them out and figuring them out mean saving more money that’s what I’m gonna do these days.The produce is always fresh and well-maintained as is the deli everybody is very nice and personable.I’ve had sushi on a couple occasions it’s pretty good..Meat department is always in good order which is very important for any grocery store the butchers and people that work behind the counter there are always friendly I’ve never had a bad experience with them..They have a wide variety of wine and beer ranging from very expensive too expensive depending on your taste and pocketbook.
